Orange Julius Cookies
2 1/4 cups flour 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. baking soda 8 oz. softened butter 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 egg, beaten 3 tsp. grated orange zest 12 bag (2 cups) white chocolate chips
Spray cookie sheets with Pam or line with parchment.
In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda; set aside.
In another bowl, beat the softened butter and sugars until well combined; add egg, then stir in the orange zest.
Stir in the flour mixture; add well.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookies sheets; flatten in a crisscross pattern with a fork.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
Leave the cookies on the cookie sheet for a minute or two, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
