Full List of Evidence against Biden in Impeachment Inquiry
David Hawkins September 13, 2023 - 12:35 pm As Republican-led House committees launched an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden this week, Democrats and their corporate media allies have been scrambling to claim the move is just a political attack. Some claim the investigations are revenge for President Donald Trump’s impeachment. Corporate media “journalists,” meanwhile, are trying to claim there is “no evidence” against Biden. However, House Oversight and Judiciary Committees have gathered mountains of evidence over recent months, including bank statements and multiple witness testimonies. The evidence strongly indicates that Biden has been running a lucrative foreign influence peddling business since serving as Obama’s vice president. Bank records show millions of dollars flowing into the Bidens’ accounts from foreign nationals. In a post on Twitter/X, former Fox News producer Kyle Becker laid out a full list of all the evidence against Biden that has been obtained by House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY), who are now leading the inquiry. According to Becker, the evidence gathered so far includes: Hunter’s business partners & associates met in the White House over 80 times when Biden was VP. Biden on the phone call with Hunter’s business associates at least 20 times as VP. Hunter taking trips to at least 15 countries when his dad was VP and subsequently meeting with business associates on multiple occasions. Joe Biden meeting IN PERSON with Hunter Business partners and a Moscow mayor’s wife who subsequently wired $3.5 million to Hunter’s firm and then avoided Russian sanctions under his presidency. Joe Biden meeting with Burisma executive Vadym Pozharskiy in 2015 which prompted his turn on the Ukrainian prosecutor’s office. Joe Biden was “the brand” behind Hunter’s influence-peddling operation. Hunter Biden cashed in on his father’s name to the tune of millions of dollars. Joe Biden used three different pseudonyms to exchange official government information with Hunter Biden: Robert L. Peters, Robin Ware, JRB Ware. A “trusted” and “reliable” source in the FBI provided testimony that both Hunter and Joe Biden participated in a $5 million international bribery scheme. There are bank records and shell company statements showing multiple suspicious transactions amounting to over $20 million to the Bidens. An email trail shows that Hunter Biden sought ’10 held by H for the Big Guy’ – the Big Guy meaning Joe Biden according to multiple witnesses. Hunter Biden described Joe Biden as an office mate and then listed Chairman Ye of CEFC as his partner. Business associate Rob Walker told the FBI that Joe Biden met personally with CEFC business members. CCP-connected businessmen, including spies, sent millions of dollars and even a diamond to the Bidens as part of the influence-peddling scheme. The Bidens set up elaborate methods of hiding these illicit Chinese payments. Hunter business associates implicated that Joe Biden was involved but not to mention it because “they are paranoid.” Joe Biden wrote a recommendation for the daughter of a Hunter business partner to get into Georgetown. Joe Biden met with Hunter’s Mexican business associates on Air Force 2. IRS whistleblower investigating Hunter Biden’s business affairs testified that Biden-appointed D.C. U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves refused to charge Hunter Biden in his jurisdiction and allowed the statute of limitations to pass for specific tax charges. IRS whistleblower on the Hunter Biden case Joseph Ziegler testified how the Bidens were given preferential treatment during the Justice Department’s investigation. Both IRS whistleblowers confirmed they were not allowed to follow evidence that could have led to Joe Biden. Hunter Biden lamented to his daughter in a 2019 text message that he was giving Joe Biden “half” his salary. Emails between Hunter and his business partner Eric Schwerin detail bill payments for ‘JRB’ – believed to be Joseph Robinette Biden – incidentally one of Joe Biden’s pseudonyms was JRB Ware. link

Biden Panics over Impeachment, Sends Letter to Media Begging for Investigations into GOP
David Hawkins September 13, 2023 - 12:20 pm The White House is in full panic mode over this week’s launch of an impeachment inquiry into Democrat President Joe Biden. The evidence overwhelmingly shows that Biden and his son Hunter engaged in shady foreign deals and received millions of dollars for selling access to the White House. However, instead of defending the indefensible, the White House is now begging media outlets to investigate the GOP. Ian Sams, a spokesperson for the White House Counsel’s Office, wrote: “It’s time for the media to ramp up its scrutiny of House Republicans for opening an impeachment inquiry based on lies. “Covering impeachment as a process story – Republicans say X, but the White House says Y – is a disservice to the American public who relies on the independent press to hold those in power accountable. “And in the modern media environment, where every day liars and hucksters peddle disinformation and lies everywhere from Facebook to Fox, process stories that fail to unpack the illegitimacy of the claims on which House Republicans are basing all their actions only serve to generate confusion, put false premises in people’s feeds, and obscure the truth,” he wrote. The letter will be sent to executives helming the nation’s largest news organizations, including CNN, The New York Times, Fox News, the Associated Press, CBS News, and others. However, it has already been established that the Bidens have been lying about Hunter’s business dealings and what the president knew about them. They have changed their story too many times for an impartial observer to believe there is nothing there. As Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) accurately noted during a Tuesday press briefing, the American people are only unaware of the evidence because the corporate media refuses to report it. Legal scholar Jonathan Turley weighed in on the situation, saying: “The White House is now actively involved in pushing narratives and denying factual allegations linked to the Biden corruption scandal. “That could create Nixonian-type allegations of the abuse of office in the use of federal employees to counter impeachment efforts. “Second, the letter was drafted by Ian Sams, a spokesperson for the White House Counsel’s Office. “So White House lawyers are now enlisting the media in a counter media campaign against impeachment? “The letter removes any pretense of separation between the Biden personal legal team and the White House Counsel’s office. “Sams has been the most aggressive White House official in actively swatting down allegations of corruption as well as the President’s documents investigation. “Third, the letter calls for the media to actively support the White House account. link“The draft of the letter is a call for what I have previously criticized as ‘advocacy journalism’ where reporters frame stories to advance their own viewpoints or values.”

GOP Rep. Scott Perry 'Breathes Fire' at Reporter Who Tried to Downplay Biden Impeachment Evidence
By Michael Schwarz September 13, 2023 at 9:40am The establishment media knows its role. Show no curiosity. Repeat talking points. Above all, protect the powerful. At a press conference on Tuesday, an establishment reporter played her role to perfection when she challenged Republican Rep. Scott Perry of Pennsylvania to produce evidence of President Joe Biden’s wrongdoing and thereby “prove” that the House’s impeachment inquiry did not spring from a desire for “political revenge.” On X, formerly Twitter, the conservative media outlet Citizen Free Press nicely summarized Perry’s dragon-like reply. “Scott Perry breathes fire at a ‘reporter,'” the Citizen Free Press posted. The full exchange perfectly illustrates the establishment media’s role in our phony democracy. First, the establishment reporter posed a question that a White House representative could have written. “What actual evidence do you have as opposed to allegations to show to the American public that would merit an actual impeachment inquiry of Joe Biden and prove that today isn’t just about some of you…” the reporter’s question began. Perry, Chair of the House Freedom Caucus, knew the reporter’s intent and briefly interrupted. “Oh, I don’t know,” Perry began in a sarcastic tone. The reporter kept talking, though Perry’s interruption rendered part of her question inaudible — inaudible but no less predictable. “…McCarthy for the sake of exacting political revenge for the impeachment of Donald Trump?” the reporter asked. Perry then gave a masterful, fire-breathing answer filled with references to actual evidence against Biden. “This isn’t about political revenge. We have the bank accounts,” Perry began. Bank accounts do constitute good evidence, but Perry’s second item showed how deliberately incurious the establishment media must be. “We can see — ma’am — you can see that the homes that the Bidens own can’t be afforded on a congressional or Senate salary. You also understand that it’s not normal for family members to receive millions of dollars from overseas interests. Those things aren’t normal,” Perry added. Citizen Free Press rightly regarded this portion of Perry’s response as damning to the Bidens. “The homes that the Bidens own can’t be afforded on a Senate salary. You understand that it’s not normal for family members to receive millions of dollars from overseas interests. That’s not normal,” Citizen Free Press wrote in a paraphrased version of Perry’s statement. WARNING: The following video contains vulgar language that some viewers may find offensive. Perry had plenty more to say to the obtuse reporter. “That’s not normal to have 20 shell companies. These things are not normal. And it alludes to not only just widespread corruption but money laundering, if not influence-peddling itself,” Perry said. Need more evidence? Consider Biden’s own words. “And we also have the president on — the vice president at the time — on record saying that the prosecutor was fired. ‘Well, son of a b****, the prosecutor was fired,’ right? Because the prosecutor was going after the company that his son was working on,” Perry said. An exasperated Perry finally reached his conclusion. “That’s what we have. If you can’t see that — if you’re that blind –” Perry said before turning over the podium. To recap, Perry cited bank records, extravagant homes, payments to family members, shell companies and Biden’s own words. And how did the establishment reporter respond? “People can’t see that. They think it’s political revenge,” she said. “It’s because you don’t report it!” Perry replied. Nothing about the establishment media’s behavior makes sense until we understand that they exist to protect powerful people. Hence, they protect Biden, but they only protect him as long as other powerful people instruct them to do so. Apart from the role her establishment masters have told her to play, the reporter’s total lack of curiosity about Perry’s litany of evidence defies comprehension. She has no interest in finding out how Biden became fantastically wealthy from a career in government. Public officials cannot become wealthy in government unless they engage in corruption. She does not care. Someone wealthy pays her not to care. One telltale sign identified this reporter’s tactics as those of an establishment minion. In short, she speculated about motives rather than confronting prospective truth. Had she concerned herself with truth, she would have asked Perry to elaborate on the homes or the bank records. Are these things true? If so, what do they mean? Instead, she accused Perry and the Republicans of seeking political revenge. Those who do not have truth on their side have no choice but to impugn motives. link

GOP Rep Ken Buck's Shot at MTG Over Biden Impeachment Backfires Immediately
By Michael Schwarz September 13, 2023 at 1:57pm Republican Rep. Ken Buck of Colorado continues to antagonize the GOP’s anti-establishment base. On Monday, Buck slammed Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia for her overzealous and “absurd” quest to impeach President Joe Biden. Meanwhile, Buck’s attack on Greene and especially his broader anti-impeachment stance have some Republicans contemplating punitive measures, including a possible 2024 primary challenge to Buck’s deep-red seat in Colorado’s 4th congressional district. Since 2020, Buck has drawn the ire of the GOP’s MAGA wing for his vote to certify the 2020 election, his criticism of former President Donald Trump and his support for Trump enemies such as former Republican Rep. Liz Cheney. In recent days, Buck has rankled Republicans yet again by making the rounds on establishment media. According to the New Republic, Buck appeared on MSNBC Sunday and took a shot at Greene over impeachment. “Well, Marjorie filed articles of impeachment on President Biden before he was sworn into office … so the idea that she is now the expert on impeachment or that she is someone who should set the timing on impeachment is absurd,” Buck said. “The time for impeachment is the time when there’s evidence linking President Biden — if there’s evidence — linking President Biden to a high crime or misdemeanor,” Buck added. “That doesn’t exist right now.” On Tuesday, after House Speaker Kevin McCarthy announced that the House would open an impeachment inquiry, Buck appeared on CNN and delivered the same nonsensical message he gave to MSNBC. “I have not seen any evidence that links President Biden to Hunter Biden’s activities at this point,” Buck told host Anderson Cooper. Buck added that he would receive a briefing soon and thus implied that he could change his mind. Buck also suggested that McCarthy only initiated the impeachment inquiry in response to pressure from Trump’s allies. “But what he’s — what Speaker McCarthy is doing — is he has President Biden on the one hand — or I’m sorry, President Trump on the one hand, who is demanding that the House open an impeachment inquiry and begin an impeachment of President Biden, and on the other hand he has spending bills that are coming up, and he needs the support of members of the Republican conference to help get that continuing resolution passed and appropriations bills,” Buck said. Impeachment Evidence Earlier Tuesday, CNN reported that some Republicans have grown tired of Buck’s antics. In fact, three GOP sources told CNN that Buck might face a serious primary challenge. Greene even suggested that Buck has no business serving on the Judiciary Committee. “I really don’t see how we can have a member on Judiciary that is flat out refusing to impeach,” she said. One Republican described Buck as fully captured by both the establishment and the establishment media. “Everyone on Capitol Hill knows that Ken Buck has given up on his work with the Freedom Caucus, the Foreign Affairs Committee and the Judiciary Committee so that he can try-out for jobs with TV networks or the Biden administration,” the GOP source said. “We call him buckle,” another Republican lawmaker said. In fairness, Buck still has prominent and magnanimous GOP defenders. “You can agree to disagree,” Republican Rep. Chip Roy of Texas said. “We have slightly different views about what high crimes and misdemeanors look like. I’ve studied this and looked at the history of it, and I’m more than comfortable about an impeachment inquiry. But I look forward to talking to Ken about it in person.” Buck, of course, did not tell the truth about the evidence against Biden. In a fiery press conference on Tuesday, Freedom Caucus Chair and Republican Rep. Scott Perry of Pennsylvania summarized that evidence for any fair-minded listener. Perry noted, for instance, that the Bidens own homes they could not possibly afford on congressional salaries alone. Bank records, shell companies and payments from overseas interests help fill out the picture of corruption. Buck’s inability to see this raises questions about his own motives. In the 17th installment of “Cato’s Letters,” published Feb. 18, 1721, the great English polemicist John Trenchard described how true political insiders treat accusations of corruption leveled against their nominal opponents. “They will not suffer any men, who have once tasted of authority, though personally their enemies…to be called to an account for past crimes, though ever so enormous. They will make no such precedents for their own punishment,” Trenchard wrote. Has Buck’s immersion in D.C. politics rendered him unable to spot obvious corruption? Or has it made him unwilling to do so? link

Biden Finally Personally Addresses Impeachment Inquiry - He Didn't Help His Case
By Peter Partoll September 14, 2023 at 6:09am Joe Biden has finally responded to the impeachment inquiry that Republicans are launching against him, and his answer was less than convincing. On Tuesday, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy announced that House Republicans would be opening a formal impeachment inquiry against the president, citing a “culture of corruption” in the Biden family. Biden did not address the situation Tuesday, but at a campaign fundraiser in McLean, Virginia on Wednesday, he made his thoughts on the looming situation known. According to The Hill, however, instead of addressing the specific allegations being leveled against him, the president played dumb, claiming not to know why House Republicans were pursuing the inquiry. “Well, I tell you what, I don’t know quite why, but they just knew they wanted to impeach me,” Biden said. He went on to claim that Republicans were attempting impeachment as part of their strategy in the ongoing battle over the federal budget. “Now, best I can tell they want to impeach me because they want to shut down the government,” the president said, according to The Hill. In essence, Biden told donors there is no basis for this inquiry and it’s just a politically motivated stunt to try to embarrass him. Of course, no one who has been paying attention is going to buy this explanation. The Republicans may be motivated by politics, but the basis for their allegations against the president is clear, and Biden knows exactly what this is about. This is about his alleged involvement in son Hunter Biden’s shady business dealings, a story that has been haunting the Biden family since even before Joe Biden became president. The New York Post first reported on the scandal three years ago, citing explosive details obtained from a laptop the president’s son had abandoned at a Delaware repair shop. Hunter Biden is facing a criminal investigation, and evidence is continuing to mount that despite the president’s repeated denials, he knew about and was involved in some of his son’s activities. The integrity of the first family is being brought into question here, and the American people deserve to know if the president was engaged in corruption. To just dismiss this inquiry is a foolish and out-of-touch move for Biden. What makes this statement all the more laughable is that the president then claimed his full attention was on solving the problems facing the nation. “I get up every day not focused on impeachment. I’ve got a job to do. I’ve got to deal with issues that affect the American people every single solitary day,” he said, according to The Hill. Biden claims to be addressing the problems facing the American people when he has been doing an absolutely catastrophic job of dealing with them his entire term. Since he took office, he has failed to tackle inflation, the crime epidemic, illegal immigration or the very serious threat of war with Russia and China. If Joe Biden wants the American people to have more faith in himself and in his family, he should be transparent and address the concerns the public has about him.Biden Finally Personally Addresses Impeachment Inquiry - He Didn't Help His Case By Peter Partoll September 14, 2023 at 6:09am President Joe Biden has finally responded to the impeachment inquiry that Republicans are launching against him, and his answer was less than convincing. Biden Ridiculously Claims Republicans Want to Impeach Him 'to Shut Down the Government'
By Johnathan Jones September 15, 2023 at 11:10am Joe Biden claimed earlier this week that Republicans are scheming to impeach him as part of a broader plan to “shut down the government.” Biden did not elaborate on the claim, but he did invoke Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia as being one of a number of people he said were coming after him. The president was addressing supporters at a campaign event in McLean, Virginia, on Wednesday when he addressed the elephant in the room — an impeachment inquiry ordered by House Speaker Kevin McCarthy. “Look, before I close, I want to say a word about impeachment,” Biden said. “It was pointed out to me today that Marjorie Taylor Greene, the first day she was elected, said, ‘First thing we want to do is impeach Biden.’” Biden continued and said he does not know why House Republicans would want to impeach him. “Well, I tell you what, I don’t know quite why, but they just knew they wanted to impeach me,” he said. “And now, the best I can tell, they want to impeach me because they want to shut down the government.” He said he is not worried about being impeached and claimed he is working tirelessly on behalf of the country. “So, look – look, I’ve got a job to do,” Biden said. “Everybody always asks about impeachment.” He concluded, “I get up every day – not a joke – not focused on impeachment. I’ve got a job to do. I’ve got to deal with the issues that affect the American people every single solitary day.” The comments were the first time Biden had publicly addressed the prospect of being impeached. McCarthy announced the impeachment inquiry following months of investigations by House Republicans. The investigations are in relation to Biden’s son Hunter Biden and his overseas business dealings. House Republicans such as James Comer of Kentucky have claimed they have evidence Biden was part of an influence-peddling scheme. Comer has said bank records show potential impropriety and illegality regarding how the Biden’s conducted business in Ukraine, China and in other countries. The Kentucky Republican and the chair of the House Oversight Committee intends to pursue more bank records from the president, his son and his brother James Biden, Fox News reported. Comer also wants to speak to former business associates of the first son. Biden has denied any involvement in Hunter’s business deals. One government source in a redacted FBI document that was given to Republicans in Congress over the summer features testimony from a source who claimed that as vice president, Biden was directly involved in business in Ukraine. link

Impeachment Against Joe Biden: Possible Key Witness from Ukraine Makes Serious Allegations
By Guest Contributor Sep. 15, 2023 9:15 am Guest post by Alex Schmidt, “Unser Mitteleuropa” A possible key witness against Biden is speaking out from Ukraine and is making serious accusations against the incumbent U.S. president. The latter is said to have tried to have him killed. The accusations carry weight, coming from none other than Ukraine’s former Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin, who in 2015 led investigations that became so dangerous to Biden that in 2016 he blackmailed the Ukrainian government into dismissing Shokin. Investigation of criminal acts in Burisma The news from Ukraine comes at the worst possible time for the Bidens, as the dubious foreign activities of the Biden family in recent years are increasingly becoming the bane of both the son and the father: This week, for example, the Republican chairman of the U.S. House of Representatives, Kevin McCarthy, announced impeachment proceedings against U.S. President Joe Biden. Almost simultaneously, Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley announced that an internal FBI document obtained by the U.S. House Oversight Committee for review contained information about 15 audio recordings of Hunter Biden’s conversations and two recordings of Joe Biden’s conversations with a “foreign national” associated with Burisma. New Deals Now Live At The Gateway Pundit Discounts Page At MyPillow – Up to 80% Off! This foreign national is most likely disgraced Ukrainian ex-minister, businessman and owner of Burisma Holdings, Mykola Zlochevsky. The footage may prove that both father and son Biden received kickbacks from Burisma. U.S. investigations lead directly to ousted prosecutor These U.S. investigations led directly to the former Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Viktor Shokin. Namely, in early 2015, the Ukrainian Prosecutor’s Office put Burisma’s owner, Mykola Zlochevsky, on a wanted list for illegal enrichment and launched investigations that also put Biden’s son Hunter on the spot. Just a year later, in March 2016, during an official visit to Kyiv, [then] U.S. Vice President Joe Biden called for the dismissal of Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin and blackmailed Ukrainian President Poroshenko with a $1 billion loan. Literally, he said, “We will leave in six hours. If the prosecutor is not released, you will not get the money.” Viktor Shokin was appointed Prosecutor General of Ukraine by decree of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko on February 11, 2015. Only a year later, right after Biden’s blackmail, the same Poroshenko asked Shokin to resign. He was apparently in a hurry, because a bill to dismiss Shokin was submitted to parliament as early as February 19, and the Verkhovna Rada passed it on March 29. On April 3, Poroshenko signed Shokin’s dismissal. For the public, Poroshenko’s staff justified the prosecutor general’s dismissal by claiming that he had delayed the collection of evidence in the “Maidan cases.” Heart attack, or attack on Schokin? But apparently, that was not enough. In early 2020, Shokin told journalists that someone had tried to poison him. The inconvenient investigator also named the suspect: Joe Biden. On September 10, 2019, the former attorney general got out of the car in Greece, lost consciousness, and fell down. “The diagnosis from the Greek hospital where I was in intensive care was ‘two heart stops.’ To bring me back to this world, stun guns were used to revive me,” Shokin described the dramatic events in an interview with TSN. After the incident, he had to relearn how to walk, according to the Prosecutor General. The realization that it had not been an ordinary cardiac arrest came a month later when Shokin was receiving treatment in Austria. Doctors detected mercury levels in his body that were five times higher than the maximum permissible level. “As my acquaintances in the SBU [Security Service of Ukraine] told me, this poisoning method is somewhat outdated, but there is still a field for its use,” the former prosecutor general said. Shokin’s attempts to seek justice in court and from the European Commission On February 24, 2020, the State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine opened a criminal case based on Shokin’s testimony that Biden had privately and publicly demanded his resignation in return for U.S. financial guarantees to Ukraine. However, police closed this criminal case as early as September 23, 2020, having found no corpus delicti. Shokin and his lawyers tried to appeal this decision, but the court rejected it. Shokin criticized the evidentiary hearing, saying, “I would like to point out that during their months-long ‘investigation,’ the police conducted only one investigative measure – namely, my interrogation before the case was closed. Of course, I do not agree with this,” said the former prosecutor general. In April 2021, in an effort to publicize the case outside Ukraine, Shokin even filed a complaint with the European Commission seeking a finding that his rights had been violated during his dismissal from the post of Prosecutor General of Ukraine. The case landed on the desk of EU Commissioner Mairead McGuinness. In his complaint, Shokin expressed his belief that U.S. officials’ demand for his dismissal in 2016 constituted “interference by a foreign state in Ukraine’s internal affairs.” Shokin claimed that a number of his rights had been violated, including the right to work, the right to a fair trial, and Ukraine’s right to self-determination. As far as the editors are aware, the European Commission has not yet responded. What is preventing Shokin from appearing before a U.S. Congressional committee? Former Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin is trying to draw attention to the case outside Ukraine. His book “The True Stories of Joe Biden’s International Corruption in Ukraine, or Who Can’t Become President of the United States” was presented at a press club in Brussels. Shokin has valuable information and is willing to share it. So why doesn’t respected Congressman James Comer, who has been actively seeking evidence against the Bidens for a year, turn to him? Perhaps the Republicans on the U.S. House Oversight Committee are waiting for the presidential race to enter a decisive phase so they can then use the “heavy artillery”? Or are they hesitating so as not to denigrate the country’s leadership during the war in Ukraine? Either way, chances are that we will soon hear more about Biden’s involvement in the Burisma corruption scandal in the U.S. as well. President Biden’s son has pleaded guilty to two counts of failing to pay taxes and one count of possession of firearms while intoxicated. Meanwhile, hearings continue in the U.S. Congress on the “opaque income” Joseph and Hunter Biden received from foreign businessmen and corporations. None of this has yet prevented 80-year-old Joe Biden from running for a second term. What is missing for U.S. lawmakers to prove President Biden’s guilt or innocence in trading on his influence as a high-ranking U.S. official? link

CNN Inadvertently Makes The Case For An Impeachment InquirySATURDAY, SEP 16, 2023 - 09:00 PM Authored by Jonathan Turley, I recently wrote a column about five facts that justified the start of an impeachment inquiry. While I have stressed that I do not believe that there is currently sufficient evidence for an actual impeachment, I am mystified by the claim that there is not ample evidence to warrant an inquiry into possible impeachable offenses. Notably, CNN just reactivated its fact-checking team for a review of the basis for the inquiry. In so doing, the network made an iron-clad argument in support of the decision by Speaker Kevin McCarthy. CNN presented this claim: Claim: Biden family and associates got $20 million through shell companies “Bank records show that nearly $20 million in payments were directed to the Biden family members and associates through various shell companies,” McCarthy said. Facts First: This is true about Joe Biden’s family and associates, but there is no public evidence to date that the president personally received any money. That is a fair fact check but it is also the very reason that Speaker McCarthy initiated the inquiry. We do not know where this money went, why it was sent through this labyrinth of accounts, or what it was intended to buy. That is why this is an impeachment inquiry. The media and a number of Democrats recently admitted, belatedly, that Hunter Biden was involved in a corrupt influence peddling operation. This was made clear by Hunter associate Devon Archer who said that they were selling the “Biden brand” and that brand was Joe Biden. Clearly, these corrupt foreign figures in China, Ukraine, and Russia (including some who were charged with corruption in their own countries) thought that they were getting something other than Hunter for their money. After all, one of these figures reportedly referred to Hunter as dumber than his dog. However, pundits and politicians now insist that it was merely the “illusion” of access. In other words, these notoriously corrupt figures were chumps fleeced by Hunter and Biden associates. However, how do we know it was an “illusion”? You have a trusted FBI informant relaying the claim of a Ukrainian that he gave Biden a “bribe,” but was told not to pay him directly. As I previously discussed, only a moron would pay Joe Biden directly for such influence or access. CNN repeatedly returns to this fact in each of the checked claims. Again, that is precisely why we have an inquiry. Bribery is a stated basis for impeachment in the Constitution. Even CNN accepts that, if Biden received such benefits, it would be a serious offense. It is also worth noting, as I have raised previously, that the requirement of an envelope filled with money or a deposit slip into the checking account of Joe and Jill Biden is a bit ridiculous as a condition. If millions went to Biden children and grandchildren, it is still a benefit for the President. Joe Biden is currently worth more than $8 million. At his age, he will never spend the wealth that he has. Most people in his position are focused on ways to leave financial legacies for their family and minimize estate and death taxes. It is absurd to suggest that millions going to Joe Biden’s family would not constitute a benefit to him. Finally, the inquiry is looking into whether some of these funds did make their way into Joe Biden’s accounts. There are indications that both Hunter and Joe received money out of some of these accounts and used shared credit cards. For example, there are indications that Hunter used his Dad’s credit card to pay for prostitutes. That again is precisely the point of the impeachment inquiry. The House will now have to demand the personal bank and financial records of both Hunter Biden and Joe Biden. Thus far, the House Committees have been focused on following the money through bank transfers. That is why the CNN fact check is a full-throated call for an impeachment inquiry. The nexus between this massive amount of money and President Biden is precisely what the House will now try to establish. link

McCarthy: White House Already Engaging in Impeachment Inquiry ‘Obstruction’ with Fake ‘No Evidence’ Disinformation MATTHEW BOYLE 17 Sep 2023Washington, DC Joe Biden’s White House is already obstructing the U.S. House of Representatives’ impeachment inquiry announced by Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) when it disseminated talking points to the media falsely claiming there was no evidence to begin the inquiry, McCarthy told Breitbart News exclusively. McCarthy, who appeared on Breitbart News Saturday on SiriusXM 125 the Patriot Channel, said a document drafted by the White House counsel’s office and sent from formal White House staff to media outlets at the outset of the impeachment inquiry — which led to the false reports and the use of the disinformation talking point by many media outlets and Democrats allied with the White House—could amount to obstruction of the investigation. “You’re 100 percent right,” McCarthy said when Breitbart News noted there is in fact evidence and the fake talking point the White House disseminated is disinformation. “And you just raised another issue that points to why we need impeachment inquiry to have the strength of our subpoenas because you now have the White House counsel. That talking point didn’t come from the campaign. It came from the taxpayer-paid White House counsel directly to media outlets. So think of the fear they have, whether they’re going to be allowed to go before government or others when you have the White House counsel threatening them to say investigate Republicans, there’s nothing here. I mean, right there is obstruction. Would you not question that? I would wonder is it not? It would be a question raised.” WATCH — “President Biden Did Lie”: McCarthy Announces Impeachment Inquiry into Joe Biden: Speaker Kevin McCarthy / Facebook This week, as Breitbart News reported in the aftermath of McCarthy impeachment inquiry announcement, several media outlets and Democrats were repeating the inaccurate talking point the White House disseminated that there was no evidence to proceed to an impeachment inquiry. McCarthy, during his interview on Breitbart News Saturday, recounted one such interaction with an Associated Press reporter on Capitol Hill where he forced the reporter to admit there was in fact evidence. He also pointed to a CNN fact check of him which actually found that each of the claims he made during his announcement of the impeachment inquiry about the Bidens were true. “But there was an AP reporter who raised this question to me the other day and I walked her through all of this and she at the end couldn’t but acknowledge yeah there is evidence,” McCarthy said. “CNN went and tried to fact-check me trying to say there wasn’t and even in their own fact check said everything I said was true. Yes, there is an allegation of bribery. Yes, they’re saying that he went to meetings and money changed [hands]. Yes, there were shell companies. There’s nothing before — and if you are an elected official and someone has brought you all this information you have a constitutional obligation to find the answers to it. That doesn’t mean it’s impeachment. That means finding the answers. Why are we afraid to get the answers to the American public? The American public wants to know that their elected officials are not for sale. Now, we saw a clip where you had Hunter Biden in South Carolina with I think then-Vice President Biden talking about his law firm and then they bring it up and he walks around the other side and gives his business card to the person in front of Joe Biden. Is that selling the brand? What happened on those 12 international trips that Hunter Biden went on the government plane with the Vice President? When he went over to China, is that when he cut the deal and got a million dollars from the Chinese that the president said they did not? So, we want to investigate did that money come from the government itself? Was it a subsidiary?” President Joe Biden boards Marine One with his son Hunter Biden as he leaves Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland on June 24, 2023. (AP Photo/Manuel Balce Ceneta) McCarthy also, during the interview, explained how Republicans have uncovered serious evidence against the president since they took the majority — and that Biden’s claim from the 2020 campaign that he never spoke to his son Hunter Biden about any business dealing has been proven to be a lie. “To all your listeners, you have to realize that all the information that we know now we never would have known had Republicans not taken the majority,” McCarthy said. “All we knew prior to this is then-candidate Joe Biden told us he never spoke to his son about any business dealing. He said his family never received any money from China. Now, why I’ve moved to an impeachment inquiry, just so your listeners understand what that means, that gives Congress the full power when they go to subpoenas to be able to win in court to get the information we need.” McCarthy explained several of the pieces of evidence against the president that the House Republicans have uncovered as well. “Early on, we found out that when Joe Biden became vice president his family set up 20 shell companies,” McCarthy said. “They got 16 out of 17 payments from Romania while he was vice president. The money would flow to nine different family members in the Biden family. We then later had a whistleblower come to us and tell us that the FBI, years before, had given what they call the form 1023 that is from an informant the FBI uses that trusts wholly he had heard there was a bribe given to the Biden family. In the document, it also said that it would be hard to trace because he had to move it through shell companies. Now, that’s an allegation — we don’t know if that’s true. Now we found out during the summer while we had individuals coming in that Hunter Biden’s best friend and business partner Devon [Archer] who also sat on the Burisma board said that Hunter Biden was ‘selling the brand’ — ‘selling the brand’ — the brand being Biden. He also said that Joe Biden lied to the American public whereas, yes, he would call in to conference calls for the client and he also went to dinners at Cafe Milano and after each dinner there was a transaction. One was to buy Hunter Biden a new Porsche, one was for more than $3 million from the oligarchs of Russia — and that oligarch didn’t get sanctioned after they invaded Ukraine — then we found out during the summer, too, that Joe Biden used false names in emails so the public could not trace it using FOIA to not get it.” There is more evidence, too, McCarthy said, pointing to emails and other documents surrounding Joe Biden’s alias email accounts and to the sweetheart plea deal that has since collapsed but that the Biden Department of Justice originally offered to Biden’s son Hunter Biden. “Then one of these emails which we haven’t gotten yet but we’ll need to — it says in there that the staffer writing to Joe Biden and also Hunter Biden about a phone call with the president of Ukraine,” McCarthy said. “What we found is, this is around the same time that Burisma was getting pushed by the prosecutor. We know from Devon, Hunter’s business partner, that Burisma was really pushing them as board members to call Washington to do something about it. We also know that Joe Biden had told the American public that he withheld a billion dollars of taxpayer money until they fired the prosecutor that was going after Burisma. Now, does this all work together? We don’t know. It raises a question. We also have now found out through an email that a White House staffer in the vice president’s office said to Hunter Biden’s business partner that the then-vice president has signed off on the Burisma talking points. Then, we look at the sweetheart deal that was proposed a couple months ago for Hunter Biden. Earlier this year, we had sent letters to the Attorney General asking for a special prosecutor. [Merrick] Garland, the Attorney General, told Congress and the Senate ‘we don’t need one. If [David] Weiss feels he does, he can become one. If Weiss wants to prosecute, he can prosecute in any jurisdiction’ and he would back it up. But now, after the sweetheart deal came out, two whistleblowers from the IRS came forward and said ‘that’s not true,’ and that Weiss wanted to be a special prosecutor and was denied and that when he wanted to prosecute he was also denied and the DOJ allowed the statute of limitations on the most serious egregious IRS provisions that Hunter Biden didn’t hold to to expire. Would that happen with any other American?” With all of this evidence and more, McCarthy said the next line of investigation will look into the bank accounts, credit cards connected to the shell companies, and other financial documents that can connect payments to the president. “So, you now have all these questions. We’ve never gone after the president’s bank statements. We’ve never gone after the credit cards that were under these shell companies. We’ve never gone after Hunter Biden’s bank statements,” McCarthy said. “We know that this administration — we’ve never seen an administration use their administration to withhold information like this since the [Richard] Nixon administration. So, we need all the legal strength we can to get these answers. That’s why I directed the committees to use an impeachment inquiry to take the next step. Now, some people will go out there and say ‘you need to subpoena Hunter Biden right now.’ Well, anyone who’s a prosecutor knows that’s not the right move. You first want all the information because Hunter’s going to come in and he would lie if we don’t have all the information before you. There’s so much more we need to get. All of this — these allegations and others — how can we go forward as a country without knowing it? And, if you’re Hunter Biden or President Biden and you’ve been accused of this, wouldn’t you want to clear your name? Wouldn’t you want the document to come forward and say ‘look, okay I lied [when I said] I didn’t talk to my son.’ ‘Okay, I went to dinner with this money.’ Show the American public the difference because right now I’ve got people in the mainstream media and I’ve got Democrats saying this does not look good at all. I just want answers the American public deserves.” McCarthy also addressed the question of whether Hunter Biden would eventually be subpoenaed in the process here. He predicted that as the investigation by the three committees proceeds that Hunter Biden would be brought in for questioning by them — noting that it is the House Oversight Committee, the House Judiciary Committee, and the House Ways and Means Committee leading the inquiry. Those committees are chaired by, respectively, Reps. James Comer (R-KY), Jim Jordan (R-OH), and Jason Smith (R-MO). “At the end of the day, he’s going to have to be subpoenaed but what you want to do is get all the information before,” McCarthy said. “I don’t direct the experts on how to do the investigation. This is under three committees. Jamie Comer, who’s done a tremendous job and he’s been getting all this information. Jim Jordan, who we know is one of the best investigators. And Jason Smith with Ways and Means who with the IRS and others they have all done a Herculean job here of gathering information. Look, interesting is these Monday-morning quarterbacks who come in when every day we’re bringing people in for depositions and others. I mean, no one is giving us this information. You have to find it. You’ve got to pull the strings to look how this connects and others. Let them continue to do their job to get to the bottom of where it’s at. I trust them.” McCarthy also said that more witnesses, document production, and testimony will be coming very soon. “It’s exactly what they’ve been doing this whole time,” McCarthy said. “They bring different people in for depositions to learn more and they follow the facts wherever it takes them. You know, as soon as they get new facts, they bring it forth. But they have a lot of new information coming. I think they got some new bank statements coming as well. It just raises more questions and I think you’ll see a lot more subpoenas coming out to gather more information based upon the facts that they’ve already gathered.” McCarthy also dismissed the idea that a vote of the full House was necessary to proceed with the impeachment inquiry, saying he spoke to the House counsel about this and argued that the courts have made it clear they can proceed without it. However, if necessary, he said the House will do whatever is needed to compel cooperation from the White House and Biden with the impeachment inquiry. “You don’t have to vote in this process,” McCarthy said. “We have the legal authority now. The courts have seen that. I’ve talked to the House counsel. We’ve got legal opinions on that. We will move forward and follow the facts wherever it takes us. We will do whatever it needs just to find the answers for the American public. That is upholding our oaths to the Constitution.” Asked about a possible timeline for considering actual articles of impeachment against Biden, McCarthy said there is no timeline but that House Republicans will simply follow the facts wherever they lead. If it gets to that point eventually, they will move forward on it he said. But for now, the House GOP is conducting the impeachment inquiry so as to get the facts out about the president and the Congress will move if and when it rises to that level. “Let me be very clear to everybody. We are not the Democrats. We watched them use impeachment for political reasons,” McCarthy said. “Tell me what evidence did they have to even move forward? So what we’re doing — and we’re not predetermining anything into the future. The only thing we’ll promise everybody is we’ll follow the facts and we’ll get the answers and we’ll lay them out for the American public. We’ll uphold our Constitutional authority but we don’t have pre-impeachment documents or anything else. We believe in the court of law. We believe in the honesty and integrity and remember none of this information would have been found had we not been doing the work we’re doing now. Let us continue our work and lay it out for the American public and let people be able to see what we’re finding.” Breitbart News Saturday airs on SiriusXM Patriot 125 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Eastern. Matt Gaetz: ‘We Have the Evidence’ – Not Impeaching Biden ‘Would Be a Dereliction of Duty’
David Hawkins September 18, 2023 - 12:20 pm Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) has issued a warning to his colleagues about the consequences of choosing not to impeach Democrat President Joe Biden. Gaetz notes that congressional investigators “have the evidence” to impeach Biden. The congressman also warns his fellow members that choosing not to impeach Biden “would be a dereliction of duty.” Gaetz said: “I went on CNN recently and was told repeatedly by host Abby Phillip that there is ‘no evidence’ linking President Biden to anything illegal having to do with Hunter Biden. “This is the party line over at CNN.” As Mediaite reported, “CNN anchors and other on-air staffers told viewers dozens of times there’s ‘no evidence’ against President Joe Biden after news broke of an impeachment inquiry into Biden.” “CNN got their marching orders from the White House,” Gaetz said. “The White House sent a memo out to media outlets that could have been mistaken as coming from a CNN prompter. “It repeatedly says that there is ‘no evidence.’ “Oh really? There’s no evidence? “That might be the case if you are deaf, dumb, and blind. “Here’s the reality: As Vice President, Joe Biden changed U.S. foreign policy to the benefit of a Ukrainian business paying Hunter Biden. “There is a plethora of evidence showing this. “The evidence that CNN and the White House claim doesn’t exist shows that not only was Biden aware of the Burisma business, but so were his top aides. “Biden’s then-communications director Kate Bedingfield, for example, allowed Eric Schwerin, Hunter’s friend and business partner, to review a statement she planned to release on Biden’s Burisma ties. Biden’s staff explicitly told Biden in a memo that Biden shouldn’t link Burisma owner Zlochevsky to corruption if asked about him at a press conference. Executive branch officials went out of their way to protect Hunter Biden’s employer. “A Biden adviser even copied Hunter Biden’s business email on a message to Joe Biden that included a scheduled call with the president of Ukraine. “The evidence that we’re told doesn’t exist is voluminous. “In addition to all the evidence of Biden’s corruption that I just described, we also have a memo from an FBI informant. “The FBI informant, who is considered a long-time trusted source, said that Burisma owner Zlochevsky told him in 2016 that he paid off the Bidens — $5 million to Hunter and $5 million to Joe. “The informant said that Zlochevsky told him he was ‘coerced into paying the Bidens to ensure Ukraine Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin was fired.’ “President Trump put it best when he wrote on Truth Social that House Republicans don’t need an ‘inquiry’ to prove Joe Biden’s corruption, ‘it’s already proven.’ “We have the evidence,” he said. “It’s time to take action.” link

Republicans to Hold First Impeachment Hearing Next Week, Subpoena Hunter and James Biden’s Bank Records
By Cristina Laila Sep. 19, 2023 9:00 pm House Republicans will hold their first impeachment hearing on their inquiry into Joe Biden next Thursday, September 28. Speaker Kevin McCarthy last Tuesday announced he is directing House committees to open an impeachment inquiry against Joe Biden. “I am directing our House committees to open a formal impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden. Over the past several months, House Republicans have uncovered serious and credible allegations into President Biden’s conduct—a culture of corruption,” McCarthy said. McCarthy continued, “Biden used his official office to coordinate with Hunter Biden’s business partners about Hunter’s role in Burisma, the Ukrainian energy company. Finally, despite these serious allegations, it appears that the President’s family has been offered special treatment by Biden’s own administration–treatment that not otherwise would have received that they were not related to the President. House Republicans will subpoena Hunter and James Biden’s personal and business bank records as early as this week. Joe Biden knew he was the family’s brand, House Oversight Chairman James Comer said. House Republicans recently announced they now have reviewed 170 suspicious activity reports linked to the Biden Crime Family. House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan highlighted the suspicious activity reports and the millions of dollars that flowed to the Bidens. “The fundamental question is: what did [Biden’s family] do to warrant the receipt of millions and millions of dollars?” Jim Jordan said. “Why did Joe Biden’s brother, why did Joe Biden’s sister-in-law, why did Joe Biden’s son — why did so many family members get the money?” he said. James Comer identified the NINE Bidens who are implicated in the corruption. “Bank records show the Biden family, their associates, and their companies received over $10 million from foreign nationals and their companies,” Comer said. “Joe Biden’s son. Joe Biden’s brother. Joe Biden’s brother’s wife. Hunter Biden’s girlfriend/Beau Biden’s widow, Hunter Biden’s ex-wife. Hunter Biden’s current wife. And 3 children of the president’s son and the president’s brother. So we’re talking about grandchildren – a grandchild. That’s odd. Most people that work hard every day a grandchild doesn’t get a wire from a foreign national,” Comer said. 1. Hunter Biden 2. James Biden 3. Sara Biden 4. Hallie Biden 5. Kathleen Biden 6. Melissa Biden 7. Niece/nephew 8. Niece/nephew 9. Grandchild Senator Chuck Grassley recently released the FBI document showing Joe Biden was involved in a $10 million bribery scheme with Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky. The FD-1023 form alleged then-Vice President Joe Biden FORCED Zlochevsky, a Ukrainian oligarch, to pay himself and his son Hunter Biden a total of $10 million. According to the document, Biden’s bribery arrangement was described as “poluchili,” which is Russian crime slang for being “forced or coerced to pay.” Also, according to the document, Zlochevsky claims to have text messages and recordings that show he was FORCED to pay the Bidens to ensure Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin was fired. Viktor Shokin Zlochevsky also retained two documents, presumably financial records, as evidence of the arrangement, according to the document. Joe Biden publicly bragged about bribing Ukraine with $1 billion to fire Viktor Shokin, the Ukrainian Prosecutor General who was investigating Burisma corruption. I “said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well, son of a bitch. He got fired,” Biden said in 2018. link

Top Democrat Reveals Scheme to End Biden Impeachment Probe by Supporting Gaetz in Ousting Speaker McCarthyBRADLEY JAYE 22 Sep 2023 2:32 House Democrat Whip Katherine Clark (MA) revealed to Politico a scheme to use Rep. Matt Gaetz’s (R-FL) effort to remove Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) as leverage to end the impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden. A Gaetz motion to vacate the chair would require Democrat votes for success. Clark, the second-ranking Democrat in the House of Representatives, revealed concessions Democrats would seek from McCarthy to oppose the Gaetz motion, essentially threatening to side with Gaetz to oust McCarthy if Democrat demands were not met. “We want him to live up to the agreement [on toppling spending] that he made [with President Biden]. We want to get disaster aid out. We want to continue our support for Ukraine. And we want them to end this sham of an impeachment inquiry.” The Massachusetts Democrat hopes to force McCarthy to choose between failing to prevent a shutdown, thus imperiling his speakership, or keeping the government open with Democrat support while further eroding his support inside his own conference. Speculation has swirled in Washington since the early days of McCarthy’s speakership whether Democrats would come to his aid in the seemingly inevitable event McCarthy’s detractors forced a motion to vacate to the House floor. Gaetz, the conservative firebrand who has emerged as the most vocal and intransigent opponent of Kevin McCarthy, has promised to force a motion to vacate the chair if McCarthy brought forth a vote on a continuing resolution to continue current spending levels and avert a shutdown while Congress continues searching for a longer-term deal. A deal that emerged Sunday between conservatives in the House Freedom Caucus and moderates in the Republican Main Street Caucus on a 30-day stopgap funding bill provided a brief glimmer of hope for McCarthy to unite his conference. That bill included much of the spending cuts conservatives crave as well as most of the provisions in H.R. 2, border security legislation passed by the House and widely supported by the GOP’s border hawks. Yet a handful of conservatives — enough to prevent the deal’s passage — balked, primarily over concerns that the spending cuts did not go far enough, killing that deal in the crib and leaving conservatives hoping to avoid getting rolled by the Senate scratching their heads. The deadline to pass a funding bill is September 30. link

James Comer Announces 3 Key Witnesses for First Impeachment Inquiry Hearing into Joe Biden
WENDELL HUSEBØ 26 Sep 2023 4:23 House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) announced a list of three witnesses on Monday who will testify before the first impeachment inquiry hearing into President Joe Biden on Thursday. The witnesses are Professor Jonathan Turley of George Washington University Law School; Eileen O’Connor, former Assistant Attorney General of the United States Department of Justice Tax Division; and Bruce Dubinsky of Dubinsky Consulting, a forensic accountant expert. Turley is a nationally recognized legal scholar who has published work in areas ranging from constitutional law to legal theory. O’Connor supervised DOJ litigation of civil, criminal, trial, and appellate tax cases. Dubinsky accumulated more than 40 years of financial investigative and dispute consulting experience, as well as served as an expert witness more than 100 times, testifying in more than 80 trials, including trials involving criminal and civil financial fraud. The witnesses will attend the 10:00 a.m. hearing on Thursday, which will examine the value of an impeachment inquiry and present evidence House Republicans uncovered regarding President Joe Biden’s knowledge of and role in his family’s business. “Since January, House Committees on Oversight and Accountability, Judiciary, and Ways and Means have uncovered an overwhelming amount of evidence showing President Joe Biden abused his public office for his family’s financial gain,” Comer said in a statement obtained by Breitbart News: Thousands of pages of financial records, emails, texts, testimony from credible IRS whistleblowers, and a transcribed interview with Biden family business associate Devon Archer all reveal that Joe Biden allowed his family to sell him as “the brand” around the world to enrich the Biden family. Joe Biden showed up on at least two dozen occasions to send signals of access, influence, and power to those who were paying the Bidens. Based on the evidence, Congress has a duty to open an impeachment inquiry into President Biden’s corruption. Americans demand and deserve answers, transparency, and accountability for this abuse of public office. This week, the House Oversight Committee will present evidence uncovered to date and hear from legal and financial experts about crimes the Bidens may have committed as they brought in millions at the expense of U.S. interests. According to recent polling, a majority of voters say Joe Biden was involved in his family’s business, contradicting his long-held position that he never spoke to his son, Hunter Biden, about business: 61 percent of Americans say Joe Biden was involved in his family’s business deals with China and Ukraine (September, CNN) 51 percent of voters believe Joe Biden committed a crime with Hunter Biden (September, Yahoo/YouGov) 66 percent of voters say Joe Biden discussed business with his son (June, Harvard/HarrisX) 62 percent of voters contend Joe Biden “participated” in his family business deals (February, Harvard Cap/Harris) “I’ve never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings,” Joe Biden falsely stated in 2019. Fifty percent of independent voters believe House Republicans should impeach Joe Biden, a YouGov/CBS News poll found in September. Overall, 47 percent of Americans support impeachment. Fifty-three percent oppose impeachment. Previous polling shows a plurality, 41 percent, support an impeachment inquiry, while 35 percent oppose it. Twenty-four percent are unsure. In addition, a majority of Americans say Joe Biden is being “held accountable under the law like any president” in the impeachment inquiry opened by the House of Representatives, according to a Washington Post/ABC News poll released Sunday. GOP Rep Accuses Biden of Committing ‘Treason’ during Impeachment Hearing: ‘Betraying Your Country Is Treason’
David Hawkins September 28, 2023 - 1:08 pm Republican Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) dropped the hammer on Joe Biden and his family during the first congressional hearing of the Democrat president’s impeachment hearing. During her opening statement, Mace accused the Bidens of betraying their country and committing treason. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, who has been leading the investigations into the Bidens, said: “At least ten times, Joe Biden lied to the American people that he never spoke to his family about their business dealings. “He lied by telling the American people that there was an ‘absolute wall’ between his official government duties and his personal life. “Let’s be clear: there was no wall. “The door was wide open to those who purchased what a business associate described as ‘The Biden Brand.'” Mace accused Joe Biden of intentionally covering up his actions because he knew selling access to Obama’s White House was a betrayal. “Hunter knew Joe Biden hanging out with CCP businessmen would be a bad look, so he tried to pull a genius move on us with this whole ‘my uncle’s brother’ bullsh*t,” Mace said. “We already know the President took bribes from Burisma. “I also want to add betraying your country is treason.” WATCH: The House Oversight Committee said on social media: “Rep Nancy Mace connects the dots from Hunter’s China deal to Joe Biden. “Hunter texted his CCP-linked business associate: ‘My uncle will be here with his BROTHER.’ “It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that Hunter is referring to Joe Biden.” The House Oversight Committee also issued a Biden timeline of corruption: Since taking the gavel in January, the Committee on Oversight and Accountability has accelerated its investigation of the Biden family’s domestic and international business practices to determine whether the Biden family has been targeted by foreign actors, President Biden is compromised, and our national security is threatened. Records obtained through the Committee’s subpoenas to date reveal that the Bidens and their associates have received over $20 million in payments from foreign entities. Below is a timeline that details key dates in our investigation. The main points of interest are: 1) Romania: On September 28, 2015, Vice President Biden welcomed Romanian President Klaus Iohannis to the White House. Within five weeks of this meeting, a Romanian businessman involved with a high-profile corruption prosecution in Romania, Gabriel Popoviciu, began depositing a Biden associate’s bank account, which ultimately made their way into Biden family accounts. Popoviciu made sixteen of the seventeen payments, totaling over $3 million, to the Biden associate account while Joe Biden was Vice President. Biden family accounts ultimately received approximately $1.038 million. The total amount from Romania to the Biden family and their associates is over $3 million. 2) China- CEFC: On March 1, 2017—less than two months after Vice President Joe Biden left public office—State Energy HK Limited, a Chinese company, wired $3 million to a Biden associate’s account. This is the same bank account used in the above “Romania” section. After the Chinese company wired the Biden associate account the $3 million, the Biden family received approximately $1,065,692 over a three-month period in different bank accounts. Additionally, the CEFC Chairman gives Hunter Biden a diamond worth $80,000. Lastly, CEFC creates a joint venture with the Bidens in the summer of 2017. The timeline lays out the “WhatsApp” messages and subsequent wires from the Chinese to the Bidens of $100,000 and $5 million. The total amount from China, specifically with CEFC and their related entities, to the Biden family and their associates is over $8 million. 3) China- Bohai Harvest RST Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (BHR): More information will be provided in our upcoming Fourth Bank Memorandum. 4) Kazakhstan: On April 22, 2014, Kenes Rakishev, a Kazakhstani oligarch used his Singaporean entity, Novatus Holdings, to wire one of Hunter Biden’s Rosemont Seneca entities $142,300. The very next day—April 23, 2014—the Rosemont Seneca entity transferred the exact same amount of money to a car dealership for a car for Hunter Biden. Hunter Biden and Devon Archer would represent Burisma in Kazakhstan in May/June of 2014 as the company attempted to broker a three-way deal among Burisma, the Kazakhstan government, and a Chinese state-owned energy company. 5) Ukraine: Devon Archer joined the Burisma board of directors in spring of 2014 and was joined by Hunter Biden shortly thereafter. Hunter Biden joined the company as counsel, but after a meeting with Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky in Lake Como, Italy, was elevated to the board of directors in the spring of 2014. Both Biden and Archer were each paid $1 million per year for their positions on the board of directors. In December 2015, after a Burisma board of directors meeting, Zlochevsky and Hunter Biden “called D.C.” in the wake of mounting pressures the company was facing. Zlochevsky was later charged with bribing Ukrainian officials with $6 million in an attempt to delay or drop the investigation into his company. The total amount from Ukraine to the Biden family and their associates is $6.5 million. 6) Russia: On February 14, 2014, a Russian oligarch and Russia’s richest woman, Yelena Baturina, wired a Rosemont Seneca entity $3.5 million. On March 11, 2014, the wire was split up: $750,000 was transferred to Devon Archer, and the remainder was sent to Rosemont Seneca Bohai, a company Devon Archer and Hunter Biden split equally. In spring of 2014, Yelena Baturina joined Hunter Biden and Devon Archer to share a meal with then-Vice President Biden at a restaurant in Washington, D.C. The total amount from Russia to the Biden family and their associates is $3.5 million. link

“I Think The Evidence is Overwhelming” – Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) Speaks to TGP Reporter Jordan Conradson Outside House Oversight Impeachment Hearing
By Jordan Conradson Sep. 28, 2023 12:40 pm Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH) spoke to The Gateway Pundit on Thursday outside the House Oversight Committee Hearing room during the first Biden impeachment hearing. The long-awaited impeachment of Joe Biden for his treason and bribery is here. Let’s hope Republicans in Congress can gather the strength and the votes to stand up to the radical left fascists. The Gateway Pundit reported on the ongoing hearing that started at 10 am ET and the new evidence that was uncovered and presented earlier this week. Watch the full hearing live here: The Democrats on the Committee have continually claimed that this impeachment inquiry against the most corrupt President in history is highly politicized and an attempt by “MAGA extremists” to distract from Joe Biden’s indictments against President Trump. This is despite the Biden Regime’s attempts to jail their leading political opponent using Marxist, Soros-funded DAs and far-left federal prosecutors. Ranking Member Jamie Raskin (D-MD), during his opening statement, gave a long speech railing against “MAGA Republicans” for standing up to the establishment, fighting for “cult master” Donald Trump’s agenda, and trying to balance the budget. “The standard for impeachment is not whether they did it to us, but whether the President committed treason or bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors,” Raskin said while ignoring the massive evidence of Biden’s treason, bribery, and other high crimes and misdemeanors. “They’ve got nothing on Joe Biden,” the leftist hack claimed. What a lowlife and a psychopath! Raskin also motioned to subpoena Rudy Guliani and businessman and GOP donor Lev Parnas, who worked with Democrats to impeach Donald Trump over the Ukraine phone call hoax. This vote failed. Another Democrat alter tried to bring Raskin’s motion to subpoena Giuliani for another vote, but it failed again. The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson spoke with Rep. Jim Jordan outside of the committee hearing to ask why the Democrats are arguing the impeachment is political, especially with what they did to President Trump. Watch below: rumble.com/v3lmnk7-tgps-jordan-conradson-speaks-to-rep.-jim-jordan-during-first-biden-impeachm.htmlConradson: The Democrats say this is a politicized impeachment. They don’t actually acknowledge any of the findings of criminal misconduct by the Biden Crime Family. What is your response to that? Rep. Jim Jordan: There’s all kinds of evidence! You may not want to believe it. You may not believe that Biden’s doing an impeachable offense. That’s why we’ll have an inquiry but I think the evidence is overwhelming that it warrants us going to this phase of of our Constitutional duty to do oversight. link

Morris: Ten Questions the Bidens Should Be Asked by Congress
EMMA-JO MORRIS 29 Sep 2023New York, NY21 3:16 House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) subpoenaed Hunter and James Biden on Thursday, as Congress looks to discern to what extent President Joe Biden is tied up in his family’s overseas business deals. Throughout their investigation into the Bidens, House Republicans have revealed significant evidence showing Joe Biden’s involvement in the family business, including, but not limited to: photos, texts, video, bank records, an audio recording, alleged bribes, along with IRS and former business partner whistleblower testimonies. It took Congress 315 days into its investigation to subpoena the two central characters in the Biden business; these are some of the questions they should have to answer: 1.The Bidens were paid tens of millions of dollars from various foreign entities — what services were you paid for? 2.Have you ever paid for anything for Joe Biden? Have you ever given money to Joe Biden? If so, for what/how much? 3.Have you ever shared a bank account with Joe Biden? Did Joe Biden ever have access to your bank account? 4.How many trips have you taken on Air Force One? What were the destinations of those trips and who did you meet while on those trips? 5.Do you currently have any business deals with foreign nationals or foreign entities? Are you currently being paid by any foreign nationals or foreign entities? 6.Have you ever advised Joe Biden on policy while he is president? 7.Why were you not paid directly, as opposed to an LLC under another name? 8.Why was money from foreign business deals dispersed to various family members, including children? 9.Are there any instances where U.S. government officials were involved in your services? Who are they? 10.On how many occasions has Joe Biden met with individuals you were engaged in business with? How many of those instances were with foreign nationals? In the process of the investigation, the House Oversight Committee unveiled several tranches of Biden business bank records. Those showed the Biden business received at least $20 million from business schemes in Romania, China, Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. In total, nine Biden family members received payments from the family foreign business ventures, including two of Joe Biden’s grandchildren. Hunter is reported to have paid for home repairs on President Joe Biden’s Delaware residence and other bills. Hunter Biden is also seen lamenting about having to pay half his salary to his father, in a text message conversation with his daughter. Joe Biden has been photographed multiple times with his family’s business associates. Hunter Biden now has an art business, fetching six-figure sums for his amateur work to allegedly anonymous buyers. One of his buyers is reported to have visited the White House 13 times. Hunter maintains a close relationship with his father, with whom he frequently travels and, according to a report in the New York Times, to whom he is an “informal advisor.” link

Rep Lisa McClain Delivers Best Line of the Day To Deranged Democrats and Then She Brought The Goods on The Biden Crime Family…By Patty McMurray Sep. 29, 2023 1:40 pm On Wednesday, Republican House Ways and Means Committee members released over 700 pages of IRS whistleblower documents providing more than enough evidence for Republicans to prove the Biden family is an organized criminal operation. Yesterday, the Democrat clowns on the US House Oversight Committee completely humiliated themselves as they attempted to sweep the Biden Crime Family’s international influence-peddling operation under the rug by repeatedly citing President Trump’s name, who had nothing to do with the inquiry. During her 5 minutes of questioning, Rep. Lisa McClain (MI), a Republican US House Oversight Committee member, showed exactly why she is among the most badass women in Washington, D.C. McClain began by asking Professor Gerhard, one of the leftist witnesses, a question, “I love the analogy that you used about the speeding ticket with Hunter Biden. Let me also see if he would agree with his analogy; if a criminal pulls the trigger for a murder, he’s guilty, right? And we can prove it. But don’t you also agree with me if somebody ordered that hit, we would charge him, too? It’s interesting that you don’t use that analogy—that’s number one,” McClain exclaimed. After being forced to sit and listen to the lunacy of her Democrat colleagues on the other side of the aisle for hours, as they performed backflips in their efforts to defend the Biden Crime Family, Rep. McClain turned to the collection of deranged Dems and delivered the best line of the day: “I am amazed, and I love the fact that Trump lives rent-free in the Democrat’s heads every day. That is a beautiful thing—even though we’re here talking about the impeachment inquiry of Joe Biden!” Watch: And then—Rep. McClain brought the fire—as she broke down the evidence their committee collected on Joe and Hunter Biden’s dirty dealings with a “corrupt Romanian oligarch” while Joe Biden was Barack Obama’s vice president. The fiery US Rep explained, “I want to talk about the damning evidence of Joe Biden‘s role in his family‘s business schemes in Romania. While Joe Biden was vice president, he was directly involved in the United States policy and anticorruption efforts in Romania. That’s a fact!” McClain continued, “On May 21, 2014, the then-Vice President Biden delivered an anticorruption speech in Romania. Right? On September 28, 2015, the Romanian president visited with then-Vice President Biden at the White House to discuss anticorruption efforts.” She explained, “Gabriel Popoviciu, a corrupt Romanian oligarch in the subject of a criminal probe—he’s the subject of a criminal probe and prosecution for corruption and bribery in Romania. This committee has reviewed transactions showing that the Biden family received money from a foreign company run by this Russian oligarch corrupt Gabriel Popoviciu.” “Five weeks after the Romanian president visited with by Vice President Biden, Popoviciu begins paying Hunter Biden and his associates Rob Walker through his company, Bladon Enterprises. The money from Bladen Enterprises is deposited directly into Robinson Walker LLC. Now, this LLC is directly operated by Hunter‘s known business partner, Rob Walker. ” Rep McClain explained that she is only relaying facts that the committee has discovered in their investigation into the Biden Crime Family. “In November 2015, and again in March. 2016, Hunter Biden, who is not registered as a foreign agent under FARA, meets with the US ambassador to Romania. Red flag!” McClain states. “Then coincidentally over $1 million flows to the Bidens,” McClain said, adding, ” I’m not much for coincidences; I don’t think the American people are either.” “Let’s run through the numbers together,” McClain told the committee members. “Between November 2015 and May 2017, Bladon Enterprises deposited over $3 million into Robinson Walker’s LLC business account. But then, the Biden family accounts received more than $1 million from Robinson Walker’s accounts after these deposits were made. Ironically, 16 of those 17 payments occurred while Joe Biden was vice president. Now, I think most Americans would find it suspicious that, ironically, these payments ended shortly after Joe Biden left office. Another coincidence.” After Attorney Johnathan Turley explained to Rep. McClain that Hunter’s FARA violations were very similar to the same thing Trump associate Paul Manafort was charged with and placed in solitary confinement as a result of his charges, while Hunter Biden was never even charged, McClain smirked and reminded Americans who were watching the impeachment inquiry of our “two-tiered system of justice” under Joe Biden. Watch here: It’s curious that so many Democrats are willing to pretend that then-Vice President Joe Biden is innocent of any crimes for selling out America to hostile foreign nations. It’s also interesting to note that so far, neither party has even mentioned the possibility that Barack Obama, whom Joe worked side-by-side with on a regular basis, was aware of his second-in-command’s criminal activities. link

James Comer Subpoenas 20 Wires Totaling $1.3M Received by James Biden
WENDELL HUSEBØ 30 Sep 2023 House Oversight Committee chair James Comer (R-KY) subpoenaed James Biden’s Lion Hall Group and JBBSR, Inc., entities on Thursday because the committee could not identify “legitimate services provided by James Biden’s companies.” Comer’s subpoena appears to be directed at obtaining records linked to President Joe Biden’s corporation, “CelticCapri Corp,” which received nearly $10 million in 2017 without specifying revenue line items. “So that’s an LLC account. It wasn’t a shell company — that was a real LLC account with more earnings in there than what we can find. So that is an account we plan to subpoena as we follow the money,” Comer said last week. James Biden, an often overlooked member of the Biden family, is President Joe Biden’s younger brother and Hunter Biden’s uncle. James and Hunter were business partners with CEFC China Energy Co., an organization closely aligned and linked to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP.) While Hunter’s complex web of wire transfers from CEFC received much attention in recent years, Comer expanded his focus to James Biden’s entities. Those entities received at least 20 wires totaling $1,398,999 through Hunter’s entities, according to the 2020 Senate Report by Sens. Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson: [T]here is also evidence that Hunter Biden moved large sums of money from his firm, Owasco, to James Biden’s consulting firm, the Lion Hall Group. Between Aug. 14, 2017 and Aug. 3, 2018, Owasco sent 20 wires totaling $1,398,999 to the Lion Hall Group, a consulting firm that lists James Biden and his wife, Sara Biden, on the bank account. This transaction was identified for potential criminal financial activity. These transfers began less than one week after CEFC Infrastructure Investment wired $5 million to Hudson West III and Hudson West III sent its first payment of $400,000 to Owasco. Most of the payments from Owasco to the Lion Hall Group had vague notes in the memo lines, 15 of which simply indicated that they were for further credit to James Biden; however, the memo line for one of the payments read “HW3,” which indicates some of the transferred money could be from Hudson West III. When the bank contacted Sara Biden regarding the overall wire activity, she stated that the Lion Hall Group and Owasco provide international and business consulting and that the Lion Hall Group was assisting Owasco with an international client through a contract that had since terminated. Sara Biden told the bank that she would not provide any supporting documentation, and she also refused to provide additional information to more clearly explain the activity. Consequently, the bank submitted the account for closure. Hudson West III also sent funds directly to the Lion Hall Group. According to records on file with the Committees, James B. Biden is the principal contact for the Lion Hall Group, and between January 2018 and October 2018, Hudson West III sent the Lion Hall Group outgoing wires totaling $76,746.15 with the memo, “office expense and reimbursement.”These transactions illustrate a direct financial link between Hudson West III (which was connected to CEFC, the Chinese government, and Gongwen Dong) and James Biden. On Aug. 17, 2017, three days after the first transfer from Owasco to The Lion Hall Group, it was publicly announced that Ye’s CEFC Energy was in talks to purchase a stake in the Russian state-owned energy company Rosneft, which, as noted, later fell through. Through the Biden family’s suspicious activity reports (SARs), the committee discovered in March that Biden associate Rob Walker received a $3 million wire transfer from CEFC. In turn, four Biden family members — Hunter, James, Hallie, and an unidentified “Biden” — received a collective $1.3 million cut from the $3 million wire transfer. “The Bidens are the best I know at doing exactly what the chairman wants from this partnership,” Hunter told a CEFC associate in 2017. CEFC, closely linked to the CCP and Chinese President Xi Jinping, was chaired by Ye Jianming, a Hunter associate. Ye is a key individual in the Biden family’s Chinese business. Ye paid Hunter a $1 million retainer fee for legal services in 2017. Hunter also received a large diamond from Ye in February 2017 worth an estimated $80,000. Ye “had direct abiding and deep ties to Chinese intelligence when they were arranging these ideals for the Bidens,” according to Breitbart News senior contributor and Government Accountability Institute President Peter Schweizer. Breitbart News reported in June the Biden family business received a total of $5.1 million through multiple accounts within days of Hunter Biden’s 2017 WhatsApp messages to a CEFC associate. In the first text, Hunter demanded to be paid with Joe Biden “sitting” next to him. “I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled,” the screen capture shows. “Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight.” A few days later, Hunter asked a second CEFC business associate for $10 million, noting the Biden family is best at “doing exactly what the chairman wants.” That same year, in 2017, Hunter told whistleblower Tony Bobulinski in a text exchange that he did not want to register as a foreign agent on behalf of CEFC. Now-special counsel David Weiss told a Delaware judge in July that FARA charges against Hunter were on the table. Weiss charged Hunter in August with three gun violations, link

Speaker Johnson: Biden Impeachment Decision Coming ‘Very Soon’
Frank Bergman November 2, 2023 - 4:15 pm Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) has suggested that Congress will soon make an announcement regarding the impeachment inquiry into Democrat President Joe Biden. On Thursday, Johnson said that House Republicans are nearing a “point of decision” in Biden’s impeachment inquiry. During a press conference, the speaker told reporters that he would not “predetermine” an outcome for the probe. The inquiry is looking into whether Biden and his family are steeped in corruption. Lawmakers have been examining the evidence such as bank statements showing suspicious money transfers from foreign business dealings. “But I do believe that very soon we are coming to a point of decision on it,” Johnson said. He added that the impeachment inquiry phase is an “important step” in ensuring due process. WATCH: Johnson was elected House speaker a little more than one week ago. Former Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) announced the impeachment inquiry in mid-September. Biden is currently running for a second term in the White House and his allies have denied that the president committed any wrongdoing. They claim that Republicans are trying to serve up “red meat” for the base, despite the overwhelming evidence. Republicans have issued subpoenas for bank records tied to Biden family members. They have also held one hearing on the “basis” for the inquiry. Members of Congress have reportedly considered bribery and abuse of power charges against Biden. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) is tasked with leading the endeavor. Comer recently told conservative political commentator Benny Johnson his work has reached the “downhill phase” and he aims to “wrap it up as soon as possible.” House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Ways and Means Chairman Jason Smith (R-MO) are also coordinating with Comer on the case. Johnson said Comer, Jordan, and Smith have done an “extraordinary” and methodical job “outside the scope of politics.” The speaker noted that he has a background as a constitutional law attorney and was called upon to serve on the defense team when former President Donald Trump faced impeachment over Ukraine and later the 2020 election “when the Democrats used it for raw partisan political purposes.” “I decried that at each step of the way,” he added. “The reason is because impeachment power in the Constitution — in the House specifically — next to a declaration of war, you could argue, it’s the … heaviest power that we have. “And it cannot be wielded for political purposes.” link

Looks like we have ourselves yet another phony! 😡 New House Speaker Mike Johnson Says ‘There is Insufficient Evidence at the Moment’ to Begin Formal Impeachment Proceedings Against Joe Biden
By Jim Hᴏft Nov. 11, 2023 8:30 am Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) has expressed a cautious approach towards the impeachment proceedings against Joe Biden. During a closed-door meeting with House GOP moderates, Johnson reportedly highlighted the lack of sufficient evidence at present to begin formal impeachment proceedings, according to the Washington Post. This sentiment was echoed by RINO Representative Don Bacon (R-NE), who summarized Johnson’s stance, noting that even a single Democratic vote is unattainable at this point. “We’ll just go where the evidence goes and we’re not there yet,” said Rep. Don Bacon (R-Neb.), recapitulating Johnson’s remarks about the inquiry. “Most of us are saying, look, we can’t even get a single Democratic vote on this right now. I think the voters will reject what they are seeing when it comes to Biden [policies] — but high crimes and misdemeanors? I don’t think we’ve seen that or enough data to really make a good case and I feel like [Johnson] really agreed with us on that,” Bacon added. Johnson’s reserved approach contrasts with some of his previous accusations against Biden, including claims of Biden using taxpayer resources to benefit his son’s business dealings in Ukraine. Last week, Mike Johnson stated that he had not ‘predetermined’ whether there is enough evidence for the House to draft articles of impeachment. More from WaPo: Johnson, who told reporters that he has been “intellectually consistent” in cautioning against a rushed investigation during a news conference last week, has previously accused Biden of bribing or pressuring a foreign leader. But in this week’s private meeting with moderates, Johnson appeared to agree with Republican lawmakers who argued that since Biden’s polling numbers have been so weak, there is less of a political imperative to impeach him, according to Bacon and others who attended the meeting. “Is it pragmatic? Does it make sense? Connecting those dots matter,” Rep. Lori Chavez-DeRemer (R-Ore.) said after the meeting. “So I don’t think it makes sense to move down a road unless those dots can be connected, and I think that’s the message he was trying to send to us which we appreciated.” As Johnson has stressed thoroughness and specificity in the inquiry, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) has continued to call for formal impeachment proceedings. He issued subpoenas for Hunter Biden and James Biden on Wednesday, requesting the president’s son and brother appear for depositions, and requested voluntary closed-door interviews with other Biden family members, including Hallie Biden, the widow of Hunter’s older brother Beau with whom Hunter Biden had an affair after his brother died, and Hunter’s wife, Melissa Cohen. Comer issued additional subpoenas on Thursday requesting interviews with several of Hunter Biden’s business associates, including his New York City art gallerist, Georges Bergès, and Elizabeth Naftali, a buyer of Hunter Biden’s art who is also a Democratic donor. Raj Shah, a spokesperson for the speaker, said Johnson “has consistently praised the work of Chairmen [Jim] Jordan, Comer and [Jason] Smith whose investigations have already demonstrated that the President and White House have repeatedly lied about the Biden family’s business dealings with foreign adversaries. He will support their efforts to follow the facts where they lead.” Meanwhile, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer continues to aggressively pursue the investigation, issuing subpoenas to Hunter Biden and other Biden crime family. House Oversight Chairman James Comer on Thursday issued additional subpoenas to Hunter Biden’s associates Eric Schwerin, Hunter’s art gallerist George Berges and Elizabeth Naftali, the Democrat donor who purchased Hunter’s art. The new subpoenas come one day after Comer subpoenaed Hunter and James Biden for in-person depositions as part of his Committee’s impeachment inquiry. The Republican-led Committee on Oversight issued subpoenas to Hunter Biden’s business associates, Eric Schwerin and Mervyn Yan. In an X post, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene weighed in. “Not long ago we had a Speaker that believed in impeachment so much that he launched an inquiry without a floor vote, but you were told he was bad. After 8 R’s and all D’s ousted him, we found checks to Joe Biden and evidence of a massive money laundering scheme and now the new guy you are told is way better doesn’t want to impeach. Such progress,” Green wrote. Representative Greene shared her conversation with Speaker Johnson regarding impeachment, stating: “I’ve explained repeatedly we are doing the methodical investigation that is required of us by the Constitution—but we are quickly nearing an inflection point.” It can be recalled that Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) said that the Republican base is “fed up” with party members who refuse to stand firm against Democrats. In her view, the GOP must adopt a more assertive approach to win back the confidence of its base and ensure the nation’s survival. Greene said, “Our voters are not inspired to vote for a party that wants to play nice and refuses to hold accountable communists who locked everyone down during the scamdemic, violated their free speech and censored us on social media, steals elections, weaponizes the government against (us) it’s political enemies and is persecuting people, rips our border open to the entire world and floods our country with millions of unknown people and terrorists, funds every foreign war but refuses to defend our own border, and sexually grooms our children to the point they are cutting off their own body parts to “change their gender” before they are even finished growing up.” She added, “The Republican Party is tone deaf and weak.” The Gateway Pundit has reached out to Mike Johnson for a comment/clarification. link

Speaker Johnson Says Impeachment Inquiry “Already Shown Corrupt Conduct” of Biden Crime Family, Calls for Key Witnesses to Testify Under Oath
By Jim Hᴏft Nov. 16, 2023 11:30 am In a significant development in the ongoing impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden, Speaker Johnson has called for key witnesses to testify under oath. This request came following an update from Chairmen Comer, Jordan, and Smith, who are leading the House’s investigation. According to Speaker Johnson, the inquiry has already unveiled troubling findings. “At this stage, our impeachment inquiry has already shown the corrupt conduct of the President’s family,” he stated. “And that he and White House officials have repeatedly lied about his knowledge and involvement in his family’s business activities,” Johnson added. “It has also exposed the tens of millions of dollars from foreign adversaries being paid to shell companies controlled by the President’s son, brother, and their business associates,” Johnson continued. In light of these findings, Speaker Johnson believes that it is imperative to have key witnesses testify under oath. “The appropriate step is to place key witnesses under oath and question them under the penalty of perjury, to fill gaps in the record,” he asserted. This move aims to ensure the integrity of testimonies and to hold those testifying accountable for their statements. Speaker Johnson also took the opportunity to commend the efforts of Chairmen Comer, Jordan, and Smith and expressed his “full and unwavering support” for the investigative team and their work. “I commend the good work of Chairmen Comer, Jordan, and Smith. As we move forward toward an inflection point in this critical investigation, they have my full and unwavering support.” Earlier this month, the House Oversight Committee subpoenaed Hunter Biden, James Biden, and their former business associate Rob Walker for in-person depositions as part of their impeachment inquiry. Comer also requested transcribed interviews from Hallie Biden – Beau Biden’s widow-turned-hunter Biden’s girlfriend, Sara Biden (James Biden’s wife) and Melissa Cohen (Hunter’s current wife). A transcribed interview from Biden Crime Family whistleblower Tony Bobulinski was also requested. This is the first time subpoenas have been issued for testimony. Comer previously subpoenaed bank records for Hunter and James Biden. The following day, the House Oversight Chairman James Comer issued additional subpoenas to Hunter Biden’s associates Eric Schwerin, Hunter’s art gallerist George Berges, and Elizabeth Naftali, the Democrat donor who purchased Hunter’s art. James Comer recently uncovered a $200,000 direct payment to Joe Biden after he received James and Hunter’s subpoenaed documents. In 2018, Jim Biden received $600,000 in ‘loans’ from Americore Health LLC, a failing/bankrupt rural hospital operator. According to bankruptcy documents, Jim Biden received the loans “based upon representations that his last name Biden could open doors and that he could obtain a large investment from the Middle East based on his political connections.” On March 1, 2018, Americore Health LLC wired a $200,000 payment to Jim and Sara Biden’s personal bank account. On that very same day, Jim Biden then wrote a $200,000 check to Joe Biden, AKA, “The Big Guy.” Jim Biden wrote the check to Joe Biden as a so-called “loan repayment.” Does Joe Biden have documents proving he lent his brother such a large sum of money? “What were the terms?” Comer asked. House Oversight Chairman James Comer demanded Joe Biden provide loan documents (loan payment, loan agreement) and IRS filings regarding the $200,000 “loan repayment” James Biden said he made to Joe “The Big Guy” Biden in 2018. The Republican-led Oversight Committee said Joe Biden is refusing to provide applicable loan documentation to show he loaned his brother James Biden money. Joe Biden also received $40,000 in laundered China money. link

House Republicans Subpoena Top Prosecutor Who Rejected Search Warrants at Biden’s Residence as Part of Their Impeachment Inquiry
By Cristina Laila Nov. 21, 2023 4:00 pm House Republicans are slowly inching toward a formal impeachment inquiry. The GOP-led House Judiciary Committee subpoenaed Lesley Wolf, a top Delaware prosecutor who ran interference in the Hunter Biden investigation for testimony in their impeachment inquiry. Recall that Assistant US Attorney Lesley Wolf blocked the search warrant at Joe Biden’s Delaware residence due to ‘optics’ – even though she agreed there was probable cause. Joe Biden’s DOJ blocked two search warrants and multiple felony charges against Hunter Biden, according to IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley. Flash Sale On MyPillow’s Giza Dream Sheets – “The Nicest I’ve Ever Owned” “I am blowing the whistle because the Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office, Department of Justice Tax, and Department of Justice provided preferential treatment and unchecked conflicts of interest in an important and high-profile investigation of the President’s son, Hunter Biden,” IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley told lawmakers in July. Shapley previously told lawmakers that an Assistant US Attorney in Delaware working on Hunter’s case REJECTED a search warrant for Joe Biden’s Delaware home in 2020. A separate search warrant for Hunter Biden’s storage locker was also blocked by Joe Biden’s henchmen. “Assistant US attorney Lesley Wolf cited the optics of executing a search warrant at President Biden’s residence as a deciding factor for not allowing it even though she agreed that probable cause existed,” Shapley said over the summer. The House Judiciary Committee, chaired by Jim Jordan subpoenaed Lesley Wolf on Tuesday demanding testimony on December 7. Politico reported: House Republicans are demanding testimony on Dec. 7 from a top prosecutor on the Hunter Biden investigation as part of their impeachment inquiry into the president, according to a subpoena reviewed by POLITICO. The House Judiciary Committee, helmed by Chair Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) subpoenaed Lesley Wolf — a prosecutor in the Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office — on Tuesday. The panel is investigating allegations of political interference in the federal investigation into Hunter Biden. Prosecutors reached a plea deal with Biden’s lawyers this summer that fell apart after scrutiny from a judge. The Justice Department then charged the president’s son in September with illegally owning a gun while a drug user. Two IRS agents who worked on the Justice Department’s investigation into the president’s son have accused Wolf of stymieing their efforts to fully investigate the Biden family. They also told lawmakers she directed investigators to remove a reference to Joe Biden from a search warrant and that she blocked the team from searching his home. The House Oversight Committee recently subpoenaed Hunter and James Biden and others associated with the Biden Crime Family. link

Comer: Expect Biden Impeachment Vote Early Spring 2024
JEFF POOR 22 Nov 2023 Wednesday, during an appearance on FNC’s “Hannity,” House Oversight Committee chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY) offered an update on his committee’s investigation into alleged wrongdoing by the Biden family. The Kentucky Republican said there were “smoking guns” produced by his committee, but still some questions were unanswered. “ think we produced many smoking guns,” he said. “There are people in the mainstream media that want to say otherwise. But poll after poll comes out and shows that the American people are keeping up with this investigation and they realize that something bad is going on here.”
“And the president of the United States has been dishonest with the American people,” Comer continued. “He has lied at least a dozen times about who he met with and what level of involvement he had in his family policy criminal activities. That is what there. We are talking about money laundering. We are talking about tax evasion. We are talking about securities fraud, and on and on and on. These are very serious crimes that any other American would have gone to prison over. So, really there are two things that Congress is going to have to look at here with respect to corruption.”
“First of all, there is the corruption itself,” he added. “And secondly is the government coverup.”
He said he anticipated an impeachment vote in the early spring next year.
“Well, certainly, that will be early spring,” Comer replied. “The sooner, the better. It just depends on when these people come in for their depositions and transcribed interviews. We have about 24 people that we want to hear from, and we’re expecting to hear from them in the next 45 days. After we hear from them, hopefully, we’re able to wrap up our job on the Oversight Committee, which is to investigate criminal wrongdoing and issue a report. Then we will hand it off to the Judiciary Committee.”

Speaker Johnson Says Vote on Biden Impeachment Inquiry is “Necessary Step” After Biden WH Stonewalled Congressional Investigations (VIDEO)
By Cristina Laila Dec. 2, 2023 4:20 pm House Speaker Mike Johnson (LA) on Saturday said a vote on a formal Biden impeachment inquiry is a “necessary step” after the Biden White House stonewalled congressional investigators. Johnson recently said the decision on whether to hold a full floor vote to impeach Joe Biden is coming “very soon.” “It’s become a necessary step,” Johnson said on Fox News. “Elise and I both served on the impeachment defense team of Donald Trump twice when the Democrats used it for brazen, partisan political purposes. We decried that use of it. This is very different. Remember, we are the rule of law team. We have to do it very methodically.” “Our three committees of jurisdiction, judiciary, oversight, ways and means have been doing an extraordinary job following the evidence where it leads,” Johnson said. “But now we’re being stonewalled by the White House, because they’re preventing at least two to three DOJ witnesses from coming forward, a former White House counsel, the national archives . . . the White House has withheld thousands of pages of evidence.” WATCH: At link below Joe Biden believes he is above the law. The National Archives is withholding 99.98% of Joe Biden’s alias emails, according to House Oversight Chairman James Comer. The National Archives previously confirmed through a FOIA response that they found 5,138 email messages and 25 electronic files pertaining to the known Joe Biden pseudonym accounts robinware456@gmail.com, JRBWare@gmail.com and Robert.L.Peters@pci.gov. After missing the deadline to turn over the requested documents, the National Archives said it located 82,000 pages of emails then-Vice President Joe Biden sent or received on three separate private pseudonym accounts to conduct illicit business deals with foreign officials. NARA was forced to search for Biden’s pseudonym emails in response to a FOIA lawsuit filed by the Southern Legal Foundation, a conservative nonprofit law firm. The National Archives has only turned over 14 pages of the 82,000 pages. Joe Biden has also made it very clear that he will not cooperate with congressional Republicans investigating his stolen classified documents. At least 5 White House aides, including former White House Counsel Dana Remus were involved in Biden’s classified documents scandal. The timeline of the classified documents scandal presented by Biden’s attorney is a lie. House Oversight Chairman James Comer last month subpoenaed former White House Counsel Dana Remus for a deposition related to Biden’s stolen classified documents investigation. Comer is being stonewalled. The witnesses are not coopering with the House Oversight Committee. “We just received a letter from the Special Counsel to the President making it clear the White House intends to continue obstructing our investigation.” the Oversight Committee said a couple of weeks ago. “If President Biden has nothing to hide, then he should make his current and former staff available to testify before Congress about his mishandling of classified documents.” the committee said. link

Bruner: Biden Impeachment for Bribery an ‘Open and Shut Case’PAM KEY 3 Dec 2023 Seamus Bruner, Director of Research at the Government Accountability Institute and author of Controligarchs: Exposing the Billionaire Class, their Secret Deals, and the Globalist Plot to Dominate Your Life, said Sunday on Fox News channel’s “Fox & Friends” that he believed the impeachment of President Joe Biden for bribery would be an “open and shut case.” Bruner said, “It needs to be e behind closed doors. And, of course, Hunter and his allies want to make it the public spectacle where it’s about the drugs and the prostitutes and or poor Hunter’s problem. They need it behind closed doors so they can really drill down, get to the meat of the problem, follow the money, reference the emails that are so damning against Hunter and even Joe.” He continued, “The Bidens are very dishonest about their business dealings. I mean, for years when we first broke this news in 2018, first they said, ‘Oh, it’s crazy conspiracy theories, there’s no way that Joe Biden ever talked business with his son Hunter.’ Even Joe Biden says he never talked business, or if he did, he never got paid. So the standard that the Democrats have set on this is, ‘Well, Joe never got paid.’ That’s not the standard, 18USC, section 271 says anything of value for any official action. So the thing of value could be payments to Hunter, it could be payments to James Biden and the Biden family members. It doesn’t have to go directly to Joe, so that’s a false standard. If bribery was committed the Constitution demands impeachment.” Bruner added, “If they can get Hunter Biden behind closed doors and drill down on two questions; Number one, did you ever talk to your father about your foreign business dealings? We know the answer to that is yes. Hunter’s not been honest about this, but the second question is did your father ever talk to your business partners while doing foreign policy that affected their business. And the answer to both those questions is yes, and the money proves that things of value were transferred. Now, Joe Biden in his own words has said he withheld the billion or dollars, that’s an official action right there unless they fired the prosecutor, and then the email showed that the Burisma executives wanted Joe Biden to do that. So this is an open and shut case as far as I’m concerned.” link
