Bonnie Brownie Cookie Bars
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate 3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks) 1 1/2 cups sugar 3 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup flour, packed 1/2 cup chopped cashews 1/2 cup chopped butterscotch chips 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Line a 9 X 13 pan with foil, large enough to flap over the sides; spray with Pam or other cooking spray.
Melt the chocolate and better, stirring until smooth.
Stir sugar into the chocolate mixture. When it's cooled a bit, add the eggs, and mix in vanilla.
Mix in the flour, stirring until just moistened.
Put the cashews, butterscotch chips, and chocolate chips in the bowl of a food processor and chop them together. Mix into the batter.
Spread batter into prepared pan, smoothing top.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Cool bars in pan on a metal rack. When cool, grasp the edges of the foil and lift out of the pan. Place face down on a cutting board, peel the foil off the back, and cut into brownie-sized pieces.
Place squares on a plate and dust lightly with powdered sugar.
