CAN A PERSON REPENT AND BE FORGIVEN IF THEY TAKE THIS MARK? There is a new theology that says “yes,” but the Bible has already settled the issue.
This extensive article is real revelation of how ready our world has become for the Mark. It was written during the early Clinton years in the White House, as you will see from the many quotes. More Scripture is being fulfilled right now in one generation than ever in human history. On the surface the secular news is horrifying, but coupled with Biblical prophecy it invokes the promise, “Look up, and lift up your heads for your redemption draweth nigh.” (St. Luke 21: 28b)
The shadow of the Wrath of the Lamb is clearly in view. Signs of the end have been visible in previous generations but never have so many signs converged at one time. Many of these signs have never been seen before. While previous individuals or nations have aspired to a One World Government, the means to control the world has not existed. Technology now makes it possible to issue a mark (may be spelled marc) to every living individual within a matter of months and to tabulate and control every monetary action of each individual. Incredible, possible, and already being discussed by both the media and big government.
The Biblical Facts, Revealed In Advance
The Book of Revelation records this kind of future history in advance. No wonder liberal preachers deny the Biblical value of this prophetic book. It leaves no doubt about what is going to happen. There is going to be a great deception ending in an effort to force everyone to worship the false Christ. This false Christ (Antichrist) will be an almost perfect imitation of the Lord Jesus Christ. Remember, Satan is the master imitator.

“And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on earth in the sight of men. And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. A verse by verse look at this Biblical Revelation reveals many details of the coming deception. This beast has two horns like a lamb (Remember, lambs don’t have horns) and speaks as a dragon. This reveals the false religious quality of his character. It’s a picture of beastly piety or arrogant sacredness; religion with a political agenda and a sword instead of a cross.
The duty of this beast, which is the third member of the unholy trinity, is to lead or deceive the world into the worship and service of this false Christ. He will be the charismatic leader of the One World Religious system. That system is being developed while you read this article.
Recently, leading evangelicals signed an agreement with the Catholic Church to work together as fellow Christians and to refrain from Proselytizing from each other. The leaders that signed this agreement read like a “Who’s Who” of the evangelical world. The Pope has clearly welcomed heathens into fellowship with the Catholic Church. This places heathen witchdoctors and numerous pagan religions in union with Pentecostal, Evangelical, and many other mainline Christian organizations. A One World Religion is at the door.
Pope John Paul II, while addressing Brazilians during his 1991 meeting to that country, warned them about the evangelical sects. In March 1994 the Bishops of Brazil declared his threat against those same evangelicals.
“We will declare a holy war; don’t doubt it…The Catholic Church has a ponderous structure, but when we move, we’ll smash anyone beneath us” (Fifth Draft, February 28, 1994 “Evangelicals and Catholics Together: The Christian Mission in the Third Millennium,” page 1).

“According to Bohn (Catholic Bishop of Brazil), an all-out holy war can’t be avoided unless the 13 largest Protestant churches and denominations sign a treaty—similar to treaties signed by nations to end wars. He said it would require Protestants to stop all evangelism efforts in Brazil. In exchange, he said, Catholics would agree to stop all persecution directed toward Protestants. The Associated Press in a recent news article stated:
“A new Vatican document on how to interpret the Bible condemns the fundamentalist approach as distorting, dangerous and possibly leading to racism…The…harsh language reflects the challenge that fundamentalism poses to the church…fundamentalism actually invites people to a kind of ‘intellectual suicide,’ said the document, written by the Pontifical Biblical Commission…The authors saved their harshest language for Christian fundamentalist denominations…The fundamentalist approach is dangerous, for it is attractive to people who look to the Bible for ready answers to the problems of life.” This came from a 130-page Vatican document, entitled, The Interpretation of the Bible in the Church (Fifth Draft, February 28, 1994, “Evangelicals and Catholics Together: The Christian Mission in the Third Millennium,” page 2).
A Lamb With Horns
Does this not sound like a Lamb with Horns that speaks as a dragon? It’s amazing that world religion leaders could be so deceived as to believe such an agreement holds water, much less spiritual credibility. We will continue to see religious leaders who appear to know nothing about Jesus Christ and Biblical prophecy involved in the New World Religion.
The Mark Will Be Enforced by the One World Religions
Many Bible students have not realized that it will be the religious arm of the One World Government that enforces the mark (Read verses 14-16 again). There will be miracles and all manner of supernatural happenings (Holy laughter is a current deception that is sweeping Charismatics). Paul the Apostle described it as the following:
“For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Stan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.” (II Thessalonians 2:7-10, KJV)
People, especially religious people, are highly susceptible to emotional events. If you will give the majority of our present day church members a religious high they will accept anything you tell them. Look at the crowds that follow one religious guru after another. Thousands are traveling for many hours and spending thousands of dollars to be excited by their favorite guru. All of this is in preparation for the ultimate deceiver. The church world is being conditioned for deception. Biblical ignorance has never been greater in the church. The Bible calls it a famine for hearing the Word of God.
“Behold, the days come, saith the Lord God, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the Lord.” (Amos 8:11, KJV)
Constantly, I get calls from individuals who are experiencing visions, dreams, revelations, and prophecies. There are genuine experiences in all of these categories, but always in perfect harmony with the Word of God. Those whom God uses in spiritual revelations are mature Christians that have a firm footing in Holy Scripture and who have established credibility in their church body by a Holy lifestyle. Most of what we are hearing today is juvenile humbug. God does not excite the flesh to make known His words. He reveals Himself through our spirit and by His Word and His revelations are always given in decency and order.

The Mark Is Almost Ready
I truly believe (No one can set dates) that the mark is as ready as it needs to be before Jesus appears for the chosen betrothed. No sign is ever needed for Jesus to come and we should not look for such. His coming will be unannounced and sudden. The signs we are witnessing are signs of things that will happen after the Rapture of the blood-washed church.
A Cashless Society
The world planners, including our president and many of our national leaders, have already envisioned America under the control of the United Nations and completely eliminating the need for cash in the pocket. Here is a quote from Don McAlvany, editor of The McAlvany Intelligence Advisor.
“The U.S. Commission on Immigration Reform, the Clinton INS, and liberal Establishment types such as the California Republican Governor Pete Wilson are pushing hard for a single, tamper-resistant INS card for all Americans (including your Social Security number, photo, fingerprint, and bar code) to verify employment eligibility. This card would be linked to a nationwide government database and would allegedly solve the problems of illegal aliens getting jobs.
“Marc Rotenberg, director of the Electronic Privacy Information Center, said in USA Today (7/14/94) that ‘It will become a way to monitor people, like an internal passport.’ This Orwellian nightmare will, like the government’s privacy/bank/cash reporting laws, allow the government to monitor 260 million Americans who are not illegal aliens, just as they monitor the cash transactions of 260 million Americans who are not drug dealers.
“Lucus Guttentage, of the ACLU (with whom this writer seldom agrees) said in the same USA Today article, ‘It won’t work, it will cost billions, it won’t solve the problems, and it will cause new forms of discrimination.’
“And Steve Moore of the Cato Institute points out that just as the government has abused on the once private Social Security number and now uses it as a national ID number which ties together dozens of U.S databases on each U.S. citizen, so it will abuse this card. Moor observed: ‘Look at history and see the abuses—they used Social Security numbers to round up and incarcerate the Japanese-Americans during World War II.’
“[Mr. McAlvany, the editor added: And look how government has violated its promise and abused gun owners in New York and California who were stupid enough to register their guns. “President Clinton is close to signing two executive orders that would greatly expand the government’s access to personal records, including an order that would allow the IRS to monitor individual bank accounts and automatically collect taxes on the results. Chamberlain said the IRS is aggressively pursuing plans for an identity card for taxpayers.
