These young men were at a McDonalds and were part of a group that I and a friend preached to at a local LDS Temple weeks before. The following videos are REAL videos of myself dealing with REAL MORMON ELDERS that are presently serving a mission in Monmouth, Illinois. The focus of the witnessing is on the gospel, though I do mention Joseph Smith’s history and false prophesies briefly. For anyone desiring to be informed on how to witness to Mormons, these three videos can be helpful teaching tools. Most LDS members are not willing to sit and discuss “religion” with those that are former Mormons (as I am), so I do appreciate their listening and even asking questions. They do accuse me of shouting racial slurs when I was preaching at the Temple weeks before, but I clarify that I was NOT using ANY racial slurs, but rather was exposing the LDS racism of the past as I dealt with a young black Mormon Elder (see video from blogpost a few weeks ago). Please pray for these young men. Mormons are NOT allowed to question the church or Joseph Smith, so it will take genuine courage for any of these men to search for the truth.
