Drain. Add tomato sauce, seasoning, salt and flour. Mix together and bring to a boil. Pour into an UNgreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Make dough: Beat eggs, milk, flour, salt and oil until smooth. Allow to set for 1 minute. Place Mozzarella cheese slices over the meat mixture. Pour dough batter over meat mixture. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350* for 25 - 30 minutes, or until the top is puffy and brown.
