Kill Switch? This is really bizarre!

I know a lot of people are suddenly dropping dead from the Clot Shot, but what's especially weird with these is how many of them look over their right shoulder as if they're hearing something or think someone is there just before they keel over. Some twirl around, and one guy looks like he's trying to fight off an invisible being. Are haluccinations one of the side effects? It definitely look slike they're seeing something just before they pass out. Anyone have any ideas?

Very strange! 

1) They seem to see something, sometimes have a scared expression on their face.

2) They turn around with one of their hands in the air

3) They then collapse

But why always the right side and above? Points to the same place in the brian clotting up. Or maybe the clot is causing death and before fully dying they can see demons floating all about but always circling clockwise above them. The water bottle dude really gave it a go at fighting them!
