RECIPE #1 00:01
3 large potatoes.
1 broccoli.
1 broccoli.
Salt.
Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry the onion over medium heat.
Cook for 3-4 more minutes.
4 eggs.
Cream cheese 4-5 tablespoons.
Dried garlic 1/2 teaspoon.
Salt.
Stir to dissolve the cream cheese.
Mozzarella 150 gr. / 1 cup.
Add 2/3 cheese.
Mix well.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.

RECIPE #2 05:30
1 broccoli.
Water.
salt 1 teaspoon.
Bring to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Broccoli is ready.
sunflower oil.
Rice 1 cup / 250 gr.
1 onion.
Cook for 5-7 minutes.
3 garlic.
Mix well.
Celery.
Parsely.
Mix well.
Vegetable broth 2.5 cups / 500 ml.
Black pepper.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 18-20 minutes.
Mushrooms 250 gr. / 2 cups.
butter 30 g
Mix well.
Cook for 5-7 minutes.
flour 3 tablespoons.
Dry vegetable broth 1 tablespoon.
Water 2 cups / 400 ml.
Cream 100ml / 1/2 cup.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Rice is ready.
Cheese 100 gr. / 1 cup.
Lay out the rice.
Broccoli.
Mushroom sauce.
Mix all ingredients.
Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil.
Spread evenly.
Cheese 80-100 gr.
Cover with foil.
Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 25 minutes.
Let's make the sauce!
Greek yogurt/sour cream 3 tbsp.
2 small pickled cucumbers
2 garlic.
Dill.
Mix well.
The delicious sauce is ready!
Remove foil and cook for another 10 minutes.

rice 1 cup.
Fill in water in a ratio of 1:2.
salt 1 teaspoon.
Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Rice is ready.

Cover with a lid and cook.

1 carrot.
Fry for a few more minutes.

Oregano.

Breadcrumbs 4 tablespoons.
