Each egg weighs approximately 70 grams (2.5 ounces). (That's US JUMBO. You can use 5 LARGE instead)
1 pinch of salt.
200 g sugar (1 cup).
80 ml vegetable oil (1/3 cup).
280 g flour (2 cups).
60 g almond flour (1/2 cup).
1 teaspoon baking powder.
400 g cottage cheese (1.5 cups).
1 egg.
3 spoons of powdered sugar.
Mix well.
Bake at 180 C (356 F) for 45 minutes.
