Beef & Pork Schnitzel With Ham & Cheese

Cooking recipe and ingredients:

~ 400 g pork, ~ 400 g beef

We have to make very fine minced meat

Salt, pepper to taste

1 egg

~ 60g Parmesan

small bunch of parsley

a full spoonful of dry breadcrumbs

Let the prepared minced meat rest for 30 minutes

Divide the minced meat into 6 parts

Form a flatbread out of the minced meat on a small piece of parchment

Ham sausage

Cheese

wrap tightly in a roll

and wrap in parchment to keep the shape

4-5 potatoes

Olive or sunflower oil

2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan

1 tsp paprika and 1 tsp. Spices for potatoes

1/2 tsp. dry garlic and some black pepper

Bake for about 35 minutes at 180°C

Heat a frying pan with some sunflower oil

Fry the schnitzels until golden brown on all sides

Then cover with a lid and fry for about 10 minutes

A delicious dinner is ready!

A nice crust on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside!
