Strawberry Cobbler Dump Cake
Serves 12-15

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup granulated sugar
30 oz frozen strawberries, thawed (with juice retained)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 box yellow or vanilla cake mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed
3 tablespoons milk
whipped cream (optional)
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350˚F. In a large bowl combine sugar, vanilla, and strawberries.
Pour into bottom of greased 9”x13” baking dish.
Sprinkle cake mix over top of berries, making sure to cover them completely. Dot butter on top of cake mix.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until top is golden brown. Check on cake after 20-30 minutes. If there are areas that are dry sprinkle milk over them with a spoon.
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream if desired.
