An elementary school principal was arrested Friday and charged with drug possession after deputies say he provided methamphetamines and GHB to an undercover agent, authorities said.
David Ryan Groover, 43, principal at Partin Settlement Elementary School in Kissimmee, was taken into custody as a result of a complaint deputies received about possible drug activity at Groover's St. Cloud home.
