Biden Classified Documents Were Sent to Another DC Location Before They Were Transferred to Penn Biden Center

Joe Biden’s classified documents were sent to a DC location for six months before being transferred to the Penn Biden Center.


According to The Daily Mail, the documents were moved in the summer of 2017 after being stored at a government office for 6 months.



The DC space was overseen by the Penn Biden Center before its office formally opened in 2018.


“The new location adds an additional address to the multi-stop route for the classified documents, which ended up inside a locked cabinet at the Penn Biden Center where they got discovered – while raising new questions about the total universe of people who might have had access to the documents over a period of years.” – The Daily Mail reported.



Biden was eventually paid $ 1 million a year by UPenn to do nothing…but perhaps peddle state secrets to foreign donors like China.



Biden’s former assistant Kathy Chung, a woman who was recommended to him by his son Hunter, was in charge of packing and shipping the documents in 2017.

The long and winding document trail that leads classified documents from Joe Biden’s vice presidential office to the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington, D.C. and now back into the hands of the government, includes yet another stopover: a temporary facility in the nation’s capital, a source tells DailyMail.com.



The documents were moved in the summer of 2017 after spending about six months at a government transition office near the White House once Biden left the vice presidency.



The space, in DC’s Chinatown neighborhood, was overseen by the Penn Biden Center while its prized location near the Capitol was being readied. The office had its formal opening, attended by Biden, in 2018.



‘Everything was just moved en masse to temporary space, then moved to Penn Biden,’ the person told DailyMail.com.



People involved in the process included Biden’s former staff members, General Services Administration personnel, and staff at the think tank, an entity that would later have roles for senior aides that remain in Biden’s orbit, including now-Secretary of State Antony Blinken who served as the managing director of the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement.



At the same time, “Blue Collar Joe” Biden also lived in a $20,000 per month rental in McLean, Virginia.

Bombshell Dropped Of ‘Inside Job’ Behind Biden Classified Doc Scandal

Classified documents found repeatedly in piles stored at Joe Biden’s office and house have topped the news this week. The White House has stuttered at press questions about the documents and their discovery with Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre even walking off and refusing to answer.



It didn’t seem like the insanity surrounding the documents discovered in Biden’s possession and the White House’s attempts to downplay the discovery could get any more garbled when some clarity in the matter began to rear its head.



On Thursday came the news that the Biden DOJ and the White House had agreed to stay quiet about the emergence of those classified documents, in a report by the Washington Post. As Nick Arama pointed out, a couple of major missing puzzle pieces remain about the doc’s story:



This failure to be straight with the American people prevented Americans from finding out about Joe Biden’s actions before the midterm election. The White House also hasn’t explained why they had a personal attorney searching through Biden’s office at the Penn Biden Center, to begin with. That indicates something else we haven’t been told yet.



Red State’s commentary on the update:



It was a p.r. move, done in the best interests of Biden and his hangers-on, not the American people, apparently. Recall that Biden personal attorney and Special Counsel, Richard Sauber was the one who found “new” classified documents earlier this week.



Notice, also, the shrill tone of Joe Biden’s replies to media questions over the past day about the documents. He snapped at one reporter, saying it ‘quite frankly bugs’ him” that this is a topic for him to respond to.



With a new story published Friday by the New York Times, though, many of these seemingly separate puzzle pieces are fitting together. And there was a major revelation to be culled from the NY Times’ report, which I only saw thanks to a new piece from my Hot Air colleague John Sexton. He highlights exactly who inside the White House public relations team pushed for this slow roll scheme–and it’s a name many long-time political watchers will recognize:



Today the NY Times published its take on the behind-the-scenes decisions about this potential scandal. The Times points to another top Biden adviser as one of the few people who were in-the-know from the start: Crisis PR specialist Anita Dunn.



The handful of advisers who were aware of the initial discovery on Nov. 2 — six days before the midterm elections — gambled that without going public, they could convince the Justice Department that the matter was little more than a minor, good-faith mistake, unlike former President Donald J. Trump’s hoarding of documents at his Florida estate…



The discussions on how to deal with the matter, at least at the start, were confined to the husband-and-wife pair of Bob Bauer, the president’s top personal attorney, and Anita Dunn, a White House senior adviser; Mike Donilon, the president’s longtime confidant and speechwriter; Mr. Biden’s sister, Valerie Biden Owens; Stuart F. Delery, the White House counsel; and Richard Sauber, a White House lawyer overseeing the response to investigations, according to people familiar with the situation.



Slay News then reported that Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) has said that he believes Biden’s mounting scandal is an inside job. Gaetz argues that Democrats want Biden gone so they can replace the president with someone else, such as California Governor Gavin Newsom. “Well, things in Washington aren’t always what they seem,” Gaetz explains. “Consider this: It was Joe Biden’s Democrat personal lawyer that was rummaging around his stuff, looking for what? Evidence of a crime that his septuagenarian client committed nine years ago?



“And then he alerts the democratic staff at the White House that does the absolute worst thing you could possibly do; they sat on the information,” Goetz continues. “They should have diffused the matter and then inoculated themselves in the process. Then the moment this is leaked to CBS, you have the Democrat Biden Department of Justice appoint a Special Counsel.



“And now the big tell is that even Joe Biden’s strongest allies in the congress, like Senator Coons, are saying that they approve of the appointment of a special counsel to criminally investigate the president. Maybe the Deep State and a lot these Democrats have figured out that they’d rather roll with Gavin Newsom than Joe Biden.”

Hunter Biden Blacked Out Near Classified Docs

Hunter Biden suffered blackouts from drinking and drug use while he was working with a connected Chinese businessman and living at the house where classified documents were discovered, according to author Michael Shellenberger.



Classified documents were found at President Joe Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware, where his son stayed during the worst of his alcoholism and drug addiction, Shellenberger told Newsmax recently.



“People say Biden’s mishandling of classified documents wasn’t as bad as [President Donald] Trump’s, but we now know Hunter Biden was just a feet away from them — and frequently intoxicated — during a time he was taking money from men tied to Chinese military intelligence,” Shellenberger tweeted Wednesday.

More media reports confirmed that the Biden family is full of complex criminal acts.



“While living at the house in 2017-18, Hunter was receiving millions of dollars from a top Chinese businessman connected to the Chinese Communist Party”, investigative journalist Peter Schweizer told Shellenberger.



“There’s no evidence that Hunter Biden accessed the documents, but — God forbid — the opportunity existed for him to do so,” said Schweizer, who has probed the Bidens’ Chinese connections.



The Washington Examiner reported that the businessman in question was Patrick Ho, who had extensive ties to Chinese military intelligence.



“After Ho is arrested in late 2017, the first phone call he makes is to James Biden, the president’s brother, because he’s looking for Hunter,” Schweizer told Shellenberger.



According to a Department of Justice press release about Patrick Ho:



Patrick Ho, Former Head Of Organization Backed By Chinese Energy Conglomerate, Sentenced To 3 Years In Prison For International Bribery And Money Laundering Offenses:



Ho was imprisoned for his role in a multi-year, multimillion-dollar scheme to bribe top officials of Chad and Uganda in exchange for business advantages for CEFC China Energy Company Limited (“CEFC China”). HO was convicted of violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”), money laundering, and conspiracy to commit the same, in December 2018, after a one-week jury trial before U.S. District Judge Loretta A. Preska, who imposed today’s sentence.



Manhattan U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman stated: “Patrick Ho schemed to bribe the leaders of Chad and Uganda in order to secure unfair business advantages for the Chinese energy company he served. His actions were brazen, including offering the president of Chad $2 million in cash, hidden in gift boxes. Foreign corruption undermines the fairness of international markets, erodes the public’s faith in its leaders, and is deeply unfair to the people and businesses that play by the rules. Today’s sentence recognizes the severe harm caused by Ho’s actions.”



Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski stated: “Patrick Ho bribed officials at the highest levels of government in Chad and Uganda in pursuit of lucrative oil deals and other business opportunities, all while using a U.S.-based NGO to conceal his criminal scheme. This kind of corruption undermines world markets and tilts the playing field against law-abiding companies and individuals. The Department will continue to investigate and prosecute individuals and corporations that engage in foreign bribery.”



According to the Indictment, evidence presented at trial, the information presented in connection with sentencing, and other publicly available materials:



HO orchestrated and executed two bribery schemes to pay top officials of Chad and Uganda in exchange for business advantages for CEFC China, a Shanghai-based multibillion-dollar conglomerate that operates internationally in multiple sectors, including oil, gas, and banking. At the center of both schemes was HO, the secretary-general of a non-governmental organization based in Hong Kong and Arlington, Virginia, and registered as a charitable entity in the United States, the China Energy Fund Committee (“CEFC NGO”), which held “Special Consultative Status” with the United Nations (“UN”) Economic and Social Council. CEFC NGO was funded by CEFC China.



In the first scheme (the “Chad Scheme”), HO, on behalf of CEFC China, offered a $2 million cash bribe, hidden within gift boxes, to Idriss Déby, the president of Chad, in an effort to obtain valuable oil rights from the Chadian government. In the second scheme (the “Uganda Scheme”), HO caused a $500,000 bribe to be paid, via wires transmitted through New York, New York, to an account designated by Sam Kutesa, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uganda, who had recently completed his term as the president of the UN General Assembly. HO also schemed to pay a $500,000 cash bribe to Yoweri Museveni, the president of Uganda, and offered to provide both Kutesa and Museveni with additional corrupt benefits by “partnering” with them and their families in future joint ventures in Uganda.”



Consider the connections between Ho and the Biden family:



Shellenberger said there’s no evidence that Hunter “willingly or unwillingly, sober or intoxicated,” turned over any classified documents to Ho or any other Chinese official.



Shellenberger previously released portions of the Twitter Files, internal documents released by the social media platform’s new owner, Elon Musk.



The author tweeted about how the intelligence community, including the FBI, “discredited factual information about Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings.”



Shellenberger also exposed how then-senior Twitter executives sought on Jan. 7, 2021, the day after the U.S. Capitol attack, “to create justifications to ban Trump — seek a change of policy for Trump alone, distinct from other political leaders — express no concern for the free speech or democracy implications of a ban.”

More Classified Documents Found at Biden’s Delaware Home in DOJ Search (Update: FBI ‘Consent Search’)

Six more classified documents were found at the Wilmington, Delaware home of Joe Biden on Friday during a nearly thirteen hour search of the home by the Department of Justice according to a statement released Saturday evening by Biden’s private attorney Bob Bauer. This is the fifth batch of classified documents found in Biden’s possession and the fourth to be found at the Wilmington home in searches stretching from December 20 to Friday. The first batch was found at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C. on November 2nd. (Update at end.)



Bauer also said, “The DOJ also took for further review personally handwritten notes from the vice-presidential years,” and that some of the items taken by investigators were from Biden’s time as a senator as well as vice president.



Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed a special counsel, Robert Hur, to investigate Biden’s handling of classified documents on January 12.

Joe and Jill Biden are staying at their Rehoboth Beach, Delaware vacation home this weekend. AP reporter Darlene Superville had asked at Friday’s press briefing if the stay at the beach house was because the Wilmington house was being searched. Karine Jean-Pierre deflected the question like she has others on the classified documents investigation.



A prescient reporter, @dsupervilleap, asked if Biden’s travel to Rehoboth, not Wilm, this wknd was related to the doc invest.

There is no word on whether the White House residence has been searched.



UPDATE: The search of Biden’s home was done a “consent search” by FBI agents.

Trump-hating former FBI assistant director Frank Figliuzzi advocated for Biden to seek a consent search in an MSNBC column earlier this week to help the Trump investigation (excerpt):


If Biden wants to make an even stronger contrast between himself and Trump, there’s yet another step to take: Consent to a search of his properties.



…It’s time for Hur to ask for consent to search Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware, home. In fact, Biden should make the offer even if Hur doesn’t first ask.



Hur and his assigned FBI agents should also seek consent to search the office and related storage space Biden used at the Penn Biden Center in Washington. That request could be trickier because it likely involves a landlord-tenant question of who could authorize the search, but it’s not insurmountable. Lastly, the special counsel should also request — and Biden should consent to — a search of any other properties or storage spaces, including his home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, even though there are no reports of documents at other locations.



While MAGA sycophants such as Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, and Donald Trump Jr. are demanding that the FBI execute a search warrant on Biden properties — as they did at Mar a Lago — nothing in this case appears to justify a judge issuing a search warrant. A judge only issues a search warrant after an assertion that a crime has occurred. While “mishandling” classified documents could constitute a crime, that statute requires that someone “knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location.” There’s no evidence, at least not yet, of criminal intent in the Biden matter. And without the belief that a crime was committed, the FBI would have no reason to seek a a warrant, and a judge would have no reason to approve one.


…It’s possible that a consent search could turn up even more documents. But, wouldn’t it be better if such a discovery occurred at Biden’s request as opposed to following an order from a federal judge? And, if the FBI and DOJ are going to take a beating for the falsehood that they are wrongly treating Biden differently than Trump, wouldn’t it be better for those institutions if they could explain that they conducted equally intrusive searches of both presidents?

Joe Biden’s special assistant Ian Sams spoke to MSNBC after it was revealed DOJ investigators found 6 more classified documents at Biden’s Wilmington home on Friday.



Biden ‘consented’ to the search, according to reports.



It was the FBI that did the search of Biden’s home Friday in Wilmington, sources tell @cstrohm and me.

There was no subpoena and no warrant.

The search was conducted by FBI agents under US Attorney for Chicago John Lausch.



Biden is currently huddling with several aides at his Rehoboth Beach vacation home so he threw his nervous spokesperson out to the wolves while he hides and refuses to answer questions from reporters.



MSNBC asked Biden’s spox how many classified documents have been recovered across all three locations.



Joe Biden stored top-secret files with the “sensitive compartmented information” (SCIF) designation at Penn Biden Center in DC (found on Nov. 2).



Lawyers discovered more classified documents at Joe Biden’s Delaware home – in the garage next to his Corvette (found on Dec. 20).



Additional documents stored in Biden’s library were discovered on January 12 and again on January 20.



We don’t know how many classified documents have been recovered because Joe Biden and the DOJ are hiding information from the public.



“Can you give us a sense of how many classified documents we are now talking about total across all three locations?” MSNBC asked Biden’s special assistant Ian Sams.



“Actually, the answer to it is a little bit complicated because of this point that I’m making of the integrity of an ongoing Justice Department investigation,” Ian Sams said.

Hunter Biden’s Laptop Shows Unsealed Box Of Important Documents On A Table In Joe Biden’s Wilmington Home Ahead Of A Kid’s Birthday Party

Hunter Biden’s laptop has proven to be an invaluable source of information in uncovering the Biden Crime Family’s corruption. Now the laptop may have caught Joe Biden possibly leaving an unsealed box of classified documents out in the open just ahead of a child’s birthday party according to the New York Post.



This means unless the box was immediately sealed and put away, an inquisitive kid could have started rummaging through the box and taken a couple of documents. It’s not like Joe would have noticed any missing.



This all seems perfectly apt considering Biden has proven that he handles classified documents like a child.



Remember, Biden left a top secret document on an open table in his White House office while interviewing with a reporter from The Arizona Republic back in 2010. The photographer at the meeting actually captured images of the document before the White House forced him to delete them.


Of course, the ongoing scandal involving Biden illustrates the same pattern. As The Gateway Pundit indefatigably reported, Biden seized top secret documents and placed them in unsecure locations, including the Penn Biden Center and in the garage at his home in Wilmington, Delaware.

This can’t really be where Joe Biden kept classified documents he took from the White House — or can it?



A box labeled “Important Doc’s + Photos” was left unsealed on a table ahead of a child’s birthday party in the Delaware home where the 80-year-old president has been discovered to have stashed sensitive government records, a photo from his son’s laptop, discovered by The Post Friday reveals.



Images from Hunter Biden’s laptop show an array of family photos spread out on a dining table surrounded by chairs hours before the gathering, as well as a white cardboard file box with brown packing tape on it.



But the lid — which was covered with the words “Important Doc’s + Photos” written in black — had been opened and was ajar in the shot Hunter Biden snapped.



While it’s unknown what was actually in the box, reports have suggested Joe Biden may have taken the White House documents for use in writing his memoir, “Promise Me, Dad,” which was published in November 2017.



This means Biden in this instance potentially took classified documents from the White House in order to profit financially. Was he looking to do the same with the known classified, top-secret documents he absconded with?

Report: DOJ Weighs Searching More Locations Linked to Joe Biden for Classified Docs

The Justice Department (DOJ) is reportedly considering launching additional searches for classified documents at more locations linked to President Joe Biden, CBS News reported Sunday.



The potential for additional searches comes as the DOJ scoured Biden’s Wilmington residence Friday and found six more items consisting of with classified marking, according to Biden’s personal attorney Bob Bauer. The content of the classified materials is unknown.



Bauer claimed Saturday that Biden offered to allow the FBI to conduct the search led by the DOJ. It is unclear if Biden has offered to permit the DOJ to conduct further searches at separate locations linked to Biden.



The White House had previously claimed on January 14 that all searches for all classified documents were completed.



The trove unearthed Friday is in addition to the about 25 classified documents found by Biden’s personal attorneys in past weeks at the Penn Biden Center and Biden’s residence.

Biden stated Thursday he had “no regrets” about mishandling classified materials and claimed there was “no there there.” The classified documents were initially unearthed by Biden’s personal attorneys on November 2, days before the midterm elections.



“We’re fully cooperating, looking forward to getting this resolved quickly,” Biden said. “I think you’re gonna find there’s nothing there. I have no regrets. I’m following what the lawyers have told me they want me to do. That’s exactly what we’re doing. There’s no there there.”



The Washington Post reported the White House and DOJ agreed to hide President Joe Biden’s classified document scandal from the American people until it leaked to the press, despite their repeated claims of transparency.



Critics have questioned why Biden’s personal attorneys were initially searching for Biden’s illegally stashed documents. The White House has failed to provide the initial reason or cause for the search.



White House officials are reportedly suspicious about how Biden’s classified document scandal was leaked to the press after only a select group of White House and DOJ officials knew about the violation.

Democrat Joe Biden is getting bad news, according to recent media reports, as the scandalous classified documents drama surrounding him continues to unfold and his entire administration is running around trying to dispel scrutiny on the Biden family.



According to an updated report on the matter, the Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) is considering searching more locations for even more classified documents after a search of his Wilmington, Delaware home on Friday uncovered more classified material, CBS News reported.



“Justice Department officials are also considering the possibility of conducting other consensual searches at locations linked to Mr. Biden, said the source familiar with the investigation,” the report said.



“DOJ took possession of materials it deemed within the scope of its inquiry, including six items consisting of documents with classification markings and surrounding materials, some of which were from the President’s service in the Senate and some of which were from his tenure as Vice President. DOJ also took for further review personally handwritten notes from the vice-presidential years,” Biden’s personal attorney said.



The search was conducted over a 12-hour period on Friday with the approval of the president’s attorneys, unlike the raid on former President Donald Trump’s home, CNN reported.



Those six items are in addition to materials previously found at Biden’s Wilmington residence and in his private office.

The FBI five months ago obtained a search warrant to search Trump’s Florida residence, Mar-a-Lago, an unprecedented step that was taken because federal investigators had evidence suggesting Trump had not handed over all classified materials in his possession after receiving a subpoena to turn over classified documents to the National Archives. Trump’s handling of classified material at Mar-a-Lago is also the subject of a special counsel investigation led by Jack Smith.



The search shows that federal investigators are swiftly moving forward with the probe into classified documents found in Biden’s possession. Hur, who was appointed a little more than a week ago, is investigating how the president and his team handled Obama-era classified documents that were recently found in Biden’s private possession.



Members of the president’s private legal team and White House counsel were president during, what they called a, “thorough search,” where they were granted “full access” to the Biden home.



On Thursday, the day prior to the new search, the president said he had “no regrets” about how he has handled the scandal.



“We found a handful of documents were filed in the wrong place,” he said. “We immediately turned them over to the Archives and the Justice Department. We’re fully cooperating, looking forward to getting this resolved quickly. I think you’re gonna find there’s nothing there. I have no regrets. I’m following what the lawyers have told me they want me to do. That’s exactly what we’re doing. There’s no there there.”



House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan announced a new probe last Friday into President Joe Biden following revelations that he was in possession of Obama-era classified documents, potentially in violation of federal law governing such materials.

In a letter to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, the Ohio Republican noted that it was his committee’s responsibility to conduct such “oversight” and added that he expected the Justice Department to cooperate. The Judiciary probe follows another by Rep. James Comer’s Oversight Committee investigation into the matter, as well as that of a special counsel appointed by Garland last week.

“On January 12, 2023, you appointed Robert Hur as Special Counsel to investigate these matters,” Jordan and Rep. Mike Johnson (R-La.) wrote. “The circumstances of this appointment raise fundamental oversight questions that the Committee routinely examines. We expect your complete cooperation with our inquiry.”



In the letter, Jordan also raised questions about the timing of the document disclosure earlier this month after learning that the first batch was discovered at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C., just days before the midterm elections.



“It is unclear when the Department first came to learn about the existence of these documents, and whether it actively concealed this information from the public on the eve of the 2022 elections,” the two lawmakers wrote.



“It is also unclear what interactions, if any, the Department had with President Biden or his representatives about his mishandling of classified material. The Department’s actions here appear to depart from how it acted in similar circumstances,” the letter continued.

Dems Now Doing Full Probe Into Biden Classified Document Scandal

The discovery of classified documents in President Joe Biden’s off-site office and Delaware home has reached a point that even Democrats can’t defend, and parallels to the raid on former President Donald Trump’s Florida home, Mar-a-Lago are showing how different the two instances are in every way. For instance, members of the president’s private legal team and White House counsel were president during what they called a “thorough search,” where they were granted “full access” to the Biden home.



Four piles of documents had already been found in Biden’s possession this week when yet another search turned up more. The FBI conducted a raid on one of Biden’s residences in Delaware on Friday, finding more documents. The search was conducted over a 12-hour period on Friday with the approval of the president’s attorneys, unlike the raid on former President Donald Trump’s home, CNN reported, adding:



Those six items are in addition to materials previously found at Biden’s Wilmington residence and in his private office. Unlike former President Donald Trump, who — as head of the Executive Branch — had the authority to declassify documents virtually at will, Biden, as a U.S. senator and even as Barack Obama’s vice president, never did, so the fact that he had them at all is troubling to a growing number of Dems, Fox News reported.



With the latest discovery, there is no real question that the Biden documents were grossly mishandled. There only remains who was responsible. However, the discovery of documents at yet another location used by the President is crushing for his defense team.

The blatant facts have alerted now even Democrats, who cannot argue with those facts, and some Dems are speaking out against President Joe Biden and his possession of the documents.



Senate Democrats say they are alarmed by the fact that President Joe Biden was in possession of at least dozens of classified documents potentially in violation of the law, and they support a full investigation into the matter. “The reports about President Biden’s mishandling of classified documents are extremely irresponsible and disturbing, Conservative Brief reports. These allegations should be investigated fully,” Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W. Va.), told the network on Friday. Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Va.), who was Hillary Clinton’s running mate in 2016, agreed. “This news raises serious questions and the appointment of an unbiased special prosecutor to investigate the matter is the right step,” Kaine said.



Fox News added that last week, Democrats spoke briefly, albeit reluctantly:



Last week, Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed a special counsel, former U.S. attorney Robert Hur, to investigate the now-president’s mishandling of documents from his time as vice president.



Manchin and Kaine joined a noticeably small list of Democrats who have spoken out about the Biden document scandal, while most, especially those up for re-election in 2024, have been reluctant to address the situation. Rep. Katie Porter, D-Calif., who announced earlier this month that she would be seeking Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s, D-Calif., Senate seat even though Feinstein has yet to announce her retirement, told Fox after a Tuesday town hall event that lawmakers “definitely” wanted “to get answers from the White House” concerning the documents.



“Classified documents belong in classified settings, and I think you heard me say oversight is not a partisan thing. Good oversight means you’re willing to hold any rule breaker to account,” she said. “We should be asking for answers in a respectful way, and we should be expecting to get honest ones.”



Another Democrat was more forthcoming about the situation and how it reflects on the Democratic Party. Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.), who has already announced she won’t be seeking reelection next year, admitted that the discovery of a growing number of classified documents in Biden’s possession doesn’t look good after she criticized Trump for his situation. “Well, it’s certainly embarrassing. Right?” Stabenow said during an interview on NBC last week. “I mean, it’s embarrassing that you would find a small number of documents, certainly not on purpose. They don’t think it’s the right thing, and they’ve been moving to correct it, working with the Department of Justice, working with everyone involved, with the [National] Archives, and so from my perspective, you know, it’s one of those moments that obviously they wish hadn’t happened.”



…This now has to be not only "inadvertent" but almost miraculous that the documents seem to follow the President without any knowledge or purpose for their use. For unknown and unrequested documents, they seem to track the President wherever he goes.

A statement from Biden’s office was issued:



“DOJ took possession of materials it deemed within the scope of its inquiry, including six items consisting of documents with classification markings and surrounding materials, some of which were from the President’s service in the Senate and some of which were from his tenure as Vice President. DOJ also took for further review personally handwritten notes from the vice-presidential years,” the president’s personal attorney said.



Fox News reported that the outlet contacted more than a dozen other Dems — many of whom had opinions about Trump’s documents — but they didn’t respond.

Biden’s Notebooks From Time as VP Among Items Seized from Delaware Home

Joe Biden’s notebooks from his time as Vice President are among the items seized from his Wilmington, Delaware home.



The FBI conducted a 13-hour search at Biden’s Wilmington home a couple weeks ago.



“The number of notebooks Biden kept is large” a source told NBC News.



The pages in the notebook don’t have classified markings, but may “refer” to classified materials, NBC said.


“The notebooks, from Biden’s time as vice president, do not have classified markings but were taken because some writings relate to his official business, a person familiar with the investigation said.” NBC reported.



NBC News reported:



Notebooks that President Joe Biden wrote in during his time as vice president are among the items the FBI took from one of his Delaware homes during a search there last week, according to a person familiar with the investigation.



The notebooks were seized because Biden’s notes on some of the pages relate to his official business as vice president, including details of his diplomatic engagements during the Obama administration, and may refer to classified information, this same person said, adding that the notebooks do not have classified markings on them, but some of the handwritten notes inside them could be considered as such given their sensitive content.



Other pages in the notebooks, while they may not contain potentially classified information, could still be considered government property under the Presidential Records Act because they pertain to official business Biden conducted as vice president, according to the person familiar with the investigation.



The notebooks include a mix of handwritten notes from Biden on various topics, both personal and official, according to the person familiar with the seizure. On some pages Biden wrote down things about his family or his life unrelated to public office, said this same person. On other pages, he memorialized in writing some of his experiences or thoughts as vice president at the time, according to this same source.

Five White House Employees Involved in Biden’s Stolen Classified Docs Case – Biden Lied About Timeline!

The House Oversight Committee this week revealed that five White House employees were involved in Biden’s stolen classified documents case.



Joe Biden STOLE SCIF-designated classified documents and improperly stored them at the Penn Biden Center.


Biden also stored classified documents in his garage next to his Corvette where his son Hunter had access to the sensitive materials.


Nine boxes of documents were taken from Joe Biden’s lawyer’s Boston office and we have no idea what is in those boxes because the National Archives is covering up for Biden.



Joe Biden also withheld information from the Senate Intel Committee.



Recall that it was reported that Joe Biden’s attorney first discovered “Obama-Biden administration documents in a locked closet while packing files as they prepare to close out Biden’s office in the Penn Biden Center” in November 2022.



This timeline presented by Biden’s attorney is of course a lie.



Joe Biden’s former assistant as Vice President, Kathy Chung, in April testified to the House Oversight Committee about the mishandling of classified documents by Biden since his time as Vice President.



Chung testified that White House Counsel Dana Remus tasked her with retrieving boxes of classified documents from Penn Biden Center as early as May 2022.



Joe Biden knew about his own classified documents scandal brewing long before he directed his DOJ to raid Mar-a-Lago – the timeline actually goes back to March 2021.



According to new information released by the House Oversight Committee, Joe Biden lied about the timeline. Annie Tomasini, Assistant to the President and Senior Advisor to the President and Director of Oval Office Operations, went to Penn Biden Center to take inventory of President Biden’s documents and materials on March 18, 2021.



Biden lied by omission!



“We have discovered new information about the number of White House employees involved in President Biden’s mishandling of classified documents,” the House Oversight Committee said on Wednesday.



“President Biden’s attorney stated that the discovery of classified documents at Penn Biden Center occurred on November 2, 2022.” they said.



“Our Committee has developed evidence showing the timeline of relevant events began in 2021 and involved at least five White House employees,” the Republican-led Committee said.



“President Biden and his legal team omitted months of communications, planning, and coordinating among multiple White House officials, a former VP staffer, Penn Biden Center employees, and President Biden’s personal attorneys to retrieve the boxes containing classified materials.” the Oversight said. “There is no reasonable explanation as to why this many White House employees and lawyers were so concerned with retrieving boxes they reportedly believed contained only personal documents and materials.”



“The Committee has obtained information that contradicts important details from the White House’s and President Biden’s personal attorney’s statement about the discovery of documents at Penn Biden Center, including the location and security of the classified documents,” The Oversight Committee said in a letter addressed to White House Counsel Edward Siskel.



The Committee continued,” The Committee has also learned that one of your predecessors as White House Counsel , Ms. Dana Remus, and other White House employees were central figures in the early stages of coordinating the organizing, moving, and removing of boxes that were later found to contain classified materials.”

The Oversight cited Biden’s recent two-day interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur and said Biden should be fully transparent about the timeline and discovery of classified materials.


Joe Biden’s scandal spokesman Ian Sams on Monday said Biden has spent the last two days with Special Counsel Robert Hur about his handling of stolen classified documents.



“The President has been interviewed as part of the investigation being led by Special Counsel Robert Hur. The voluntary interview was conducted at the White House over two days, Sunday and Monday, and concluded Monday. As we have said from the beginning, the President and the White House are cooperating with this investigation, and as it has been appropriate, we have provided relevant updates publicly, being as transparent as we can consistent with protecting and preserving the integrity of the investigation. We would refer other questions to the Justice Department at this time,” a statement from Ian Sams read.
