STRAWBERRY POUND CAKE
1 (18 OZ.) BOX STRAWBERRY CAKE MIX
1 (3.4 OZ.) PACKAGE INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING MIX
1/3 CUP CANOLA OIL
4 EGGS
1 (3 OZ.) PACKAGE STRAWBERRY GELATIN
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients PLUS 1 cup water in bowl and beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into sprayed, floured bundt pan. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 20 minutes before removing cake from pan.
Use a simple glaze of powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla, or you can just sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
Serves 12 - 16.
