Vanilla1 cup Milk1 cup Sugar1/4 cup Brown Sugar packed1-2 cups Blueberries tossed in 2 tbsp. flourFOR CRUMB TOPPING1/4 cup Sugar1/4 cup Brown Sugar1 Tbsp. Flour3 Tbsp. Butter1/4 tsp. CinnamonINSTRUCTIONS:Preheat oven to 375 degrees.In a medium sized bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars.
