Burgers on Cabbage "Bun" With Dill Sauce + Parmesan Potatoes

I'm fascinated by some of these foreign food channels - they have unique, amazing recipes that I've never seen anywhere else! They don't usually write out the recipe or give you a name for it, and you might have to take notes as you watch the video, but it's worth it! 



They are so delicious I make them 3 times a week! Fast and tasty!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:

600 grams of minced meat (beef or pork)
1 onion

salt pepper

Italian herbs, nutmeg, paprika

2 cloves of garlic

Mix well

Bunch of green onions

bunch of dill

5-6 tablespoons of white yogurt

Cut cabbage as shown

Lay out on a baking sheet

salt pepper

Put minced meat on cabbage

Spread the sauce on the mince

Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes


3-4 potatoes

salt, pepper, paprika, 2 cloves of garlic

2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil

mix well

Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

~60 g parmesan (use only half)

Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes

Add some dill to the remaining half of the parmesan.

Turn potatoes

Sprinkle with parmesan and bake for another ~15 minutes

Sprinkle the whole dish with parmesan and herbs
