How To Use The Chat Room On Harpazo Forum

In order to use the Chat feature on Harpazo Forum, you must first Register. Registration is easy!

To Register:

Click on the Register link up near the top of the Forums main page. You'll be taken to a registration form. Pick out a username and password. Fill out the rest of the form by answering the 3 questions and the Captcha. When finished, click the Create Account button.

Next, check your email. You should have a message from Proboards there. If you don't, please check your junkmail folder. You need that email to activate your account. Once you've found the email, open it and click the 'Click here to activate!' link in the message. You'll be taken to the login page. Login and voila! You now have full access to all the cool features of Harpazo Forum, including Skins to personalize your experience, Private Messaging, posting, the ability to view all topics, and of course the Chat feature.

In order to take advantage of the Chat feature in the Forum, Click the Chat icon. It's found near the top of the forums main page. Once you've done that, you may be prompted to download and install the most recent version of Java. Go ahead and follow the instructions for doing so. Then login to the Chat Room. You're now ready to participate in the scheduled Chat Sessions offered here.

The Chat feature is available to use anytime, not just during a scheduled Chat Session. If you'd like to chat with another member who is online, send them a private message and ask them to join you in the Chat Room. It's simple, and fun! Try it!
