WEF Demands ‘Collective Action’ to ‘Fight Disinformation’

The World Economic Forum (WEF) is demanding “collective action” from global governments in order to “fight” so-called “misinformation” and “disinformation.”
The WEF insists that global elites need to reign in control of the information flow as the world prepares to advance into the era of artificial intelligence (AI).
The unelected Switzerland-based organization is pushing a “solution” to online free speech that also seeks to bake AI into the plan.
The agenda involves promoting corporate media narratives online while eliminating wrongthink from the Internet.
At the same time, the Global Coalition for Digital Safety (GCDS) is being aggressively promoted.
The GCDS is the WEF’s “public-private coalition to tackle harmful content and conduct online.”
However, the public’s mistrust of the corporate media stems from “stakeholders” such as the WEF and its allies.
The censorship agenda has been promoted by the most influential legacy media, with the excuse of fighting “misinformation.”
However, by silencing large numbers of the population, the plan has backfired by triggering a wave of pushback.
The outcome of unjustified censorship has led to widespread mistrust of the corporate media, Big Tech, government officials, unelected bureaucrats, and globalist elites.
Nevertheless, the WEF argues that Big Tech and the corporate media weren’t censoring enough because they let too much “misinformation” through.
