Preheat to 350 and line 9x13 pan with parchment
Crust:
2 Cups flour
1 Cup packed Brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter, melted
Mix dry ingredients and add melted butter, press in to bottom of pan, bake 12- 15 minutes till light golden brown- cool 10 minutes
Reduce oven temp to 325
Filling:
3 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup bitter, melted
3 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
4 cups coconut, divieded brown sugar
Whisk first 7 ingredients and 3 cups coconut in large bowl. Pour over crust, sprinkle top with last 1 cup of coconut- Bake 25-30 minutes till light golden brown- cool, remove from pan and cut into bars.
