'Borrowed' this from another board (ATS):
"I'm sure we're all familiar with the occupy Wallstreet protests, which have been happening for about the last week and a half or so.What I am have done was taken a closer look at the activist organizations and grassroot movements which have helped support and launch the occupy Wallstreet campaign, and the more I have dug,the more revealing this occupation has become, and it's ties to socialist global movements, which is of it's self a form of Communism.
In fact, the Occupy Wallstreet event is a front project for a global socialist/progressive network seeking a unified global system of governance. So to begin let's have a look at the Wallstreet protest and it's link to the "Day of Rage" campaign put together by a global network of “progressive” organizations.According to news reports, about 5,000 gathered in New York City over the weekend.
The protest started with a "Day of Rage,"when thousands of people gathered in the Financial District and vowed to stay on Wall Street as long as it takes to make their point that they will “no longer tolerate the greed and corruption of the 1%.”Organizers have said they hoped for as many as 20,000 people to join the protests, but estimates Saturday were that the crowd peaked at around 5,000.
It’s a curious story, and a glance of the official Occupy Wall Street website clears the air on the underlying narrative.
We need to retake the freedom that has been stolen from the people, altogether.
1.We call for protests to remain active in the cities. Those already there, to grow, to organize, to raise consciousnesses, for those cities where there are no protests, for protests to organize and disrupt the system.
2.We call for workers to not only strike, but seize their workplaces collectively, and to organize them democratically. We call for students and teachers to act together, to teach democracy, not merely the teachers to the students, but the students to the teachers. To seize the classrooms and free minds together.
4.We call for the organization of people's assemblies in every city, every public square, every township.
5.We call for the seizure and use of abandoned buildings, of abandoned land, of every property seized and abandoned by speculators, for the people, for every group that will organize them.
#4 is same as #1, and #5 is downright frightening. The group calls for the seizure of land and doesn’t specify the type of land it’s calling for.
This a pretty clear yet cunning attempt to intiate class warfare under the guise of innocent protests. The surface message is one most Americans can agree with, that corporations have become to powerful and corrupt government is bought and paid for,we get that(some),but whose behind the effort to bring it all together.
Let's have a closer look:
As mentioned earlier, the occupy Wallstreet is tied to the "Day of Rage."I can’t confirm how closely tied together the two are, but Occupy Wall Street regularly promotes the Day of Rage events and website across their own pages.
US Day of Rage, a group participating in the September 17th occupation of wall street, has just released a tactical plan and "HowTo" for holding a legal and nonviolent demonstration in New York City. Their plan clarifies many legal concerns that have been raised and offers a viable strategy for holding a prolonged occupation. This information can be found on their website:
The US Day of Rage is a well planned and coordinated website.Just have a look at their Google map mesh up page.
Report Assemblies Name, Locations, and Meeting Notes. Report arrests to an NLG legal observer in a green hat. If you are in NYC and you are arrested call the NLG Hotline.
So you're probably asking yourself "how do we know these groups are radical globalists?”
Meet October 11th, another group promoted by and networked into the Occupy Wall Street effort. The October 11 organization is deeply entrenched in open socialism, communism and globalism it’s hard to know where to start. Let’s look at a few points to help kick it off.
The organization who built the October 11th website(May/First)uses “growing networks to build a just world” as their slogan. Also here is a list of projects and affiliated organizations under the link projects at the website May/First.
1.International Techie Congress
The Techie Congress Initiative is an unprecedented attempt to organize progressive-minded technologists (country by country) to agree on sets of principles and priorities. We are now entering our first full year after the two historic events in France and then at the US Social Forum in Detroit and we are seeking to solidify these gains and expand upon them.
2.United States Social Forum
At a NPC meeting in Atlanta 2009, we drafted and affirmed these five goals for USSF 2010:
Create a space for social movement convergence and strategic discussion.
Advance social movements agenda for action and transformation.
Build stronger relationships and collaboration between movements.
Deepen our commitment to international solidarity and common struggle.
Strengthen local capacity to improve social conditions, organizing and movement building in Detroit.
There are other projects as well listed on the site, have a look at them and you will begin to notice that this is a global social movement.Be sure to also have a look at their leadership committee.
And last but not least, the source whose project is the October 11th occupation.Meet Alliance for Global Justice,,” a radical globalist group seeking unified world governance.Below is an excerpt from the website.
We envision societies which explore and implement alternatives to the unjust domination of governments, global financial institutions and multinational corporations which denigrate the world’s peoples and devastate ecosystems. We envision the development of a unified domestic and international movement of transformational grassroots organizations that promote a socially, ecologically and economically just world.
Also this organization has ties to the Gates foundation:
