Cajun Shrimp Bake
2 lbs. large, fresh shrimp 1/2 cup butter 2 tbs. chili or cocktail sauce 2 tbs. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs. Creole or Old Bay seasoning 1 tbs. lemon juice 1/2 tbs. chopped fresh parsley 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
Preheat the oven to 400. Spread the shrimp in a shallow foil-lined pan. Combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan, stirring over low heat until the butter is melted. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and chill for at least 2 hours. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Serve with French bread for dipping.
