3 tangerines.
Grate the skin of 2 tangerines.
This is a very easy to make dessert, ideal for any occasion.
120 ml sunflower oil (1/2 cup).
Remember that 1 cup = 240 ml.
2 eggs.
180 g sugar (3/4 cup).
A pinch of salt.
Beat for 3-4 minutes.
Add the mashed tangerines.
Add the grated tangerine peel.
220 grams of flour (1.5 cups).
2 tablespoons cornstarch.
1.5 teaspoons baking powder.
25 x 10 x 8 cm (10 x 4 x 3 inch) mold.
Bake at 170 C (338 F) for 50 minutes.
Juice of 1 tangerine.
4 tablespoons powdered sugar.
Gradually add the juice and mix until you get this texture.
