No. I've only heard about him starting the anti-cult center...whatever it was called(i forget). But that's about it. I'd also heard he used to view 7th day adventists as a cult...but changed his mind. I don't believe they are a cult...seriously incorrect on eschatology for sure...but not a cult.

I would disagree with you there... I think they are a cult. They lead people away from Christ and into the doctrines of devils and false prophetesses.

There's no question the Seventh Day Adventists are a cult. They originated from the Jehovah's Witnesses, and their founder - Ellen G. White - claimed to have "visions" when, in fact, she was having what were probably epileptic seizures. She's written hundreds of books and pamphlets, most of which are plagiarized.
Among other things, the SDA believe that Ellen White in the woman in Rev. 12:17, that it is wrong to eat meat, that Sunday worship is the mark of the beast, and more. White taught many New Age heresies, and had ties with the Masons and Illuminati. The SDA cult believes that her teachings are on the same level as the Bible and should be accepted as such.
The mythical doctrine of “Investigative Judgment” is based upon the idea of Christ analyzing each person’s life and trying to determine who is “worthy” to enter the Kingdom of God. SDAs are liars to teach a conditional type of salvation based upon one’s loyalty to God. Such doctrine is self-righteousness, which God condemns (Romans 10:3,4). Do a search of "Seventh Day Adventist Cult," and you'll be amazed at what you'll find. It's not just their eschatology that's messed up!
As for Walter Martin, he was great in so many areas, but he was wrong on some terms with regard to the heresy of Calvinism though he did denounce Calvinism.

^^^^^That's a good explanation POH. I've had very few conversations with SDA's. Yeah, if those things are all true...you are probably right.
