Hello! Today we have a recipe for a quick and delicious dinner for the whole family!

mix well and leave to soak for a while

fry in vegetable oil

1 large carrot

rub or cut in any way

1 large pepper

2 tomatoes

To easily remove the skin from the tomato, pour boiling water over it

3-4 tablespoons of tomato sauce

Salt, pepper, herbs de Provence

~ 200ml water

bring to a boil and simmer over low heat ~ 5-10 minutes

4-5 potatoes

Put some steamed vegetables on the bottom of the bowl

Add potatoes and meat alternately
