END TIMES WATCHERS TAKING ANOTHER LOOK AT MALACHY’S PROPHECY OF THE LAST POPE AS POPE FRANCIS CONTINUES TO RADICALLY CHANGE THE CATHOLIC CHURCH
In 1139, then Archbishop Malachy went to Rome from Ireland to give an account of his affairs. While there he received a strange vision about the future that included the name of every pope, 112 in all from his time, who would rule until the end of time. We are now at the last prophecy. Malachy has stated there would be only one more pope after Benedict, and during his reign comes the end of the world. So Francis could be the last. The prediction in full is: "In the final persecution of the Holy Roman Church there will reign Peter the Roman, who will feed his flock amid many tribulations, after which the seven-hilled city will be destroyed and the dreadful Judge will judge the people. The End.”

From time to time, interest in the long-ago made prophecy of the end times by Roman Catholic Archbishop Malachy will flare up again, and people will write in and ask what we think about it. Well, there is no trustworthy prophecy outside of the Bible, it begins with Genesis 1 and ends with Revelation 22, and honestly that is that. That said, Malachy at the very least was astute in his consideration of the Roman system on many levels. Things he got right in his “prophecy” is that the Roman Catholic Church does indeed sit on 7 hills, and it will be destroyed at the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. Biblically, that places us smack-dab in the middle of Revelation 17 and 18, and if so, Malachy correctly has identified the church as the Whore of Babylon. Well now, for a Catholic that’s pretty good preaching, see for yourself:
“And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration. Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her. Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.” Revelation 17:4-6, 18:9,10 (KJV)
Now that we have established that the part of Malachy’s ‘prophecy’ that shows the destruction of the Roman Catholic Church lines up with actual prophecy in scripture, could Pope Francis be the last pope? In just 2019 alone, Jorge Mario Bergoglio, the real name of Pope Francis, has signed a covenant with Islam, is working to bring about a One World Religion, and has appointed 13 hand-picked cardinals to help him reach these goals in 2020. I would say that if Malachy were somehow able to look up from where he is right now, and see what’s happening in Rome, he just might recognize what’s going on.

His predictions are taken very seriously. As one report states: “In 1958, before the Conclave that would elect Pope John XXIII, Cardinal Spellman of New York hired a boat, filled it with sheep and sailed up and down the Tiber River, to show that he was “pastor et nautor,” the motto attributed to the next Pope in the prophecies.”

As for the prophecy concerning the 111th pope, Pope Benedict, the prophecy says of him, “Gloria Olivae,” which means “the glory of the Olive.” So will Pope Francis be the last pope? The Irish seer of the 12th century has said it will be so. Time will tell. READ MORE
St. Malachy’s Prophecy (3rd Edition) – Francis says: “I’m a Roman”
Here is Malachy’s last pope prophecy told from the Catholic perspective, but is an excellent resource chronicling the words and deeds of Pope Francis from the beginning of his reign until now. Of course, what is really interesting about this video is that it was made 4 years ago when it still looked like Pope Francis was a good guy. I wonder what the producer of this video would have to say about this? 🤔
