3 Meatball & Potato Recipes From Germany

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
~ 600g minced meat
salt, suneli hops, paprika
Onion
2-4 cloves of garlic
80 ml cold water
Roll the minced meat into small balls
3-4 potatoes
Italian herbs, salt, vegetable oil
Grease the casserole dish with some vegetable oil
Cover the mold with foil
Bake for approx. 45 minutes at 190°C
1/2 small young cabbage
Cucumber
cherry tomatoes
dill and parsley
some spring onions
canned corn and canned beans
salt, black pepper
olive oil
Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes at 220 °C
some dill and parsley
Mmm... it's very, very tasty!

~ Boil 6 potatoes in salted water
700-800 grams of minced meat
salt, pepper, dry garlic, paprika
bunch parsley
mix well
form these meatballs
cut boiled potatoes
Grease the casserole dish with vegetable oil
Place some of the potatoes on the bottom of the pan
Heat milk until hot
70 grams of butter
melt butter
4 tablespoons flour
mix well
Gradually add hot milk
stir so that there are no lumps
Place the meatballs on top of the potatoes
add potato wedges between meatballs
Season with salt and some nutmeg
bring the sauce almost to a boil
Pour all of the sauce over the potatoes with meatballs
~100-120g of cheese
Bake at 200°C for ~30 minutes
some parsley for garnish
An incredibly delicious lunch for the whole family is ready!
Juicy meatballs, creamy béchamel sauce, incredibly tasty potatoes and all under a layer of baked cheese!

salt, dry garlic
1 egg
Hop Suneli Spice Blend
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 onion
mix everything well
1 onion
some vegetable oil
Fry the onion for a few minutes
1 carrot
1 pepper
Salt, a spoonful of tomato paste, a spoonful of satsebelli sauce
a glass of water
black pepper, 2 teaspoons of sugar
~ Simmer for 7-10 minutes
