Chicken Legs & Spaghetti With Cream Sauce

Cooking recipe and ingredients:

5-6 chicken legs

Fry on both sides over medium/high heat until golden brown

My kids love the top of the chicken thigh so I add 4 more chicken thighs

Salt, pepper on both sides

Remove the chicken thighs from the pan and sear the chicken thighs in the same way

1 large onion

Remove the chicken thighs from the pan and sauté the onion in the same oil

4 cloves of garlic

~ 300g mushrooms

salt, pepper to taste

2 tablespoons flour

mix well

~ Gradually add 300-400 ml broth

250-300 ml fat cream

~ 2 tablespoons parmesan

stir and add the chicken pieces to the pan

Cover and simmer over low heat for ~15-20 minutes

Time to cook spaghetti

some parsley
