2 - 21 oz. cans apple pie filling (or make your own version)
6 lasagna noodles - cooked, rinsed and drained
Mix egg, cheeses, sugar and extract. Set aside
Spread one can of apple pie filling into a 13 X 9 inch baking dish, coated well with nonstick spray. Top with three cooked lasagna noodles, then cheese mixture. Layer with 3 more lasagna noodles, and another can of apple pie filling.
Topping:
1/3 cup flour 1/4 cup quick cooking oats
dash of nutmeg
3 TBS. butter
1/3 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Cut butter into dry ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350° - uncovered - for 45 to 50 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through. Let stand at least 15 minutes.
Sour Cream Sauce
Mix 3/4 cup sour cream
3 TBS.brown sugar
Serve a dollop on top of each serving of apple lasagna.
