Tangerine Upside Down Cake Feb 27, 2023 23:04:53 GMT -5 Quote Select PostDeselect PostLink to PostMemberGive GiftBack to Top Post by PurplePuppy on Feb 27, 2023 23:04:53 GMT -5 3 tangerines.1 egg.100 grams of condensed milk (3.5 OZ).1 teaspoon vanilla essence.100 ml milk (1/2 glass).150 grams flour (5.3 OZ).1 teaspoon baking powder.Frying pan 20 cm (7.8").10 grams butter (0.35 OZ).50 grams of condensed milk (1.75 OZ).Cook with the lid on for 18 minutes over very low heat.After turning, cook for another 3 minutes over very low heat.Powdered sugar.Peel and cut sideways in half tangerines, set aside.In a bowl 1 egg and 3.5 oz condensed milk,1 tsp vanilla.Whisk really well. Add 1/2 glass milk pour n whisk.With hand strainer add 5.3 ozs flour & 1 tsp baking powder.Whisk well, set aside. 20 cm pan melt .35 oz butter.Add 50 grams condensed milk n mix lightly till thickens.Add tangerines, pour batter over tangerines, cover evenly andcook on very low heat for 18 minutes. Flip over n cook for 3 more minutes.Top with powdered sugar.From the comments:I blended cream cheese, 4 strawberries, tangerine peel, powdered sugar and a splash of orange juice to make icing for the 🎂. It was so good!
