Republicans Move to Ban Men from Using Women’s Bathrooms in Congress

Republicans are moving to ban men from using the women’s bathroom facilities as the House of Representatives prepares for the first “transgender” member of Congress to be sworn in in January.



On Monday, Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC), a real woman, introduced a bill that would force “members, officers, and employees of the House” to use bathrooms that correspond to their biological sex.



The bill was introduced as Democrats are preparing for their newly elected congressman, Sarah McBride from Delaware.



Once he’s sworn into office in January, McBride will become the first transgender member of Congress.



McBride is a male who claims to be a “transwoman.”



Under current policies, McBride would be able to use the private, protected spaces reserved for women, such as bathrooms.



The bill introduced by Mace notes:



“Allowing biological males into single-sex facilities, such as restrooms, locker rooms, and changing rooms designed for women, jeopardizes the safety and dignity of Members, officers, and employees of the House who are female.”



The Sergeant-at-Arms of the House of Representatives would be in charge of enforcing the ban on men using facilities designated for women.


“Sarah McBride doesn’t get a say in this,” Mace told reporters.



“If you’re a biological man, you shouldn’t be in women’s restrooms.”



In a post on X, Mace added:



“Never thought this would have to happen, but we are introducing a resolution banning biological men from entering protected spaces for women on Capitol grounds.”


“Protecting biological women starts here and it starts now,” Mace added.



Democrats have pushed back against the move, however.



Rep. Becca Balint (D-VT) raged over the bill.



“The cruelty is the point,” Balint claimed.



McBride claimed that the bill was an attempt by “far right-wing extremists to distract from the fact that they have no real solutions to what Americans are facing.”



“We should be focused on bringing down the cost of housing, healthcare, and child care, not manufacturing culture wars,” he claimed.



Radical Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) claimed that the bill was “not just bigotry” but “plain bullying.”



However, AOC, who recently removed her pronouns from her X account, failed to explain why forcing women to allow men to use their facilities would not be considered “bullying.”



Republican members signaled that they were open to the bill and would take a further look at it.



In a statement, House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) said:



“We’re going to talk about that.



“We’re working on the issue.”

The radical woke left is up in arms after a brave congresswoman took a bold stand on safeguarding the privacy of her colleagues and advocating for science.



Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.) on Monday introduced a resolution that would bar biological males from using women’s bathrooms and other female-only facilities on Capitol Hill.



As the Hill reports, this move came just under two weeks after Rep-elect “Sarah” (Tim) McBride (D-DE) became the first trans person ever elected to Congress.



The outlet notes that the House sergeant-at-arms, William McFarland, will be charged with enforcing the ban.



Mace said her reason for introducing the resolution was simple: biological men do not belong in women’s restrooms, and it’s an invasion of their privacy.

She also confirmed that the proposed ban was in reaction to McBride’s election to the House after a hater replied to her.

Woke pro-trans leftists responded by predictably flipping out. McBride predictably whined like a baby that Mace was trying to make him actually use the correct bathroom and called her efforts a distraction.



“This is a blatant attempt from far right-wing extremists to distract from the fact that they have no real solutions to what Americans are facing,” McBride whimpered in a statement. “We should be focused on bringing down the cost of housing, health care and child care, not manufacturing culture wars.”



But this was tame compared to the sick hate coming from other leftist crazies. Several called her a bigot, a fraud, and a b**ch.

One radical even threatened to grab her hair, drag her face to the floor, bash her head in, and then kill her. Don’t expect the corrupt FBI to do anything, though.

Mace delivered a savage message to these sick haters when asked by a left-wing reporter when asked why she wants to stand up for women and ensure they cannot be harassed by men invading their spaces.

So I am 100% going to stand in the way of any man who wants to be in a women’s restroom, in our locker rooms, and changing rooms. I will be there fighting them every step of the way.

Marjorie Taylor Greene Pledges to Fight Any Trans Woman Trying to Enter Women’s Bathrooms in Congress

Marjorie Taylor Greene has never minced her words, and her recent comments are no exception.



According to a report from Politico, the firebrand Georgia Congresswoman said she would fight any transgender woman attempting to use the woman’s bathroom in the Capitol building.



Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene in a private House GOP conference meeting indicated she’d fight a transgender woman if she tried to use a woman’s bathroom on the House side of the Capitol, according to two people in the room, as Congress’ first openly transgender lawmaker is set to assume office in January.



Greene, when asked about the comments after the meeting, didn’t explicitly confirm the remarks but said she “shouldn’t have to.”



“It’s pretty aggressive for biological men to be invading our spaces,” Greene said.



Separately, she said that Speaker Mike Johnson has backed her up on the point that “biological men” shouldn’t be using women’s bathrooms.



Greene’s comments come ahead of the swearing in of Sarah McBride, a Delaware State Senator who election to the House of Representatives representing her state’s only Congressional district.


In a video posted on the X platform, Greene also makes clear that she will not be referring to McBride as a woman, instead referring to him as a male using "he/him" pronouns.

As well as the election of McBride, the debate over transgender bathrooms in Congress has grown over the past week after South Carolina Congresswoman Nancy Mace introduced a resolution barring biological men from using the building's female bathrooms.



Mace's resolution would focus on "prohibiting members, officers, and employees of the House from using single-sex facilities other than those corresponding to their biological sex, and for other purposes."



"Whereas allowing biological males into single-sex facilities, such as restrooms, locker rooms, and changing rooms designed for women, jeopardizes the safety and dignity of Members, officers, and employees of the House who are female," it continues.

When asked by reporters whether her legislation was singling out the incoming transgender member of Congress, Mace said that it was about women as a whole.



“Sarah McBride doesn’t get a say in this," she said. “This is a biological man trying to force himself into women’s spaces, and I’m not going to tolerate it."

Delaware state senator Tim “Sarah” McBride, a biological male who has since ‘transitioned’ to a woman, became the first transgender elected to the U.S. House of Representatives after winning Delaware’s only House seat.



“Tonight is a testament to Delawareans that here in our state of neighbors, we judge candidates based on their ideas and not their identities,” McBride said earlier this month.



“While at this moment in America’s history, hope sometimes feels hard to come by, we must never forget that we are the beneficiaries of seemingly impossible change,” added McBride.



Rep. Mace introduced a resolution to keep transgenders like McBride out of women’s restrooms at the US Capitol.

“This effort to distract from the real issues facing this country hasn’t distracted me,” said McBride, a biological man who wears women’s dresses and heels.
