2, 3.5 oz. each, pkgs of instant butterscotch pudding mix
1/2 C. Coarsely chopped walnuts
In a bowl, cut butter into flour; stir in the finely chopped walnuts. Press in to a 13"x9" greased and floured baking pan. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes or till golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. fold in 1 C. whipped topping. Spread over crust. In another bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes or until thickened. spread over cream cheese layer. Spread with the remaining whipped topping; sprinkle with coarsely chopped walnuts. Chill until set. Store in refrigerator.
12-15 servings.
