Tabasco sauce1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper1/2 tsp. thyme1/4 tsp. cumin1 lb. ground beef2 eggs, beaten1/2 cup bread crumbs1/2 cup catchup1 tsp. Worcestershire sauceMelt butter in a heavy skillet over medium men, then add onion, green pepper, and spices. Stir frequently 8-10 minutes. In a separate bowl mix the ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup of the catchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Add the sauteed onion, green pepper, and spices to the beef mixture, and gently combine everythin. Put into a 9 X 5 loaf pan and bake for 20 minutes at 375. Spread the other 1/4 cup of catchup over the top, and bake for 40 more minutes.
