Strawberry bundt cake
1 box (1 lb. 2oz.) white cake mix 1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry Jello 1 pkg. (10 oz.) sliced and sweetened frozen strawberries 2 tbsp. flour 4 eggs 1/4 c. oil 1/2 c. water
Glaze: 1/4 c. butter 2 tbsps. reserved strawberry juice Powdered sugar
Mix cake mix, Jello, flour, oil, eggs, and water until well blended. Drain strawberries reserving 2 tbsp. juice for glaze. Fold strawberries into cake mixture. Pour into greased and sugared bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
To make glaze: Melt butter and add strawberry juice. Stir in powdered sugar until glaze consistency is achieved. Drizzle over cake
This cake is pretty topped with fresh strawberries dipped in white or dark chocolate.
