Mango Icebox Cake
2 mangoes.
200 g biscuits (7 oz).
90 g melted butter (3.2 oz).
27 x 18 cm mold.
Add 2/3 of the biscuits.
600 g yoghurt (21 oz).
120 g sugar (4.2 oz).
8 g agar-agar (1 tablespoon).
Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until boiling.
Add mango and mix well.
Add the rest of the cookies.
Coconut flakes (optional).
Store in the fridge for 2 hours.
Today a cake with a fresh taste is born, very appetizing for hot days and very easy to prepare.
