Does Giving Taliban Weapons Count As Treason?
US Constitution, Article III, Section 3, Clause 1:
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
Shouldn't someone be convicted of treason for giving aid and comfort to Taliban? Or has USA declared Taliban no longer an enemy of US?
If any American citizen was caught smuggling billions in weapons to North Korea or ISIS that would be treason, no questions asked. Has US ever let this many weapons so suddenly fall into an enemy's hands? Is US Constitution no longer valid so long as money falls into certain pockets (military/industrial complex)?

Of course.
Add that to the already multitudinous list of treasonous acts by the Coupministration.
