Cut in peanut butter using a pastry cutter or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add eggs & milk & stir until all ingredients are wet. Spray a 12 cup muffin pan with Pam or use muffin liners. Fill each cup about 1/3 full & add 1 heaping teaspoon full of preserves to each muffin. Spoon remaining batter on top. Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes, checking for doneness as ovens vary. Makes 12 muffins.
