The Last Chance Prayer List

This list has been around since the beginning of the board, but I'm now making it public as time is obviously very, very short and we all have loved ones we'd like to be saved BEFORE the rapture.  Please add the names of those you want prayer for, and please remember to pray for "those on the list" daily.


Please list the names (first name only, last initial OK - but the Lord knows who they are) of loved ones who aren't saved; then we can all easily pray for
them all, simply by asking the Lord to lead "those on the Last Chance List" to salvation before it's too late.

The Holy Spirit has led me to pray something like, "For those whom I've been praying for regularly who are left behind, please let them know and understand what happened, let them know what they have to do, and give them the grace and strength to do it."

hA HA! Was hoping to get the same info fro u. rt now im planning on Dr David Jeremiah's series on spiritual warfare. i have a fave book called the invisible war that ive read a few times n refer to when i need a reminder on what to do. basically, when i am attacked, i call on God. i feel oppressed dirty heavy distracted lethargic. i get into ephesians 6 n read. then i hop to specific verses of scripture that assure me of Gods truth while the enemy is trying to get me to focus on his lie. the lies im told are specific enough that there are verses of scripture that apply to my attack. no weapon formed against me will prosper. i can do all things thru christ who gives me strength, if god is for me who can be against me, for i k now the plans the lord has for me plans to not harm me to give me hope and a future, these are off the top of my head and are very effective. i am not given a spirit of fear but of strength, he who started a good work in me is faithful to complete it. God is love, i am his child and if i ask my father for bread he will not give me a stone

speaking of spiritual warfare n prayer, please keep me n my kids in prayer we need protection from their dad who is a mental, physical emotional and spiritual mess. kids havent seen him in 3 years- he just left and never returned- but his garbage keeps creeping back into our lives. seriously need God to place his hand over us all n cover us n keep us safe. protection. need his complete perfect protection

Have you ever listened to any of Russ Dizdars audios? He has his mp3 courses which you used to have to pay for now available for free on his website.

Take a look at the left margin, about an inch down on the scroll bar you'll see listed all the courses offered. There are hundreds of hours of audio there. I've only just started listening to them.

The person in my family that is heaviest on my heart is my grandfather, Marc C. He has stage 4 prostate cancer and he honestly thinks he is going to go to heaven. He grew up catholic and has NO clue. He thinks he does and we have talked time and time again but he still doesn't get it. I have prayed for years for the Lord to help me have peace about him but nothing yet. The last time that we visited him my husband was given the chance to talk to him many times and sometimes for hours on end. My grandfather would say "I think" or "I believe"....... Fill in the blank. My husband would respond with "the bible says" Praise God that he was able to do that! I am so thankful for such a wonderful husband that truly LOVES the Lord!!!! Thanks guys!!

Tracy O. is Cathoic. She believes that Mary, the mother of Jesus assended into heaven (becasue she heard it somewhere). I asked her to show me where it is in the bible (it's NOT there)! She said that Mary has been showing up in certain places and performig miracles. I told her dead people DON'T come back! I added that what these people are seeing is NOT from God! It's from the devil. She said that she knows what she belives in her heart, I asked again that she show me where it is in the bible that Mary is coming back and will perform miracles... of course, she is not able to do that either. =( As soon s I hung up the phone I prayed that God reveal the truth to her and that she comes to know HIM through Jesus! Please pray for her. Thank you!

There are many (and many catholics in my life too) but my biggest burden is always for my son Eddy. PLEASE PRAY for him.....he is incarecerated in jail again (age 34...not a kid) and he blames me for EVERYTHING that goes wrong in his ife, including his drug/alcohol problem....he too, is a spiritual mess and I don't even know him anymore. The hatred he shows towards me is sometimes unbearable, so I have had to "cut him loose" for my own protection. He is in court sanctioned drug court, but is spending some time in jail for blowing off treatment and for getting a script for percadone. Please pray that God's grace will shine upon him and that he will recover....he is my only child. Thanks.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We lift all of whom are on this prayer list up to You in Heaven and into your Wise, All- loving, All- capable All-mighty Hands and we ask You to please bring these precious loved ones, our friends and family, to Your Beloved Son Jesus Christ at this late hour. We are claiming Your promises as stated in Your Word for our friends and family in that You will:

".. open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, (so) that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me." (Act 26:18)


We ask you to open their eyes and unstop their ears so they may be able to 'see' and 'hear' and understand Your Truth and be Saved,

"the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped" (Isaiah 35:5),


Just as Moses led Your Chosen People out of Egypt and into the Promise Land, we ask that Your Holy Spirit will lead our loved ones out of the 'darkness' of this present evil world and into Your Life-Giving Light.

We ask that you heal them and deliver them from destruction:

"He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions." (Psalm 107:20)


We ask you to grant them a new heart and a new spirit for You,

"A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh." (Ezekiel 36:26)

for Your Word is:

"quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."

for You say,

"If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. " (John 14:14)

"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
" (Matthew 7:7-8 )


We pray that Your Will be done and according to Your Word it is not in Your will that any should perish and this would includes all the names on the above list:

"The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that ALL should come to repentance. " 2 Peter 3:9

Allmighty God, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We know and believe and have confidence with all our hearts that you are hearing this prayer RIGHT THIS VERY MOMENT and our petition for those on this list.

"And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:(1 John 5:14)


" And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. " (1 John 5:15)

Amen! For this is our desire:


"To open their (those whom are on this list) eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. " (Act 26:18)

so that they may

"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you (they) will be saved, you (they) and your (their) household." (Act 16:31)


" Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my Name, he will give it you. Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.
" (John 16:23-24)

We ask this in Jesus' Wonderful, Powerful, Life-Giving Mighty Name,
