Strange Moon Activity Over Hawaii

This is a couple of months old, but I thought it was interesting - I never saw anything like it in all the years I lived in Hawaii.

The video was recorded by someone with a stationary high-definition camera, and was uploaded to YouTube. This was very strange pulsating and other anomalous activity, happening to what is supposed to be the normal moon above Hawaii.

I wonder if the radiation over Hawaii from Fukushima could have anything to do with it?

if it is stationary then why is the moon moving in the picture and there are still shoots not a movie camera and this is a hoax in my mind....or should I say someone not being truthful

That's the whole point - the camera is stationary, so all the movement is in the moon. Got it?
