Fruit Cocktail Cake
prep time: 5 MINUTES
bake time: 45 MINUTES
total time: 50 MINUTES
Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 3/4 cup fruit cocktail, undrained
Topping
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, eggs, brown sugar and fruit cocktail. Pour into a greased 9 inch square baking pan.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and walnuts. (I prefer making a streusel topping)
Bake for 45 minutes.
