New York City police released video on Tuesday evening of a mob of migrants beating and kicking two New York City police officers near a migrant center at Times Square on Saturday night. The officers were injured in the attack, but did not need to be hospitalized.


The video shows the mob initially complying with the two officers who were telling them to move along. But just after they disappear from view, the two officers come tumbling back in camera range, tussling with one of the migrants who is putting up a fight.



As the officers struggle to detain the migrant, his yellow jacket and shirt come off. Meanwhile his friends surround the cops, taking turns with cheap shots and kicks to the head to try to free their compadre, which they eventually succeed in doing as the man can be seen running away at the end of the video as the beaten cops are prone on the sidewalk.

The New York Daily News reported the incident took place near a migrant center:



The officers had been trying to break up the disorderly crowd outside the Candler Building, where the city announced the opening of a mega-shelter in March. When the cops attempted to put one of the men under arrest, multiple people attacked, according to authorities.



…The men kicked and punched the officers in the head and body, video released by police shows.



The men live at migrant shelters in Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn, police sources said. About 67,000 migrants total are in the city’s care.



The New York Post reported four suspects were arrested and released with no bail, including a repeat offender (excerpt):

…Police busted four of the asylum-seeking thugs, identified by sources as Darwin Andres Gomez Izquiel, 19, Kelvin Servat Arocha, 19, Juarez Wilson, 21, and Yorman Reveron, 24.



All four were charged with assault and released without bail, sources said.



…The two assaulted cops, who were not identified, suffered minor injuries and were treated at the scene. One sustained cuts to the face while the other had bruising to the body, according to sources.



One of the men, Reveron, has two open cases in Manhattan for assault and robbery.

Illegal Alien Flips Middle Fingers at America after Being Set Free for Violently Attacking NYPD Cops

An illegal alien let the taxpaying American people know what he thinks of them as he walked free from police custody after being arrested for attacking two NYPD officers in Times Square.



Violent illegal migrant Jhoan Boada was arrested for taking part in a mob attack on two NYPD officers.



However, he was released from custody on Wednesday.



As walked free from the police station, 22-year-old Boada flipped his middle fingers at the American people, seemingly showing no remorse for his crimes.



Boada made the offensive double-handed signal after he was released from police custody on charges of assaulting a police officer.



The illegal alien took part in the shocking gang assault in Times Square on Saturday near a migrant shelter.



The migrant gang members are living in the nearby shelter which is paid for by taxpayers.



Boada didn’t appear bothered by the serious charges as he flipped his two middle fingers at reporters and members of the public.



He smirked proudly at reporters and photographers outside the Midtown South Precinct in Manhattan.



Videos also show Boada and his allies laughing as they leave the station without bail.

The theater is a popular destination among tourists.



The shocking caught-on-camera mob attack has sparked widespread condemnation.



Seven illegal immigrants have now been charged in relation to the attack.



Darwin Andres Gomez Izquiel, 19, Kelvin Servat Arocha, 19, Juarez Wilson, 21 and Yorman Reveron, 24 were charged earlier this week with a variety of charges.



The charges include assault on a police officer, gang assault, obstructing governmental administration, and disorderly conduct.



The NYPD said Thursday that two migrants have also been arrested, bringing the total number of arrests to seven.



Yohenry Brito, 24, and Jandry Barros, 21, were arrested and both charged with robbery and felony assault.



The suspects were released back onto deep blue New York City’s streets without bail, however.



The robbery charges pertain to an officer’s cell phone being stolen during the attack.



The phone has not been recovered, the NYPD said.



In the video, the NYPD asked the migrants to move.



However, a violent scuffle then ensued as the officers were seen trying to subdue a person in a yellow jacket onto the ground.



One hooded suspect wearing a backpack can then be seen kicking one of the officers twice in the head as he grapples on the ground, while another suspect in a red top kicks him in the back.



As the struggle ensues, the suspect in the red jacket returns and kicks the other officer in the back.



Another hooded suspect wearing a backpack then arrives on the scene and takes a big swinging kick aimed at one of the officer’s heads.



The migrant falls to the ground as he tries to execute the kick.



The suspects are then seen running off.

The unidentified officers sustained minor injuries and were treated at the scene, police said.



One officer sustained cuts to the face while the other had bruising to the body, according to sources.



The NYPD said it is still looking for at least two other suspects.



John Chell, the NYPD Chief of Patrol, labeled Saturday’s attack as “reprehensible” while calling the suspects who punched and kicked the officers “cowards,” during a Wednesday news conference.



“You saw the video,” Chell said.



“You have eight people attacking a lieutenant and a cop.



“Running up to them and trying to kick them in the face.”

On Thursday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “America’s Newsroom,” NYPD Deputy Commissioner for Intelligence Rebecca Weiner responded to a question on if the city will contact Immigration and Customs Enforcement to remove the migrants suspected of assaulting NYPD officers given the city’s sanctuary city status by stating that keeping the migrants in jail — which they currently aren’t — “is a good solution to the problem.”



Co-host Dana Perino asked, [relevant exchange begins around 2:25] “o, you say you have good relationships with the federal government. But — so if something like this happens in Times Square, they go to jail. But what happens if you called ICE, the [Immigration] and Customs Enforcement and [say], we want you to come get these guys and get them out of town? Does that happen if it’s a sanctuary city here in New York?”



Weiner answered, “Well, if they’re in jail, then that is a good solution to the problem.”



Perino then cut in to say, “But they’re not. But they’re out on bail — they’re out without bail.”



Weiner responded, “Agreed. We can’t have people out on bail committing crimes in this city, absolutely not. From our perspective, we need to do what we can to make sure that we’re intercepting people before they’re committing major incidents like this one.”

Illegal Aliens Involved in Mob Beating of NYPD Cops Arrested in Arizona

Several members of the illegal alien gang involved in the shocking beat down of NYPD officers last week have been rearrested by authorities in Arizona.



As Slay News previously reported, the illegal migrants were arrested in New York City after a video of them attacking police offers went viral and provoked widespread outrage.



The gang assault occurred in Times Square near a migrant shelter.



The migrant gang members had been living in the nearby shelter which is paid for by taxpayers.



However, despite the outrage over their crimes, the illegal aliens were immediately released back onto NYC streets.



Shortly after, they fled the state by obtaining taxpayer-funded “free” bus tickets which are handed out to illegals.



Reports had emerged that some of the gang had traveled to California to take advantage of the taxpayer-funded handouts in the deep blue state.



However, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) sources told Fox News that the migrants involved in the mob beating of NYPD officers were arrested Monday evening.



They were reported taken into custody by ICE and Homeland Security Investigations at a Greyhound bus station in Phoenix.



The identities of the suspects arrested have not been released.



There are also no further details on which migrants seen beating the officers were arrested on Monday.



Four migrants involved in the mob beating in New York were believed to be headed to California after the incident.



Darwin Andres Gomez, 19; Kelvin Servita Arocha, 19; Wilson Juarez, 21, and Yorman Reveron, 24, fled for California after being released without bail.


Jhoan Boada, 22; Jandry Barros, 21, and Yohenry Brito, 24, were later apprehended.



New York’s Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul said at a news conference Friday that she wanted to speak with Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg about why most of the suspects were released without bail.



The governor said prosecutors should have sought to keep them behind bars.



“Certainly an assault on a police officer is bail eligible,” Hochul told reporters.



She added: “There are over 100 crimes that also can lead to deportation, and so that is also something I want to have a conversation with the district attorney about – his options here.”



As Slay News reported earlier, new information has surfaced about the gang behind the attacks.



The illegals are reportedly part of a wide conspiracy to funnel ill-gotten gains back to their home countries.



According to a New York Post report, the illegal aliens run a criminal enterprise that involves stealing Americans’ financial information to make large purchases and fund their lavish lifestyles in their home countries.



A police source told the Post the illegal immigrants routinely steal phones and use the Apple Pay and credit card information inside to purchase cars, pools, and other luxuries back home.



When they return home, they will have the fruits of their labor waiting for them, without any fear of consequences from the American justice system.



“They’re buying cars back in Ecuador and Venezuela,” the police source told the Post.



“They’re putting pools in their homes there.



“All this money is going back and forth.



“That’s why the larcenies are going out of control.



“It’s unbelievable what they’re doing.”
