Expert Raises Alarm as Excess Child Deaths Spike Rapidly

One of America’s leading data analysts is raising the alarm after discovering that the number of excess deaths among children is soaring rapidly.
Ed Dowd, a former Blackrock asset manager and prominent data analyst, made the alarming discovery after analyzing yearly death rates from the UK government’s Office for National Statistics (ONS).
The ONS provides the government’s official data for England and Wales.
Due to the UK’s vaccination uptake rates, the data from the ONS is reflective of many other Western nations, including the United States.
According to Dowd’s findings, death rates among children in the UK are climbing, fast.
The yearly excess death data shows the years 2020 and 2021 had negative excess mortality rates, at -9% and -7%, respectively.
During those two years, therefore, the death rate among children in that age group was lower than anticipated.
However, these child death rates spiked dramatically in 2022 and 2023.
This metric spiked to 16% more deaths among children than anticipated in 2022.
The figure has continued to soar into 2023, however.
So far in 2023, there have been 22% more child deaths than expected.
Dowd argues that the only possible explanation for this rise in mortality during that period is the COVID-19 vaccine rollout for this age group.
In the UK, the rollout of Covid shots for kids commenced in September 2021 for 12 to 15-year-olds.
It was updated to include 5 to 11-year-olds in April 2022.
In statistics, the correlation coefficient measures the strength and direction of the linear relationship between two variables, Dowd explains.
The value of a correlation coefficient ranges from -1 to 1, with 0 indicating no correlation, -1 indicating a perfect negative linear correlation, and 1 indicating a perfect positive linear correlation.
Alarmingly, Dowd found a correlation coefficient of 0.94 between the vaccine rollout and excess deaths among UK children.
This disturbing correlation suggests a very strong positive linear relationship between the two factors.
So, as the vaccine uptake variable increases, the excess deaths variable also increases in a way that is closely approximated by a straight line.
Dowd notes that one argument he encounters is that the excess deaths are because of COVID-19 and not the vaccines.
However, the data disputes this argument.
The main reason is due to the fact that children are at a very, very low risk of dying from Covid.
The infection death rate for 0- to 19-year-olds is just 0.0027%, official data shows.
Therefore, any increase in COVID-19 deaths during one year over the other would hardly make a dent in overall deaths among children.
Secondly, Dowd revealed that excess deaths among UK children were actually declining year-over-year until late 2021 when the Covid shots were introduced.
Excess deaths began to rise significantly almost immediately after the mRNA shots were rolled out.
As Dowd also notes, excess mortality among children only spiked after the vaccines were introduced, and not before, meaning Covid couldn’t be responsible for the increase.
If Covid was the cause of increased excess mortality, we would have expected to see these elevated numbers in 2020 and 2021 as well, before the shots were rolled out, he argues.
After considering all possible factors, Dowd concludes: “It’s the vaccine.”
Dowd raised the alarm on his findings during a recent appearance on the Dr. Drew show.
