NECESSARY MATERIALS
1 tea glass of yogurt (100 g).
1 tea glass of oil (90 ml).
1 teaspoon of salt (4 g).
1 pack of baking powder (10 g).
1 egg.
10 sprigs of spinach (50 g).
2.5 cups of flour (300 g).
For the top;
1 egg yolk.
1 teaspoon of milk (5 ml).
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.
