Elon Musk Has Bad News for 'Chief Censor' Who Makes $17 Million Per Year at Twitter

Ahead of his $44 billion bid to acquire Twitter, Elon Musk declared that he had no confidence in the company’s management team.



In Exhibit B of Musk’s April 13 Schedule 13D filing with the SEC, he stated: “If the deal doesn’t work, given that I don’t have confidence in management nor do I believe I can drive the necessary change in the public market, I would need to reconsider my position as a shareholder.”



Sources told Bloomberg last week that Musk “featured job cuts” in his pitches to potential lenders for the deal. According to Bloomberg, “Musk told bankers that he would be focused on the social-media company’s bottom line and floated the idea of cutting both costs and jobs, according to people familiar with the matter.”



Additionally, on Friday, Reuters reported “three people familiar with the matter” said Musk told bankers he intended to reduce executive salaries as part of his cost cutting plans.



In the tweet below, Musk gave us a clue about who might be the first to get sacked.

Twitter’s chief legal officer and general counsel, Vijaya Gadde, serves as the company’s ultimate censor. Gadde, who earned $17 million from the social media platform in 2021, is said to be instrumental in Twitter’s decisions to boot former President Donald Trump from the site and to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story, arguably costing Trump the election.



The insufferable Gadde was steamrolled over her left-wing bias during a 2019 interview with conservative journalist Tim Pool on “The Joe Rogan Experience.” Musk posted a flowchart based on their discussion.

Joe Biden Signals Support for Investigation of Elon Musk Acquiring Twitter: ‘There’s Lots of Ways’

Joe Biden suggested Wednesday he was interested in the federal government investigating billionaire Elon Musk’s acquisition of Twitter.



“I think that Elon Musk’s cooperation and/or technical relationships with other countries is worthy of being looked at,” Biden said during a press conference at the White House on Wednesday.



Biden was asked by a reporter if he was concerned about Musk’s acquisition of Twitter using financing from foreign countries like Saudi Arabia.



“Whether or not he is doing anything inappropriate, I’m not suggesting that,” Biden said. “It warrants being looked at.”



When asked by another reporter how he planned to make it happen, Biden replied, “There’s a lot of ways.”



It is not uncommon for Saudi Arabia to invest in American technology companies, and the Saudis had already invested in Twitter before Musk purchased the social media company.



Democrats have already demanded that Musk be investigated over his deal to purchase Twitter.



Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) asked the Committee on Foreign Investment earlier this month to investigate “potential national security concerns” of the deal.

Biden has also expressed his frustration with Musk taking control of the social media platform.



“Now what are we all worried about: Elon Musk goes out and buys an outfit that sends – that spews lies all across the world,” he said at a fundraiser last week.

Recently, a soi-disant “resistance artist” who goes by “Æ Marling” has been apparently projecting hashtags on Twitter’s San Francisco headquarters building, including the one pictured above, #StopToxicTwitter. This appears to be a projection in the Freudian sense as well.

Twitter’s former head of “Trust and Safety”, Yoel Roth, who wrote his PhD dissertation on the gay sex app Grindr, Inc. (GRND), in which he downplayed safety concerns about minors being exposed to sexual content online,

recently tweeted a link to his New York Times op/ed about what he predicts will happen next for Twitter. In reply, Twitter user @quaslacrimas asked a rather pointed question.

The stamping out @quaslacrimas mentions there was explained in the thread below by anti-human trafficking advocate Eliza Blue.

Blue later shared a link to this article a journalist wrote based on her information: “Under Elon Musk Twitter is ‘taking child exploitation seriously’”.



What Was Twitter’s Staff Doing Before?

That Twitter has reportedly been able to crack down on child porn with its current skeleton staff (follow Elon Musk’s layoffs and the subsequent resignations) raises the question of what Twitter’s thousands of employees , including its “Trust & Safety” department, were doing before. They might say they protected the world from Donald Trump using Twitter to incite violence. Except now that Elon Musk has reinstated Trump’s account, everyone can see that Trump had used the platform to call for peace on January 6th, 2021.

It appears that, when they weren’t deplatforming political opponents, most of Twitter’s former employees weren’t doing much productive at all. A few weeks ago, the once-deplatformed account @libsoftiktok shared a TikTok video by a Twitter employee sharing her “day in the life” at Twitter’s headquarters in San Francisco. It started with her drinking an iced matcha tea on the house, and ended with her drinking free wine on the roof.

Elon Musk Sends Warning to Biden as White House Says Its ‘Keeping an Eye’ on Twitter

Twitter CEO Elon Musk has sent a warning to Democrat President Joe Biden, Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, and those in the media attacking him over his free speech agenda.



Musk has warned that he has an ace card up his sleeve and he’s about to play it.



Twitter’s new boss was responding to comments from the White House on Monday.



At a White House press briefing, Reuters reporter Andrea Shalal asked, “There’s a researcher at Stanford who says that this is a critical moment, really, in terms of ensuring that Twitter does not become a vector of misinformation.



“Elon Musk says there are more and more subscribers coming online, are you concerned about that, and what tools do you have – who is it at the White House that is really keeping track of this?”



Karine Jean-Pierre replied saying that the White House is “keeping a close eye” on Musk and Twitter.

“This is a battle for the future of civilization,” Musk added in another post.



“If free speech is lost even in America, tyranny is all that lies ahead.”

Musk then put them all on notice and said he would play his ace card soon.



As Slay News reported earlier, Musk said he plans to publish Twitter internal files to show the public the truth regarding the company’s old censorship practices.



“The Twitter Files on free speech suppression soon to be published on Twitter itself,” Musk announced.



“The public deserves to know what really happened.”

Meanwhile, Musk and Twitter have come under attack from tech giant Apple.



Musk revealed on Monday that Apple is threatening to remove Twitter from its App Store.



The devasting move would block iPhone users from downloading Twitter’s app to their devices.



Another Twitter user shared data that shows “97.5% of Apple’s donations are to the Democratic Party.”



The same user noted that the Democrats’ anti-free speech agenda aligns with Apple’s.

Elon Musk Makes Stunning Confession About Twitter's Involvement in Elections

Twitter owner Elon Musk has generated headlines nearly every day since taking over the social media giant Oct. 27, and Wednesday was no exception.



In response to a comment on a Washington Post story regarding Twitter’s Trust and Safety team, the billionaire entrepreneur admitted that Twitter, under its old management, actively interfered in U.S. elections.



“Twitter has shown itself to be not safe for the past 10 years and has lost users’ trust. The past team of ‘trust and safety’ is a disgrace, so it doesn’t have any right to judge what is being done now. They had a chance, but they sold their souls to a corporation,” a Twitter user commented on the WaPo post.



Musk responded, “Exactly. The obvious reality, as long-time users know, is that Twitter has failed in trust & safety for a very long time and has interfered in elections. Twitter 2.0 will be far more effective, transparent and even-handed.”



Many have accused Twitter and other Silicon Valley social media firms of wielding influence over U.S. elections, but solid proof from within Twitter has never emerged.



The closest admission of government entities colluding with Big Tech social media firms came in August when, according to the BBC, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg admitted to podcaster Joe Rogan that the FBI encouraged his company to be wary of “misinformation” ahead of the 2020 election, specifically regarding the topic of a laptop that belonged to Hunter Biden.



Musk has now suggested on several occasions that the public should know how Twitter handled the blocking of the bombshell New York Post story regarding the laptop, which contained droves of information linking the Biden family to questionable activities.


“Raise your hand if you think @elonmusk should make public all internal discussions about the decision to censor the @nypost’s story on Hunter Biden’s laptop before the 2020 Election in the interest of Transparency,” one Twitter user wrote on Nov. 23.



Musk’s response went viral. “This is necessary to restore public trust,” Musk tweeted.

According to the New York Post, Musk previously criticized Twitter’s decision to completely squash the laptop scandal story, calling Twitter’s actions against The Post “obviously incredibly inappropriate.”



Adding to his string of hints that he’s ready to publicize Twitter’s internal discussions on censorship was a post on Monday in which Musk wrote that “the public deserves to know” the truth of what had happened at Twitter under its previous ownership.

Musk received ample support in each instance of his hinting that he would make such documents public. The Tesla and SpaceX CEO also continued his call for Twitter to become a true, pro-free speech platform, warning of dire consequences if it’s anything less.



“This is a battle for the future of civilization. If free speech is lost even in America, tyranny is all that lies ahead,” Musk tweeted on Monday.

Musk hasn’t indicated when he will release the internal Twitter discussions on censoring the Hunter Biden laptop story and any election interference it was involved in. However, Musk tends to act swiftly on such matters, so the release could be soon.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson said Friday that documents released by Elon Musk and journalist Matt Taibbi detail a massive “systemic violation” of the First Amendment.



“One of the most extraordinary moments in the history of social media is unfolding right now as we speak. It began when Elon Musk took control of Twitter. When he bought the company, he promised to reveal its corruption, the extent to which Twitter engaged in politically motivated censorship, including the unlawful illegal censorship of American citizens at the direction of the U.S. government.” (RELATED: Fox Guest Claims The Left Hates Musk For Making Censorship Against Conservatives ‘Difficult’)


Musk released the documents to journalist Matt Taibbi, who posted a lengthy thread on Twitter. The documents reportedly detail how company executives made moderation decisions and accommodated requests from the Biden campaign.



“Well, tonight, less than an hour ago, Musk began to make good on that promise. Twitter shared a trove of internal documents with Matt Taibbi of Substack, these documents are coming out as we speak and what they prove is very serious,” Carlson said. “Those documents show a systematic violation of the First Amendment, the largest example of that in modern history.”



Social media companies censored an Oct, 14, 2020 New York Post article reporting on emails from a laptop Hunter Biden left at a computer repair ship. The laptop was confirmed as authentic in March 2022 by the Washington Post and New York Times.



Twitter and the White House did not immediately respond to requests for comment from the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Elon Musk Increases Personal Security Over Concerns About His Safety

Elon Musk, the owner of social media giant Twitter, divulged to Twitter users over the weekend that he has increased his personal security in response to very real concerns that he was in danger following the release of the first dump of internal records that are being called the ‘Twitter files’.



The Twitter Files unfolded, showing internal documents and correspondences that proved the platform had participated with a radical far-left bias against users at highly important periods of time, infringing upon people’s ability to communicate about important topics- and even spying on users. The lapdog media is trying to reduce the shocking details of the expose as sort of- a bunch of nothing to protect the elite.



“Late Friday night, journalist Matt Taibbi released “The Twitter Files,” a batch of emails sent by Twitter executives discussing the company’s decision to stop an October 2020 New York Post story in its online tracks.



What is in the Twitter Files? Are they truly “bombshell” documents, as the New York Post and Fox News call them? Or are they “not really the smoking gun,” as a Post columnist admitted?” Gizmodo reported.



Musk has even gone as far as to say that the censorship in 2020 of Hunter Biden’s laptop is the definition of ‘election interference. Twitter execs are saying that they didn’t trust the story, and so- that is all there was to it.



“In October 2020, three weeks before the 2020 U.S. presidential election, The New York Post published an exclusive, possibly explosive story: Biden’s Secret Emails: Ukrainian exec thanked Hunter Biden for ‘opportunity to meet’ veep dad. The story purported to report the contents of a laptop brought to the tabloid by the owner of a Delaware computer repair shop, who said it had belonged to, and been abandoned by, President Biden’s second son, Hunter Biden. Emails and files found on the laptop revealed how Hunter had peddled influence with Ukrainian businessmen, the Post claimed –and also included “a raunchy, 12-minute video” showing Hunter smoking crack and having sex.



After the Post story was published, Twitter barred anyone from tweeting a link to it or sending it via direct message, labeling it “hacked material.” The company also suspended the Post’s account for multiple days, preventing it from tweeting further.



Why? Yoel Roth, Twitter’s former head of trust and safety, said in an interview this week that Twitter could not verify the story, implying he and others at the company did not trust the Post,” the outlet reported.



But the story from Taibbi is sensitive enough to get a huge backlash as he unloaded the first bunch of information on Friday night on his personal Twitter account in obvious coordination with Musk.



Taibbi showed the political operation between Twitter and the DNC and showed that Twitter complied with the DNC’s request to censor Tweets.



Taibbi said that the Trump White House made similar requests that were not treated with the same importance.



Taibbi has posted that he has more bombshells to come, saying that the next bunch will involve FBI censorship before the 2020 election, and Taibbi is being harassed and threatened for his coverage of the Twitter files.



Reports from Taibbi were that Twitter also interfered with the Brazillian election, which has left a country in upheaval, and political violence is expected if and when that election is addressed.



The anticipation of the danger of revenge is real, and as Paul Joesph Watson points out in his coverage of the situation, fear of relationships is based on logic.



“We know from the past when sensitive information comes out about high-level elitists, bad things happen,” he said.



Here is how Musk responded to the idea that he is in great personal danger:



“The risk of something happening to me is quite significant,” Musk told a gathering of Twitter users in a Twitter live space open chat. “I am not going to be doing any open car parades,” he told over one Million listeners.


In the chat, Musk went on to say that “it wouldn’t be that hard to kill me if they wanted to, so hopefully they won’t.” The moderators of the chat thought it was hilarious and laughed loudly, even interrupting Musk a number of times with his laughter.



Musk went on to say that “if fate smiles on me, on the situation…” the moderator interrupted him, and Musk continued to over him to talk about the dangerous risks that he faced, saying that it is very real that someone would try to hurt him.



“When the richest man in the world is using that type of language to talk about the danger he is in, it is a pretty big deal,” Paul Joesph Watson told his viewers.



What is now in focus is that Twitter has never claimed its stated purpose to verify news stories for its users.



The Twitter Files show that the laptop story was an exception in the minds of the Twitter execs and that it appeared to be an intentional interference in the political process because the execs all leaned to the left.

Elon Musk Declares He’s Not Suicidal As He Begins Exposing The Left With Another Bombshell

Elon Musk, who paid $ 44 billion to take over Twitter in October, told listeners on an episode of Twitter Spaces that he had faced a higher risk to his personal safety because of his actions at the company. He did not elaborate on what those actions were but said that he had been advised by security experts to take precautions.



When he officially took over, he cut employees down by about half in the first week of November. This resulted in 3,700 people being laid off.



Just 24 hours after he released internal documents about Twitter’s censorship of Hunter Biden’s laptop story, the Twitter CEO was questioned about his personal safety on Twitter Spaces.



“I’m not suicidal,” Musk declared during another interview discussing potential retaliation for his “Twitter files” leaks.



Kim Dotcom, tech guru and founder of Megaupload, asked Musk if he had been having ‘suicidal thoughts’ out of the blue during a chat, shocking other participants.



Musk, 51, replied to the question ‘I do not have any suicidal thoughts. If I committed suicide, it’s not real.’



“Members of staff discovered that they were fired after being logged out of their work around during the sweeping layoffs, according to the Daily Mail.



Musk said: ‘Frankly, the risk of something bad happening or literally even being shot is quite significant.



‘I’m definitely not going to be doing any open-air car parades, let me put it that way. It’s not that hard to kill me if somebody wanted to, so hopefully they don’t.



‘Maybe I should be more worried than I am, but I think generally, if you do right by the people, you have the people on your side.’







In the past, Musk has hinted at threats to his life in cryptic tweets. Most recently, he posted a mysterious tweet after clashing with a high-ranking Russian official over his commitment to providing Starlink satellite internet to Ukraine. The tweets Musk has sent indicate that he may believe he is being targeted, even though it is unclear if he is really in danger.



He posted: ‘If I die under mysterious circumstances, it’s been nice knowin yah’.



“During the bizarre exchange Musk also indicated that there are ‘more smoking guns’ regarding censorship under Twitter’s past leadership. This is a huge problem for the social media company who has been struggling to regain user trust after a series of data breaches and privacy scandals,” The Mail report continued.



He hinted that there would be more releases in the near future – similar to that of the information published around Hunter Biden and the supposed cover up by Twitter. This caused many people to speculate what other information he could be referring to and what other bombshells he could drop.



Musk continued by saying that they will be putting all the information out there in order to have a clean slate. He believes that by doing this, they will be able to improve iteratively and that other media companies will be forced to do the same or they will lose their readership.



In a series of tweets, he published emails from Twitter executives involved in censoring the Hunter Biden laptop story. Twitter appears to have actively worked to suppress the story and protect the Biden campaign, according to the emails.











The Mail added, “In one of these emails, sent ten days after The New York Post first broke the laptop story on October 14 of that year, Twitter staffers were asked to ‘review’ five tweets deemed problematic by ‘the Biden team.'”



That same day, another email reveals that there was an additional complaint from the DNC and two more tweets were deleted.



It is not clear from the leaked emails what the deleted tweets were about, however Washington Free Beacon investigative reporter Andrew Kerr said he had discovered the contents of several of the tweets.



Among the tweets the Biden camp demanded to be taken down were images of Hunter’s genitalia and ‘Hunter Biden porn,’ according to his statement.



“He claims one of the tweets requested to be deleted by the DNC was from actor James Woods and was about Hunter smoking crack and a committing a sex act,” The Mail reported.



And he says the second tweet was a link to Hunter Biden weighing and using drugs, and another link to a Hunter Biden sex tape.



Musk also addressed the possibility of a government crackdown, during an increased period of scrutiny over his handling of the company.



Musk explained: ‘I think there probably will be some actions that will happen, but they’ll happen slowly.



‘It’s only been a month so far, but I would expect some, there’s probably at least a few nefarious things that are in the works, right.’



‘It would be naïve to assume there are no nefarious things. I’ll just expose them on Twitter and see what happens.’

White House Dismisses Twitter Censoring Stories on Behalf of Joe Biden as ‘Old News’

The White House dismissed Monday new information released by Twitter regarding corporate decisions during the 2020 election to censor stories and posts about President Joe Biden’s son Hunter.



“That is full of old news, if you think about it,” White House press secretary Karine Jean Pierre said during the daily briefing, when asked for the White House’s reaction to the new information unveiled by Twitter’s new CEO Elon Musk.



Musk released internal discussions about Twitter executives to journalist Matt Taibbi, who shared the information on the social media platform.



Documents revealed internal communications about censoring the New York Post‘s news story right before the 2020 election about the information retrieved from Biden’s son Hunter’s abandoned laptop. The information also revealed that Twitter censored other posts on social media on behalf of the Democrat National Committee and the Biden campaign.

But Jean-Pierre did not react to a question on Biden’s views about social media companies censoring information for his and his family’s behalf.



Instead, she argued that Musk and Twitter were trying to use the information as a “distraction.”


“An interesting or a coincidence, if I may, that he would so haphazardly — Twitter would so haphazardly push this distraction,” she said, pointing to the “rising volume of anger, hate, and antisemitism on their platform.”



Jean-Pierre accused Musk and Twitter of “letting it happen.”



“Look, what is happening, it’s not — it’s — frankly, it’s not healthy,” she said. “It won’t do anything to help a single American improve their lives.”



The White House announced they would hold a roundtable on Wednesday about combating antisemitism, hosted by second gentleman Doug Emhoff.



The roundtable takes place a week after rapper Kanye West made a series of antisemitic comments during an interview with broadcaster Alex Jones, and even complimented Adolf Hitler.



Jean-Pierre did not specifically name West as a person of concern, but condemned recent antisemitic comments.



“It’s rhetoric. It’s hate. And all of the vile language that we have been hearing, which is incredibly dangerous, this past couple of weeks,” she said.

Biden’s Big Plan Collapses After Elon Musk’s Brutal Seven-Word Response

As is usually the case when federal government bureaucracy attempts to get in on the business dealings of the private sector, innovation is slow and competitive initiatives cease to exist. President Joe Biden has been marching forward with plans to build a network of publicly funded charging stations for electric vehicles.



Biden recently took to Twitter to boast about what he claims his administration has been planning, writing: “We’re building 500,000 electric vehicle charging stations across the country. The great American road trip will be fully electrified.”



According to a news release from the Department of Transportation:



The Biden-Harris Administration today announced it has approved Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Deployment Plans for all 50 States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico ahead of schedule under the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program, established and funded by President Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.



With this approval, all states now have access to all FY22 and FY23 NEVI formula funding, totaling more than $1.5 billion to help build EV chargers covering approximately 75,000 miles of highway across the country.



The NEVI formula funding under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, which makes $5 billion available over five years, will help build a convenient, reliable, and affordable EV charging network across the country.



President Biden’s commitment to making electric vehicles and EV charging accessible to all Americans is critical to fighting the climate crisis and is generating an electric vehicle manufacturing boom across the country.



In April, after Musk met with Biden officials to discuss the future of charging stations, the Department of Transportation said in a statement that there was “​​broad consensus that charging stations and vehicles need to be interoperable and provide a seamless user experience, no matter what car you drive or where you charge your EV.”



Such a revelation would be a no-brainer to a businessman, as the precedent of universal gasoline stations, which sell many different types of fuel, shows.



So Tesla CEO Elon Musk took time out to remind President Joe Biden that his company has been at the forefront of that fight.



Musk, whose Tesla charging network is already completed, immediately fired back at Biden: “Or you can just buy a Tesla.”

“America led the original automotive revolution in the last century, and today, thanks to the historic resources in the President’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, we’re poised to lead in the 21st century with electric vehicles,” said U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg. “We have approved plans for all 50 States, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia to help ensure that Americans in every part of the country – from the largest cities to the most rural communities—can be positioned to unlock the savings and benefits of electric vehicles.”



“Every single state, D.C. and Puerto Rico are working to leverage the investments from the President’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to expand domestic electric vehicle charging across America,” said U.S. Secretary of Energy Jennifer M. Granholm. “President Biden is leading the shift to electrify transportation—ensuring drivers can commute and charge confidently and affordably, and lessening our oversized reliance on fossil fuels while combatting climate change.”



“With this greenlight, States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico can ramp up their work to build out EV charging networks that will make driving an EV more convenient and affordable for their residents and will serve as the backbone of our national EV charging network,” said Acting Federal Highway Administrator Stephanie Pollack. “The Federal Highway Administration will continue to work closely with States as we implement this historic funding under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to bring President Biden’s vision for a national electric vehicle network to communities across America.”



While the Biden administration is talking about what they want to accomplish, Musk has already been there and done that, Conservative Brief reported.



As noted by CNN, Tesla currently has the largest network of chargers in North America and has recently tried to encourage other makers of electric vehicles to make their vehicles compatible with Musk’s Tesla network.



“Tesla chargers outnumber so-called CCS chargers, the sort used by Ford, General Motors, Audi, Rivian, and others, by a factor of two to one, according to Tesla. Now, Tesla has invited other automakers to build cars with charging ports that can work with Tesla’s charging format and for other charging companies, like EVGo, ChargePoint, and Electrify America, to add Tesla-style plugs to their chargers,” CNN reported.



“We created our own connector, as there was no standard back then & Tesla was the only maker of long-range electric cars. That said, we’re making our Supercharger network open to all other EVs,” Musk wrote in a July tweet.



Kentucky Republican Rep. Thomas Massie took to Twitter to criticize the Biden administration for planning to build a network when one already exists.



“The government should not be in the business of building electric car charging stations. Tesla already has a nationwide network of privately financed, owned, and maintained charging stations that allow you to drive a Tesla virtually anywhere in the United States,” he tweeted.

Twitter Founder Jack Dorsey Makes Shocking Request of Elon Musk – What Does He Know?

The dramatic revelations coming out of the “Twitter Files” haven’t stopped yet, and the developing side stories are a look at just how far the Democratic National Committee and other powerful forces wielded their influence over social media platforms to shape narratives and influence elections.



The most recent evidence that there is something yet to be uncovered came in a peculiar request from Twitter’s founder, Jack Dorsey, to its new CEO, Elon Musk. Dorsey suggested that instead of releasing a limited number of internal documents over a period of weeks, it would be better to release them all now.



“If the goal is transparency to build trust, why not just release everything without filter and let people judge for themselves? Including all discussions around current and future actions? Make everything public now,” Dorsey tweeted Wednesday.


The request came in response to Musk’s last tweet regarding the Twitter Files, in which Musk announced he would need more time to release the next tranche of documents.



What makes Dorsey’s request even more intriguing is that toward the end of his reign at Twitter — he left the company last November — he had a falling out with Twitter’s board, according to the New York Post.



An investor group called Elliott Management, which Dorsey described as an “activist” group, tried to force him out of Twitter starting in 2020.



In a series of text messages between Dorsey and Musk that were released as part of Twitter’s previous lawsuit against Musk when he backed out of the purchasing deal earlier this year before eventually going through with it, Dorsey expressed great interest in getting Musk on Twitter’s board.

“Back when we had the activist come in, I tried my hardest to get you on our board, and our board said no,” a March text from Dorsey to Musk read.



Dorsey explained in another text why he believed the board wouldn’t go for it. “I think the main reason is the board is just super risk averse and saw adding you as more risk, which I thought was completely stupid and backwards,” Dorsey wrote.



The question remains: Does Dorsey want something from that turbulent time to be released for public consumption? It sure sounds that way.



That’s an interesting thought given the most recent developments concerning the Twitter Files, which it now appears could have been sanitized by former Twitter general counsel James Baker, a former high-level FBI lawyer who was in charge of the failed Russian collusion investigation.



Baker was fired on Tuesday after it was discovered that he had vetted the Twitter Files before they were released.

James Baker, the former FBI lead counsel and a figure who was neck-deep in fabricating and perpetuating the lie that Donald Trump ‘colluded with Russia’ ahead of the 2016 election, left the agency under a cloud of suspicion in 2018 following several GOP-led investigations. He was quickly hired as Deputy General Counsel of Twitter by then-CEO Jack Dorsey. In the subsequent months, Baker would once again play a role in protecting the deep state, and after being outed by an internal investigation last week, Musk has now fired him.

Twitter CEO Elon Musk revealed on Tuesday that Twitter’s former Deputy General Counsel James Baker was “exited” from the company after revelations about his alleged role in the platform’s handling of the Hunter Biden laptop story.



Over the weekend, journalist Matt Taibbi published internal communications from Twitter’s top brass in October 2020 about how to combat the New York Post’s publication of materials about Hunter Biden’s laptop.



“In light of concerns about Baker’s possible role in suppression of information important to the public dialogue, he was exited from Twitter today,” Musk tweeted in response to Taibbi, who shared a story about Baker and his various corrupt roles in government by famed legal scholar Jonathan Turley.

Internal communications revealed in last week’s “Twitter Files” dump by journalist Matt Taibbi show that Baker was instrumental in defining Twitter’s “hacked materials” policy, which he utilized to the fullest extent to quash the bombshell revelations of Biden family corruption contained on Hunter’s laptop and first reported by the New York Post in October 2020.



“I support the conclusion that we need more facts to assess whether the materials were hacked,” Baker wrote in one email chain. “At this stage, however, it’s reasonable for us to assume that they may have been and that caution is warranted.”

Before joining Twitter, Baker also worked as general counsel at the FBI, where he was a key figure in the bureau’s investigation into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.



Attorney Michael Sussmann met with Baker in 2016 and presented “purported data and ‘white papers’ that allegedly demonstrated a covert communicates channel” between the Trump Organization and Alfa Bank, which is based in Russia. Sussmann was accused of telling Baker that he was not doing work “for any client” but later billing the Hillary Clinton campaign for the work. Sussmann was acquitted earlier this year on one count of making a false statement to the FBI.



Baker was also personally involved in the FISA warrant application to surveil Carter Page, who was working as an aide to former President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign. The application relied heavily on the discredited “Trump dossier.” Baker later admitted that his role in the Page FISA application was unusual.



Turley, in his column, reminded readers that Baker was “at the center of the Twitter suppression scandal,” adding: “Baker has been featured repeatedly in the Russian investigations launched by the Justice Department, including the hoax involving the Russian Alfa Bank.”



The media-intelligence complex is alive and well and has been inhabiting the country’s largest social media platforms. If they were embedded in Twitter, we have to believe they are embedded in others, as well.

‘Visibility Filtering:’ ‘Twitter Files’ Reveals Shadowbanning, Other Tools Used to Censor Conservatives

A new Twitter Files investigation has revealed the many tools that company executives employed to blacklist and shadowban conservative voices. The thread posted to Elon Musk’s platform reveals that the internal Twitter name for shadowbanning is “visibility filtering.”



Released by former New York Times reporter Bari Weiss in yet another lengthy Twitter thread, the revelations on Thursday showed that several mainstream conservative voices, from Charlie Kirk to Dan Bongino, were shadowbanned by the social media company under the rubrics of “Visibility Filtering” or “VF.” At one point, Twitter even placed Stanford professor, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, under the label “Trends Blacklist” for arguing that coronavirus lockdowns would harm children. Per Weiss:



Twitter once had a mission “to give everyone the power to create and share ideas and information instantly, without barriers.” Along the way, barriers nevertheless were erected.



Take, for example, Stanford’s Dr. Jay Bhattacharya who argued that Covid lockdowns would harm children. Twitter secretly placed him on a “Trends Blacklist,” which prevented his tweets from trending.



Or consider the popular right-wing talk show host, Dan Bongino, who at one point was slapped with a “Search Blacklist.”



Twitter set the account of conservative activist Charlie Kirk to “Do Not Amplify.”

As Weiss and multiple conservative commenters pointed out, Twitter routinely denied shadowbanning voices, especially based on “political viewpoints or ideology.” While shadowbanning might not be the term that Twitter employed, the company still performed the censorial practice under the banner of “Visibility Filtering or “VF.” According to Weiss, “multiple high-level sources confirmed that “Visibility Filtering” took place.



“Think about visibility filtering as being a way for us to suppress what people see to different levels. It’s a very powerful tool,” one senior employee is quoted as having told Weiss.



“We control visibility quite a bit. And we control the amplification of your content quite a bit. And normal people do not know how much we do,” said one anonymous engineer, which two other Twitter employees confirmed.

Bari Weiss further profiled efforts by Twitter executives to censor accounts like Libs of TikTok, which Breitbart News will cover more extensively as the investigation unfolds. Recently, former Twitter safety executive Yoel Roth, who quit after billionaire Elon Musk acquired the company, defended the platform’s fateful decision to censor the Christian satire site The Babylon Bee for calling transgender HHS assistant secretary Dr. Rachel Levine a “man.”


“We have seen from a number of Twitter accounts, including Libs of TikTok, notably, that there are orchestrated campaigns, that particularly single out a a group that is already particularly vulnerable within society,” Roth told New York magazine editor Kara Swisher at the Informed conference last week. “So, not only is not funny, but it is dangerous and it does contribute to an environment that makes people unsafe in the world.”

Twitter CEO Elon Musk just showed the world what lengths Twitter went to to interfere in elections.



According to independent journalist Matt Taibbi, Twitter granted content deletion requests from the Biden campaign for 2020.



The first of the installments of “The Twitter Files,” which was published Friday by Taibbi, offered a deeper understanding as to what led to Twitter’s suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story leading up to the 2020 presidential election. According to Twitter at the time, it claimed it was enforcing a policy that made it illegal for people to share digitally stolen content on this platform. This particular statement was despite there being no evidence to support this claim.



The House Republicans who will lead the chamber in the next Congress are interested in Jim Baker, the former FBI agent and lawyer for Twitter who is a former FBI agent. There is no doubt that Baker played a pivotal role in the Russian collusion hoax, which involved former president Donald Trump, before moving to Twitter, where he was a key person in covering up the Hunter Biden laptop story, which Fox News reports.



“Committee on Oversight and Reform Republicans are investigating President Biden’s involvement in his family’s foreign business practices and international influence peddling schemes. You have been identified as a figure central to suppressing information regarding President Biden and his family prior to an American election. Therefore, Committee Republicans request your attendance at a public Committee hearing during the 118th Congress to assess Big Tech’s control of free discourse and information sharing,” wrote Rep. James Comer in a letter to Baker in which he outlined the issue.



“Twitter CEO Elon Musk recently claimed that Twitter ‘has interfered in elections.’ The American people deserve to know why Twitter took down the Hunter Biden laptop story even when your colleagues were questioning the rationale for suppressing the story. Your testimony will provide the Committee critical context regarding the Twitter censorship team’s decision to prohibit users from sharing information about a presidential candidate,” he went on.



A letter was also sent by Comer to Vijaya Gadde. Gadde was the head of the legal department at Twitter at the time when the story about Hunter Biden’s laptop was buried.



“On October 14, 2020—the day the laptop story was published—Twitter took steps to severely limit users’ ability to share reporting by the New York Post that challenged Joe Biden’s assertion he had never participated in his family’s history of using his public office for financial gain. According to new information released by Twitter, you played a key role in the decision to censor the story—while ‘the Biden team’ directed Twitter to remove stories in the days leading up to the 2020 election,” Comer said.



“Your decision was made without knowledge or approval of Twitter’s then-CEO Jack Dorsey and when another leader of the platform’s censorship team—Yoel Roth—believed the New York Post’s Hunter Biden laptop story ‘didn’t reach a place where I was comfortable removing [the] content from Twitter.’ Yet, Twitter—at your behest—suppressed the story and suspended the Post’s Twitter account. Media outlets including the New York Times and the Washington Post now acknowledge that the information on Hunter Biden’s laptop is authentic,” he continued.



“To assist the Committee in conducting this important investigation, we request that you appear before the Committee at a full committee hearing during the 118th Congress,” he added.



In regards to Baker, when questioned as to if they would insist on answers from him, a Republican spokesperson on the House Judiciary Committee said “Stay tuned.”

GOP Puts Biden on Notice: ‘We Will Roll Out Red Carpet for Elon Musk to Testify before Committee’

House GOP leaders have put President Joe Biden on notice by warning that Elon Musk will testify before Congress on Twitter’s efforts to censor Americans and meddle in elections on behalf of the Democrats.



Republicans say they have talked to Musk, or his team, about testifying before the House Oversight Committee as part of their new probe into Joe Biden and his son Hunter.



Rep. James Comer (R-KY) said: “I have reached out to Elon Musk through backchannels to tell him that we would love for him to come before the committee.



“I’m pretty confident he’s going to provide more information, but he is welcome to come before our committee.



“We will roll out the red carpet for Elon Musk.



“He’s doing a great service to the Oversight Committee and America by disclosing all of the emails and correspondence between the Biden campaign and the Democratic National Committee and Twitter



“What I want to know is who told you that this was Russian disinformation?



“Did you all just make this up, or was the FBI involved?



“Who within the Biden campaign specifically was the one that was advising you on this,” he said.



Comer sent a letter to Musk earlier, asking for documents that the previous management would not hand over.


“Committee on Oversight and Reform Republicans are investigating the Biden family’s pattern of influence peddling to enrich themselves and President Biden’s involvement in these schemes,” he wrote.



“As part of this investigation, Committee Republicans are reviewing the role Big Tech—including Twitter—played in supporting the Biden campaign in 2020 by suppressing certain stories implicating the Bidens.



“Following your recent acquisition of Twitter and pledge to make the social media platform a place ‘where a wide range of beliefs can be debated in a healthy manner,’ we hope you will correct this error made by the company’s former leadership and provide Americans with transparency.



“To that end, we request Twitter provide information regarding its previous leaders’ decision to limit information that may have affected the 2020 election.



“On April 20, 2022, we wrote Twitter’s then-Chief Executive Officer Parag Agrawal, requesting the company ‘preserve all documents and communications in Twitter’s custody referring or relating to the October 2020 New York Post article about Hunter Biden’s laptop.’



“The company’s former leadership did not respond to our letter,” he wrote.



“We believe open communication and access to information is a fundamental principle for any free people, and the American people deserve to know the reason Twitter suppressed or censored the Biden laptop story shortly before the 2020 election.”

Twitter Files: Leftist Executives Twisted Rules to Blacklist Donald Trump

The fourth part of the “Twitter Files” series was published Saturday night by journalist Michael Shellenberger, outlining how Twitter executives twisted the platform’s rules with the intention of blacklisting former President Donald Trump on January 7, 2020.



In a recently published thread, journalist Michael Shellenberger outlined the fourth release of the “Twitter Files” series, detailing the internal workings at Twitter and conversations between executives ahead of the banning of former President Donald Trump.

Shellenberger states that following the events at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, Twitter faced immense pressure to ban former President Trump, with many claiming they needed to ban Trump for safety reasons. During this time, then-CEO Jack Dorsey was on vacation and appeared to delegate much of the decision-making to other top executives including Global Head of Trust and Safety Yoel Roth and Head of Legal, Policy, & Trust Vijaya Gadde, the platform’s censorship queen:

On January 7, Dorsey emailed employees saying that the platform must remain consistent in its policies, including allowing users to return to the platform following temporary bans. Roth reassured an employee that “people who care about this… aren’t happy with where we are.”



Roth later excited DM’d colleagues stating “GUESS WHAT. Jack just approved repeat offender for civic integrity.” This would allow Twiter to create a system where five violations of rules would result in permanent suspension:

Colleagues continued to ask Roth about “incitement to violence,” and on January 8, Twitter announced a permanent ban on Trump’s account due to the “risk of the further incitement of violence.” Twitter said that the ban was based on “specifically how [Trump’s tweets] are being received & interpreted,” but Shellenberger notes that in 2019, Twitter stated that it did “not attempt to determine all potential interpretations of the content or its intent.”

In another discussion, Roth asks a colleague to add “stopthesteal” and “Kraken” to a blacklist of terms to be unamplified. The colleague objects stating that doing so could risk “deamplifying counterspeech” that validated the 2020 election results.

The latest Twitter Files release appears to show a general attempt by Roth and other Twitter employees to justify the banning of Trump and attempts to figure out how current policy could be applied in a way that would explain the permanent suspension.

Shellenberger ends the thread by noting that Facebook’s suspension of former President Trump and its willingness to ignore its own rules put the final nail in the coffin for Trump’s return to Twitter.

The Twitter Files: The Corporate Media Ignores The Biggest Story Of The Decade

The biggest story of the past decade is not the covid pandemic, the January 6th protests, the war in Ukraine, the BLM riots, or even the stagflationary crisis in the US. Behind these major events is another story, one that connects them all together in a disturbing way. Even more important than the effects of geopolitical and economic chaos is the effect of mass censorship; without the free exchange of information and debate the public remains ignorant. And if the public remains ignorant, crisis events have an increasing potential to explode.



Public perception of national and international affairs is a key determinant of the outcome of disasters and conflicts. This is why governments and elitists from around the world often seek to manipulate the ways in which people digest information. The idea is rather simple – They believe that 'we the people' cannot be allowed to come to our own conclusions. They think we cannot be trusted to develop the “proper” viewpoints and we are not smart enough to understand the implications of governmental decisions.



In other words, they believe the exact opposite of what is outlined in the US Constitution. The establishment will give numerous reasons why they need to censor, suppress, spin and misrepresent the facts of any given situation, but in the end the real rationale is that they have a vision for society that is contrary to our foundations. They have appointed themselves the arbiters of reality to see that vision done. As Edward Bernays, the “father of pubic relations” once stated in his book 'Propaganda':



“The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. ...We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of. This is a logical result of the way in which our democratic society is organized. Vast numbers of human beings must cooperate in this manner if they are to live together as a smoothly functioning society. ...In almost every act of our daily lives, whether in the sphere of politics or business, in our social conduct or our ethical thinking, we are dominated by the relatively small number of persons...who understand the mental processes and social patterns of the masses. It is they who pull the wires which control the public mind.”



This is pure authoritarianism. It's the stuff of nightmares and revolutions. But for many years now a large subsection of the world has denied such a dynamic exists. It's “conspiracy theory” and “tinfoil hattery” to claim that a small number of elites work together in secret to control public perception and govern our society from the shadows. After all, where is the proof?



Of course, this kind of argument is a coping mechanism for the mentally deficient. Proof of such secretive governance and control is everywhere these days, but some people prefer willful denial. Take for example the ongoing data drops for what is now being called “The Twitter Files.”



The mainstream media is barely responding to the information dump initiated by Elon Musk. They seem to be far more interested in Donald Trump's tax records. When they are forced to acknowledge the story, they are hostile, calling the information “boring” or unimpressive. It's a classic psychological tactic of typical narcissists and criminals – When they get caught, they act indifferent, as if neither the evidence nor their crimes really matter. If getting caught doesn't matter to them, then their crimes must not be all that bad, right?



The content of these files is astonishing, but at the same time it is true that the conclusions are not surprising.



The files simply confirm almost everything conservative and libertarian commentators have been saying for years; all those “conspiracy theories” about Big Tech censorship of conservatives turned out to be true. Not only that, but the theory that government agencies and officials from the DNC worked with Big Tech to silence and undermine their political opponents was also true.







Twitter has long denied that they “shadow ban” users, but this was a lie. The data shows that small groups within Twitter called “strategic response teams” suppressed up to 200 accounts per day. Usually these were accounts of larger and more influential conservative politicians and celebrities. And, these teams operated in coordination with Democrat officials and agencies like the FBI. In some cases the goal was to mute a particular individual. In other cases the goal was to steer national elections.



Internal Twitter communications show that SRT groups spent most of their time fabricating reasons why certain information was subject to TOS. In other words, if Twitter's rules were not being violated, they made up new rules.



The exposure of Twitter is the biggest story of the decade because it provides proof of a hidden cabal. It shows the ugly mechanics behind the scenes and exposes a network of elites and their errand boys who were involved in direct operations to destroy the 1st Amendment for the sake of ideological supremacy.



It's the classic definition of fascism, a definition that Benito Mussolini reiterated when he argued: “Fascism should more properly be called corporatism because it is the merger of state and corporate power.”



And, if this brand of Fascism was happening within the halls of Twitter, then there is little doubt it is also happening at companies like Google/YouTube, Apple, Facebook, etc. Before we had evidence, now we have confirmation.



The corporate media argues over relevance instead of morality because they benefited from the censorship. It's important to remember that one of the first measures Big Tech companies applied after suppressing the alternative media during the pandemic was to then amplify the corporate media. These companies are floundering with dismal audience numbers and dwindling profits. No one listens to them anymore. Yet, as long as they promote the establishment narrative their opinions and disinformation are given priority on nearly every search engine and social media platform.



Of course they aren't interested in the Twitter Files, liars are often “bored” by honest commentary and factual information. Also, their continued existence relies on the censorship of their competition in the alternative media.



The bottom line is this: According to the Bill of Rights, it is illegal for agents of the US government to obstruct the free speech of law abiding American citizens. It does not matter if the action is done by using “private businesses” as a middlemen. And, if a private business is colluding with government to implement political policy then it is no longer a private business. Twitter was participating in a form of treason, along with the agencies that they cooperated with. It's a huge story, and one that should lead to punishment for those involved.

On Saturday Elon Musk released the Twitter Files, Part 4 report on the company’s discussions on the censoring and banning of United States President Donald Trump.



Part 4 of the release includes part 2 of the internal discussions leading up to the ‘removal of Trump’



President Trump was ultimately banned from Twitter on January 8, 2021.

Kevin McCarthy Pledges Subpoenas for 51 Intel Agents in Wake of Hunter Biden ‘Twitter Files’

House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy said Saturday on FNC’s “One Nation” that he will bring the 51 intel agents that signed a letter that said the Hunter Biden information was Russia collusion to testify at a congressional hearing.



Host Brian Kilmeade asked, “We saw the revelations coming out of Twitter as Elon Musk is unmasking the corruption that existed there and the denials that they testified about. So for you personally you have another move you want to make. Not only do we want to hear from the former executives of Twitter and the other entities, but you have something else you want to say.”



McCarthy said, Yeah, I do. This is egregious what we are finding. They should not have section 230 to start out with, but we also have to go further. What did Facebook and Google do as well because they became an arm of the Democratic Party and an arm of government.”



He continued, “Those 51 intel agents that signed a letter that said the Hunter Biden information was all wrong — was Russia collusion — many of them have a security clearance. We are going to bring them before committee. I’m going to have them have a hearing. Why did they sign it? Why did they lie to the American public? A Clapper, a Brennan? Why did you use the reputation that America was able to give to you more information, but use it for a political purpose and lie to the American public?”

Musk: 'Twitter Is Both Social Media Company, Crime Scene'

Twitter owner Elon Musk Saturday, as the company rolled out new rules concerning language on the site and before another thread of Twitter files were to be released Saturday night, announced that the company is a "crime scene."



"Twitter is both a social media company and a crime scene," the billionaire owner posted on his page. In a separate tweet, Musk posted a meme of a tombstone, declaring "Twitter's Darkest Secrets," followed by a cartoon of himself with a shovel.



The posts come as Twitter on Saturday revealed its new rules concerning how it will treat slur words on the site as part of Musk's vows to make the site a place where freedom of expression is honored, reports The New York Post.



"People will still see slur words in Tweets when they follow an account that uses them," a post on Twitter Safety's official account said. "However, we will not amplify Tweets containing slurs or hate speech, and we will not serve ads adjacent to those Tweets."



Such tweets, however, will not undergo a blanket removal or suppression, the safety team's posts said.



"Context matters and not all occurrences of slur words are used in a hateful way," the anonymous official posted. "Slur words may be used in counter speech, reclaimed phrases, and song lyrics, for example."



In addition, the account's post contained two charts that show the company is keeping daily tabs on slur words, in the English language that were tracked on the site and claimed a "consistent downward trend in true hateful language impressions" after Musk took over in October.


Thursday, though, Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., said he is demanding action from Twitter after a study revealed that hate speech using race slurs tripled since Musk bought the company.



Musk posted a denial in response to Schiff's tweet, and the website added a context message to Schiff's comments.

The fifth installment of the Twitter Files release drops today courtesy of Ms. Bari Weiss [READ HERE]. The focus of Ms Weiss was on the decision to ban President Donald Trump from the platform, and her outline walks through the events leading up to the decision to remove him.

After a review of internal discussions, slacks and conversations within the social media platform, ultimately the officers within the company decided to protect their view of democracy by removing their biggest ideological opponent.



The Twitter executives justified their actions by echo-chambering a belief that President Trump was tweeting “coded messages,” the secret transmission of thoughts that can only be received by those wearing red hats, tuned to a specific psychological frequency. As Weiss notes: “Less than 90 minutes after Twitter employees had determined that Trump’s tweets were not in violation of Twitter policy, Vijaya Gadde—Twitter’s Head of Legal, Policy, and Trust—asked whether it could, in fact, be “coded incitement to further violence.”



President Trump tweeted the term “American Patriots,” which would be viewed by the Twitter ideologues as something akin to “the leader of a terrorist group responsible for violence/deaths comparable to Christchurch shooter or Hitler and on that basis and on the totality of his Tweets, he should be de-platformed.”



It did not take long for the narrative to embed as the most senior Twitter regulatory officers assembled. “One hour later, Twitter announces Trump’s permanent suspension “due to the risk of further incitement of violence.”



The entirety of Twitter File #5 release surrounds this internal Twitter dynamic, carefully avoiding any discussion or sunlight from outside government actors who may have been in direct contact with the senior Twitter team.



Indeed, the documents chosen to provide evidence of the debate and decision to remove President Trump are transparently devoid of any inbound government contact to the Twitter organization.



Thus, at the end of Ms. Weiss carefully written expose’, she concludes with this:

Apparently, DHS, FBI and CISA officials were involved in direct contact with Twitter through their DHS “trusted partnership” portal to get rid of innocuous rebel voices and influence agents like Dan Bongino, Q conspiracy theorists, and various COVID doctors who were providing information against the interests of the government.



However, when it came to removing the most powerful voice of President Donald John Trump, there was nothing but static radio silence from the government side of the DHS portal.

Do you see how this is presented? “A handful of people at a private company,” that’s the story and they are sticking to it. Swear.
