I know I'm going to catch some flack for this but the Lord did command us to pray for our leaders per 1 Timothy 2. So without further ado I am adding the President and his family to this list:
President Obama Michelle Obama Sasha and Malia Obama
I pray the Lord will open their hearts towards Him, I pray the Holy Spirit will grant them (and everyone on this last chance prayer list) a love for Him and a love for His Truth. I pray for their Salvation. I pray this in Your Precious Name, Lord for You are our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your Word and all of Your Promises. Most of all we thank you for YOU and what you have done for us. For the most precious Gift of all is YOU. For You give Eternal Life for all who believe in You. Thank You! Amen.
Philippians 3:20-21 “But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body to be like his glorious body, by the power that enables him even to subject all things to himself.”
You're so right baydoll, I have found it very difficult to pray for our president, but the bible says we need to pray for even our enemies...

Please remember my ex- mother in law Marge prayer. She has been fighting cancer for almost two years. They stopped all chemo and have her on pain medicine only. I pray God gives her peace. Thank you.
She is getting worse the family is all coming and hospice is coming to talk to the family Friday.
My ex mother in law Marjorie Richardson lost her battle with cancer today at 2pm. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers, I believe that is what kept her out of pain. She was a Christian so I know she will be with the Lord.
Oh how wonderful for her to be looking into his beautiful face. She is resting in His arms now. I'm truly sorry for your loss. I will pray for you and your family to have comfort and peace.

Thank you all, except I have a question.... Is she with the Lord? Or is she asleep awaiting the return of the Lord when the dead in Christ will rise first and then the rest of us that remain will be caught up with them in the air?
Here's the verse I use to support that... 2Co 5:8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

Pierce my ear oh Lord my God Take me to your door this day I will serve no other God I am here to stay
Turn my heart oh Lord, like rivers of waters Turn my heart oh Lord, by your hands Til my whole life flows, in the river of your Spirit And my name brings honor, to the lamb
Keep praying everyone. God hears our prayers. God is with us, He is present here in this place where we have gathered together. I ask in the name of Jesus that we would humble our hearts before Him and confess our sins(to Him) and that we would lift our prayers to Him with no weight before us.
