Biden Has a 'Deplorables' Moment as Attempt to Give Conservatives a Demeaning New Name Backfires
By Jack Davis May 4, 2022 at 4:44pm Former President Donald Trump’s “Make America Great Again” slogan appeared to be living in Joe Biden’s head Wednesday as Biden unleashed an attack on conservatives. During a brief media appearance during which Biden praised himself for shrinking the federal deficit, he repeated the phrase “Ultra-MAGA.” Repeatedly. “Let me tell you about this Ultra-MAGA Agenda. It’s extreme, as most MAGA things are,” he said at one point, according to a transcript of his comments. “I don’t want to hear Republicans talk about deficits and their Ultra-MAGA Agenda. I want to hear about fairness. I want to hear about decency,” he said later. Many reacted to the name-calling much as they did in 2016 when Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton called Trump supporters “deplorables,” a name many then wore with pride. Psaki Says Biden Will Continue To Call Americans Who Do Not Support Him "Extremists"
THURSDAY, MAY 05, 2022 - 09:10 AM Authored by Steve Watson via Summit News, After Joe Biden declared Wednesday that “MAGA is the most extreme political organization” in US history, reporters questioned White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki if Americans should expect that kind of rhetoric to continue, and she said yes. CNN reporter Kaitlan Collins noted that Biden “was sharply critical of the MAGA crowd,” asking Psaki “is that what we should expect to speak his message going into the midterms?” Psaki responded, “I would expect you will hear” more of this rhetoric from Biden “over the next coming months.” Watch: When another reporter asked a similar question, noting how divisive the language is, Psaki responded “I think the president will be judged by Americans by his actions.” (Seems to me that according to the polls he's already been judged! And FAR MORE than those who voted did NOT vote for this loser, and if the elections were held today he'd probably get only a few thousand votes.) Continued at linkFox News White House Correspondent Peter Doocy noted that Biden also claimed that Republicans might use the overturning of Roe vs Wade segregate LGBTQ children from the other children in classrooms. Doocy noted “The president said today, ‘What happens if you have states change the law saying that children who are LGBTQ can’t be in classrooms with other children?’” asking Psaki “What is he talking about?” Psaki responded by using the word “extreme” again, asserting that “we don’t know what they’re capable of given what they’ve already done to date.”

Psaki Confirms: Biden Meant It When He Called Large Portion of Americans an 'Extremist Group'
By Warner Todd Huston May 5, 2022 at 1:55pm On Wednesday, Joe Biden falsely characterized MAGA Republicans as the “most extremist” political group in U.S. history. Later that day, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki confirmed that Biden meant what he said. The name-calling started on Wednesday morning, when Joe Biden sent up a test balloon for a new way to attack conservatives, Republicans and Trump supporters by calling them “ultra MAGAs.” It isn’t likely his new sobriquet will be echoed by many, but later in his address, he made an even worse attack on half of America’s voters by calling the MAGA movement the “most extremist political organization … in recent American history.” “What are the next things that are going to be attacked?” Biden said, attacking the idea of eliminating Roe v. Wade. “Because this MAGA crowd is really the most extreme political organization that’s existed in American history — in recent American history,” Biden said. This is truly an outrageous — not to mention false — claim. Later, during her White House press conference, Biden spokeswoman Jen Psaki essentially noted that Biden meant what he said. Psaki reiterated that Senator Rick Scott, the Republican from Florida, has offered an extreme economic plan, according to the White House transcript. When asked directly about his attack on MAGA, Psaki did not back down, and added, “I think he — I answered this a little bit earlier, but I’m happy to reiterate. You know, he has been struck by the hold his predecessor seems to have on far too many members of the party.” Continued at link
