RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
3 large potatoes.
Cheese 300 gr. / 2 cups.
Spread cheese evenly.
Lay out potatoes.
sunflower oil 2 tablespoons.
Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes.
Mushrooms 500 gr. / 4 cups.
chop finely
sunflower oil.
Cook on medium heat.
Stir from time to time.
1 onion.
stir.
1 pepper.
Mix well.
3 garlic.
tomato paste 2 tablespoons.
Salt. Black pepper.
Thyme.
Parsely.
stir.
The filling is ready!
30 minutes later...
A little bit of cheese.
Spread evenly.
Cheese.
Roll up into a roll.
Cheese.
Parsely.
Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10 minutes.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 3 tbsp.
Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon.
2 garlic.
Dill.
Mix well.
