Garlic Butter Pork Rolls with Parmesan Potatoes & Salad

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
~ 1kg pork
Salt, pepper, paprika
100g butter
Bunch of dill
2-3 cloves of garlic
4 potatoes
Salt, pepper, Italian herbs, olive oil
Use wooden skewers
some olive oil
Cover with damp parchment and foil
Bake at 200°C for 40 minutes
1 carrot
1 cucumber
1 pepper
Parmesan
Bake until golden brown
some spring onions
soy sauce, olive oil
a pinch of black pepper and paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
Remove the meat rolls, sprinkle the potatoes with Parmesan and bake until golden brown
