1/4 small onion (finely chopped)
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
salt (to your liking)
pepper (to your liking)
pepper flakes (optional)
chopped Italian parsley
