Turkish Lentil Soup With Meat

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
~ 500g minced meat
Fry in olive oil for a few minutes
1 large onion
1 carrot
a few stalks of celery
2-3 cloves of garlic
3 tomatoes
salt, pepper, thyme
1-2 teaspoons tomato paste
Fry for a few minutes and put in a saucepan
2-2.5 liters of water or broth
a few bay leaves
1 cup washed lentils
After boiling, cook under the lid on a low flame for about 30-40 minutes
3 medium potatoes
