The Pink Slice
1/2 c butter or margarine 1 pkg butterscotch chips 1 c finely grated coconut 1 c peanut butter 1 pkg multi-colored marshmallows 2 c powdered sugar 1 tsp butter or margarine 3 red food coloring drops milk, enough to make good consistency of icin
Directions
Melt and cool the 1/2 cup of butter and package of butterscotch chips.
Add coconut, peanut butter and marshmallows. Mix well.
Press into greased 9x9 pan.
Mix powdered sugar and remaining butter. Add milk by teaspoons until desired consistency. Add red coloring to make a nice shade of pink. Spread over squares and chill. Freezes well.
NOTE: I don't usually make the icing, because it makes these candies overly sweet IMO. If you do make it, you can tint it any color you wish to make it appropriate for any holiday.
